+TourSpecGolfer
Epon AF-203 Fairway wood data is in, official release date is March 12th. Epon played it safe by releasing the two most popular lofts 15* & 18* which is a good thing imo as the #7 never really sold well. Stay tuned for live pics shortly. mpbachman
Very excited. Can't wait to see the profile of the face. Any idea where they are placing the CG? My Ryoma F3 launches way too high, my Crazy FW too low, guess looking for something in between :) Hopefully this will be it :) Edited February 18, 2014 by mpbachman

Spoon
What do you want to know? Have 3 rounds with mine. Different from typical epon woods This one is small and compact. Deep too reminds me of the smaller RC heads circa 2008. Very different from the larger flatter Woods coming out today. Feel is different As well almost reminds me of the zero but more Solid. No tinniness at all. Its pretty deep too And the 5w is almost like a large hybrid. Here are pics.

EdGolf
How does it feel as compare to the Yamaha iff C?
tomcat
where do they hide the volume? 5w is given for 150cc which is not that small !
Spoon
How does it feel as compare to the Yamaha iff C?Very different sound is very solid almost muted and with the motore speeder 80It makes the iff feel harsh. Others may describe it as soft. Completely opposite Gamut as the iff. Jbeam 425 epon zero but in a 3 wood package, does that make sense? where do they hide the volume? 5w is given for 150cc which is not that small ! Maybe the height? I would not say its bulbous, just muscular. Reminds me of the crazy f19 woods. Il have pics Together with the yammy which i already find small and compact. Stay tuned. corky3
It,s full Ti yes?..... i guess that's why it sounds muted....?? They look like real players woods and the fact that the 5 wood looks more like a hybrid is music to these ears.... Thanks for the pics
Miuramaniac
Those look like the perfect match for a Yam Tour driver. In looks AND sound/feel. Just might have to give one of these a go. I like the RomaRo 3 and 5-wood but these look a little smaller and nicer and with better feel to boot, this is a no-brainer.

Corky is correct based on specs the Face, Crown and hosel are made of pure Ti titanium which makes the feel somewhat unique. spongy, springy, soft come to mind but others will have different perceptions with regards to feel. here is the spec sheet from the website

lousifers
C, how do you like the 203 comparing to 202HT? In terms of forgiveness and distance. You just said 203 is better off the tee due to the shallowness of 202HT, right?

You just said 203 is better off the tee due to the shallowness of 202HT, right? I like the feel of the 203 more thats a given. As for forgiveness due to its design and height The 202ht will be more forgiving
Miuramaniac
Small, titanium head with a 42.5" 3-wood length? IDK how they make a ti head that small and that heavy to fit a 42.5" shaft but I love it, gonna have to get one.
