FOR SALE.. built these a while back and played them pretty sparingly. i iinitally loved them but just kind of veered away form all things utility esque. i thought them to be very good utes over all , and the choice of shaft suited these heads very admirably, the thump is a 125 x in the 21* and it was build SLIGHTLY shorter to be a bit punchier to make sure u cud hit it s dead straight and high for 200 yard par 3s. which, its does perfectly. the 19* with roddio w-8wa stiff.., is slightyl longer for a bit more distacne , and is just a bit on thewhippier side. not much but enough to feel at impact. and gve this a bit more sling. this goes well over all my 200 yard par 3s. hence why i built the 21*..! the shafts are pretty hard to come by singularly, and the build was in conjunction with my clubbuilders thoughts, and the results were spot on. EMS, tracking and insurance. PAYPAL $340 the pair SHIPPED.

put the newly shafted diamanaB 80s i n this to play 44.75 inch 335 gram d2.7 much nicer feel for me, not as thin as with the 60x. gave it much more substance. the sound of it centered is equally as nice as the epon zero. just sensaional, got 2 drives away with it where i just smiled and laughed, yep, damn fine! the rounded convex face lends this driver to favour a slight draw. i was missing all blal left ,which , for me is unbleeiveable. distance was spot on, flight was mid. had opne really realyl good drive on 9 with it which was a s good as i can go. bigger , rounded/elongated shape head really makes this thing really wuite easy to hit consistnatly. ill say it doesnt quite have the same thump the older conductor has, but its a much much niceer to hit dirver for sure. the extra weight of the shaft improved its performance for me for sure. not the easist driving course we play on so accuracy is pretty essential. just a little bit left right adn ur in trouble, and with this i felt pretty comfortable all day . choking down a bit and hitting "bunt drives" was exceptional. prob the best of amy drivers for this shot., just gotta rememeber to aim right! yea id def say give htis driver a whirl if u like the shape of the ryoma maxima, then ull prob love this one, and it feels MUCH MUCH better.

maruman pro -x 8.5* dimanana B 60x-----45 inch 319 gram ( too light) anyway the head is a similar styled to the ryoma maxima , a quasy rounded semi triangle back and convex face. but seems bigger and easier to hit. its very easy on the eye, therse NO flashy swirls nor swosshes nor orange stipes ,nor ferrari red line to make this faster. tis a beautiful gloss black head witha weight screw port i n the sole near the heel. for weight adjustmants the face is black with 5 ish horizontal grooves. its a no nonsense good looking head. its made for the better golfer askign for a bt of control rather than out and out distance. and on the range the other day thats prety much what i got the sloping back into the rounded triangle looks to be the answer designers have for control over thump. and when i hit it i ddnt try to smash it like say the kamui pro kp-x these are almost disametrically opposed designs. and when u step up to hit them ur mind is deffinatly in a differnt palce with both drivers the maruman i just kinda eased into was getting a nice baby draw but if i stepped on it i was snapping it. (but thats a shaft issue its going down today to ge tthe 80- weight diamaana B ) when i just hit the ball ti was pretty spot on mthe new sound they made for it over the older conductor is a LOT niceer . very crisp clean ping to it makes it sound like ur gettign it all. its one of the best ive hit for that sensation. u dont feel like u have to kill it to get that sound. its a tought question if thisis a better driver than the older one form what ive seen the older one is porb longer and lovwer. 9.5* in the older one is more than adequate, 8.5* in this , well i wudnt want to go any higher. thats for sure. the centre of this driver is a cinch to hit and anywhere along the centre of it gave me ver y accpetable reuslts. i dont think its a long kahooooooona i think its a heck of a nice control head. i certianly liked it ,m not gamed it bec the shaft wasnt suitable. il get that taken care of this week and give it a wnother whirl this weekend. with the ryoma maxima, that might be a heck of a macth up bec they are a very simliar shape.

mizuno.. tr series , red writing i think they are called. bigger head rounded leading edge. bigger sole. but in satin as well. -
ive tred the lightest and softet theory and i get it so wrong far too much i cant swing within myself and control them with heaavier one i can go ver y slow and methodically and the ball seems to keep much truer and no loss of distance what so ever. i m choking down on my drives alot now with so much better results both in distacne and accuracy if i do this with a light driver is snap hooked. a heavier one and its all control and low flight. its working so well, i cant take the long handle any more or ill slice it for some reason the top of the butt stikcing out my left palm now give me draw. if i hold the top like i used to ill cut it all day. so heavier for me NOW is the key actually takign the ryoma maxima in tomororw to swap out the diamanX and put the diananaB 80 in her

ok............ sat was a big day , used these for plenty of balls in the morning in pretty windy and dead calm conditions. was high up i n the mountians so the front nine was 600 m eleveated and very windy, was hitting from very thick lush fairways.back nine was flat and absolutely perfect. firstly the look, sensuous. the al chrome and white decals with red and black crazy logo is just out of this world. th black white nowon grips just caps it off. its hard NOT to put these in yr bag on looks alone feel......... well as i thought with the 6 iron last wekeend. the head /shaft seem made for each other. the normally harsher tourstage feel somehow gets softened with the flex point in ithe crazy steels.. that normal harsher feeling gets dissispated. its a heck of a feel ,its a MUCH nicer play than the monaocos MUCH more so...... HOWEVER................. they are softer. def softer than the monaocco build. for me they were just a bit too loose over all. i was really feeling the kick and bend in t he shaft , that i dont get with other shafts and surprisingly...these laucnhed higher than i was expecting. . i hit a ton of balls so i got to see everything they did. the 4 irons into the front of greens on short par 5s was an absolute thing of beauty, didnt have to try and kill it it got airborn and it turned over nicely. hit some smokers, but. theY did feel "gulp" softish i def think for me they were a flex too loose, iwas also hititng the DG tour issue and s200 and both of these shafts (especailly the dg tour issue!) were lower stronger and better suited to me. the crazies blew them out for the water for impact feel, but the fact remains that they were too whippy for me. i hit a huge amount of 9 and pw at pins all morning and i gotta say, that PW mighe be close to , (with the yururi flatback pw) the best pin seeker of them all. i hardly missed a ball if at all. the 9 was perfection very high and landed dead. didnt seem to be massive spin machines but the back up i got was "there" and the side spin was "there" but nothing really to speak of. they just seemed to do what i wanted them to do without fuss nor anything unusual nor superlative. i hit enough with these clubs to be able to say i know them very well. and if im honest with my self id admit while i played them beautifully. i tried to like them more than i do , bec of the comapny they were in . i have to say that if id hard steeped them they might be perfect. the y wud be as clsoe to that as i cud imagine. but as they are built now , they are def just a little too much theatrical for me at impact. dont get me wrong they played perfeclty but when i hit 4 balls hard with each 7 iron into a 170 yard par 3 there can be NO doubt which iron is the best served for my play . and although the tourstage 905 was the most enjoyable to hit. the fact remains the yamaha and prgr were better suited (but still not my perfect ideal clubs st up) . id say for a slightly faster tempo and consistant speed swinger , (ie i get slow trasition then go very hard into the ball , which is where the tour issue really excelled!) ............, these might be THE blade set. they certianly as for feel!!!!!

iron shafts def ring true for me as well. lighter shaft in an X stiff r flex just make me swing faster and hit the ball higher. it might stay pretty straight but it doesnt make it longer , if anythinng i tend to get a bit "handsy" and try to over pwer everything i had this problem with the diamana thumps. they were too light. cudnt get my best tempo with them (loved the feel of those shafts btw..., )
