  1. These look super clean, no-nonsense. And very little offset
  2. Saw these a few days ago, they really do look great. I also liked the look of the straight CBs, the MT203WS.
  3. Got it! Had to look closer but yes, they have the etching. The 551s had the deep engraving. Thanks guys!
  4. Just got a set of 302s (and a set of 551s) and the 7-iron doesn't have the serial number on the hosel. Got them from Japan and so was thinking I don't need to worry about authenticity. Do Epon irons always feature the serial no on the hosel of the 7-iron?
  5. Gotta say those are really classy looking
  6. Those JDM r9 TPs seem to be super rare, rarely see them even when you spend a day rummaging through used clubs shops in Tokyo.
  7. What does Titleist "not endorsing" these acually mean? They made them but don't want to recognise they did? Odd
  8. I've seen the wedges. I inspected several different heads and the "pebbled" grind was different on every head, so that made me wonder about consistency. I'm thinking it's look over function. Sorry, but have no experience in actually hitting them.
  9. Was thinking the same, SUSx2, P2x2 and now these? These are maybe the most exotic though, fantastic looking irons.
  10. Aren't the T-MBs a completely different beast to the others? Hollow construction with CB-generous levels of forgiveness and strong lofts. I can't say I've hit these side by side, but have hit the T-MBs on a monitor. Very long and easy to hit, comparable to something like AP2s
  11. Incredibly nice. Also, excellent price. GLWS
  12. I saw these recently too..Was a bit intrigued by the look, that low profile.
  13. Ok, good to know. Yeah, the Crazy shafts are very thin making me wary of pulling a Crazy shaft more than once or twice. The 7D should be fine for multiple pulls then.
  14. How about durability? Are the 7D shafts super thin walled, especially in the tip, like the Crazy shafts or thicker walled like most other shafts?
  15. But the good thing is that if you like them you should be able to pick them up for very little dough, stick your favourite shafts in them and and be ready to go. Loft ought to more traditional on the GRX irons compared to 2015 stuff, I'd guess a PW of 46
  16. Difficult to find info on older designs that was marketed before the internet really took off. But the GRX line was oversized, cavity backed clubs with offset for older people/slower swingers. They should also cost next to nothing these days.
  17. But are JDM FWs really more upright on average than USDM FWs? I mean current stuff, not compared to clubs from the 80s and 90s.
  18. These look great in their own Baroque kinda way. GLWS
  19. So, that would mean there's a conforming version of this head? Because I guess we can assume the one here is non-con?
  20. THAT looks like a radical design. I have actually thought about a more centre-kinda shafted driver and the anti-twist effect that should give, and the reason no brand offered it
  21. I'm certain both of these heads are completely original designs. Very sure these are not modified open model heads.
