+TourSpecGolfer
The new 2006 Tourstage X-Blade cavity backs feature a a shorter heel to toe, thinner top line, and more narrow sole design. Over last years model it is what I would consider to have a profile better suited to the advanced player. Tungsten composite inserts in the #3,4, & 5 Irons add forgiveness by lowering their center of gravity. I haven't had much time with them but I can say they are forgiving, The same or a little less than the past version yet with more eye pleasing setup from above. 5-Iron PW
forged
Could you tell us if the leading edge is more rounded like Mizuno MP-60 or more of a sharper leading edge like Miura CB-201? Are there any specs available? Great looking irons and pics! Edited January 1, 2006 by TourSpecGirl
plus1
long irons look lovely, and look nice and friendly, but the short irons dont suit my eye! i hate the round toe look!!!
slicktry
Those are a nice looking set of CB's. I as well am not too fond of the PW, but with that being said it looks better than most CB PW's! God Bless Jer
+TourSpecGolfer
The transition from the long to short irons is perfect IMO, the progression is subtle through each club. Here are sole and top line comparison pics of the XCB2 vs TS202 XCB2 on right. XCB2 on left.
Lance99
The sole reminds me some of the older irons, in which there seems to not be much camber. Initially my thoughts were: looks wise it reminded me of the Gauge MB2. Don't know why. Just my 2 cents. Happy New Year!
jaybit
these are real nice. so many irons to choose from when march/april comes around
poekie
They look so nice. Tourstage makes the best looking iron sets. I've owned a Tourstage x-blade iron set, but due to my skill (or lack of) i sold it, but still the greatest looking blades ever. These are also one of the greatest looking cb's. I have now Tourstage Z101 and these look even better!
shoe295
That is a very nice looking set of clubs; *shake head and sigh* every year I debate with myself whether I should dump my blades and go with a CB, and this year has begun the same! I could really get used to looking at a set of these, the pitching wedge, in the pic at least, fits my eye nicely.
pucci
think if I don;t get on with my nc1 these puppies could be in order - lovely looking clubs!
corky3
ooohhh your pics make them look even better! can't wait for mine to arrive! Happy New Year (certainly for me!)
Henry
If you think these may too much of a players club, I would consider the ViQ Forged Irons. Just as pleasing to the eye and probably more forgiving as well!
ProSpec
As usual with TS, a simply beautiful looking iron. I know the originals were incredible. Hopefully these are as good. Edited January 6, 2006 by ProSpec
