  1. Fantastic review. Very helpful. Thanks guys!
  2. What a unique looking putter with perfect amount of offset! Well done! How does the Damascus steel feel? I found Tom to be the most responsive and customer driven out of all the US based custom putter makers... That said, I will always be a TP Mills lover.
  3. Just saw the video and the it seems this head has a more penetrating trajectory and shallow angle of descent so the distance gain is a result of more roll. Got a kick of out watching the fairway wood demonstration towards the end :)
  4. Dang,,, I was hoping they'd soften up the feel this year
  5. Tats, does it have the typical TS "clicky" feel?
  6. -Just the plated... I think the black oxide is coming out in a month... -Their black oxide feels a little softer but as you know the face looks like crap after a while... -Don't the new JDM Miura wedges have the "high COG"?
  7. -Just tried these and the RM12 have different bounce options then last version RM11. -Not the softest feel but more of a solid clicky feel. -The reverse taper does help in keeping the flight down on full shots. -Only thing to watch out for is, like all Fourteen wedges, they have a "protruding round" leading edge so if you're used to playing a wedge with a straight leading edge. Something to think about...
  8. What's the difference between height and length? By bending the club 1* upright, I've brought up the grip end by 1/2"... What am I missing?
  9. The length does change when you adjust the lie angle. Look at the diagram
  10. -I'm buying a set of JDM irons that are 1/2" short of my normal playing length. i.e. 5 iron is 37.5". -Since this set's lie angle is flat for me, I was told that bending the irons 1* upright will increase the length by 1/2" - thus no need to reshaft... -Any experts care to weigh in whether this is correct?
  11. Ridiculously DEEP! 611 has an amazing shape:
  12. Carlo, you might also want to consider Attas3. Found it to be higher launch than the DI with better feel...
  13. I'll take the heads if someone wants the shafts.
  14. I want to get a boron shaft and currently it seems crazy boron is the only option...any other boron shafts out there?
  15. can u post a picture at address? thanks

  20. I play a 9.5* and launch is pretty normal even w/ a diamana x... I thought the Ryoma V Spec 9.5 was a tad lower... Really depends on your swing
  21. So far played two rounds and coming off a '12 Yam tour head...Would echo everything that's been mentioned... Feel: Very punchy, yet loads of spring like feedback. Workability: Easy to work both ways Trajectory: Mid launch drives that climbs to the apex in the final stages of ball flight and hits the ground very hot with loads of roll and roll and roll. Verdict: Very much a control instrument to be used for courses where you can't spray it...and precision is required.
  22. first file "0822" sounds much better. less metallic...
  23. NICE. Driver is same set up as mine!
