We get our share of doozies here's a fun one.

Customer contacts me about Defective Yamaha's, he says the head cracked and paint chipped from hitting range balls off a mat.

I'm like no problem I'll see what I can do please send me some photos so I can send them to Yamaha and tell me how they were damaged.

I only used these clubs on the driving range with a mat, with regular range balls. My other domestic clubs (Taylormade, Adams, Bridgestone, Yonex) never had this issue.

Make sure they know understand that the phrase range rocks is a figure of speech on the hardness and lack of dimples on the balls and you are not supposed to find physical rocks in the dirt at the range and hit those :)

it looks like hes hit the ball SO hard, he created a vacuum by compressing the air inside the head so tightly............................

it simply sucked in the crown......!
