Have you had the opportunity to try the 388 next to the Mizuno 611? Just played another round with it and hit some very lovely drives. Has replaced my Adams 9015, really is a lovely looking thing and seems low spin and forgiving... wish i'd had the Nunchuk shaft respreayed black to match.

The lower 56.5 lie seems great.

Hey, you're thinking what I'm thinking. Have to pick up your own size to fight, right? But my second thought is, on the course, only the result will really matter. My only concern is that T388 can really beat up those all time monster like D1 or 435. Otherwise, it is just a small guy who can dunk the ball.

Being a HUGE Ryoma fan, I can officially say (for me) the T.388 is longer.

Just finished my third round and while I do have to admit it did take me a couple

of rounds to dial in, I'm simply longer with the T.388.

For me, it's not the carry, It's the extra 10 yards of roll out, never experienced anything like it.

For me Syard is simply a more powerful combo. The feeling I get when hitting is one in which I didn't leave anything on the table. It is a feeling of complete energy transfer from me to the ball. Strange description but the best way I can describe it. The spin and launch numbers are optimal for me and I am confused if a non stock shaft would be better in any way.

gald to hear all this.

another cpl of weeks till i can hit mine

but this al losunds too promising

Let me know when they come out with a left-handed version.

Hahahahahaha funny stuff.

Haha nice one Steve

Played in hurricane force winds today. Made the winds at Kapalua seem tame.....

The wind had no where near the effect on my ball as everyone else.

I am more impressed with each round.

I post here and there about liking a driver for what ever reason but rarely that it is

head and shoulders better than the rest.

This is (for me) the best driver I've ever played. Has officially taken over the #1 spot.

Look out BST.....couple of really good drivers coming your way.

WOW....................

form you.......

thats incerdible

Can't wait for you to hit it and see what you think.

The Diamana X does really well in this thing.

I am telling you that the more you play this club, the more you will love it. I haven't found anything it is missing or needs.

Very much looking forward to getting mine! Will report results vs Ping G25....should be interesting

FWIW

I took mine straight to the course, no range time. After the first couple of holes I wasn't too impressed. What I found

was that it took a little time to adjust to the club/dial it in.

Well worth it.

Looking forward to your review.

Alright, you guys talked me into getting one. Stock shaft. Gonna take a lot to get the '12 Yamaha Tour driver a spot at the retirement home. Hope I'm not disappointed.

Range & round yesterday with the T.388 and a few others, T.388 is the winner, it flew straighter had more overall distance and felt a lot better than the rest. It's in the bag firmly now.

Should post a poll to track what you play prior to switching to this driver. Would be interesting to see.
