enough to nitice in o nthe driving ramnge yes. balls stopping dead, not zinging backwards. might keep these in for a wee while see how they go. the tourstage maruyama wedges ive got absolute decimate balls and just career backwards. this makes a nice change. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh theres no better , thers just degrees of diffferent

gamed the 2010 model yesterday, the non conforming variety ver y nice indeed. if u like a really small soled wedge , these are worth more than just a peek. had great success 50-54-58 no offset i could notice. good soft feeling, beautifful rounded sole makes looking at the ball seem ver yeasy for scooping. me likey!

well well well well p9003x gamed today absolutely sensational. its not high , its low ,powerfull, straight , piercing the differnce in range balls and real balls is a humongous difference.!!!!! heavy shot ,its heavier than the crazy sigma on impact. its a sensational feel in the ryoma. hit a cpl of bombs out of the screws long! best thing was the miss hits off the toe didnt make a difference, no slicing, no hooking, just bang. why oh why didnt i get this thing before i went to hawaii, i wouldnt have taken it out of my bag. the stinger is more electric, lighter by a cpl of grams ,but much lighter in impact . this is at the end of my spectrum, i left PLENTY i nthe bag today, the big boys can get another 30 ish no probs , theres planty to extract form this sucker. 9.9 /10 only bec theres no such thng as a 10.

im really happy with all ofthem so far, i ranged withte 2011s on wed , and had some good fun, i think the shafts i nthem make a hugmongous differnce. over al i like the 2011s shape best, but cant say anything till i try and take my buddies coin tomorrow im gaming 5-pw i nthe 2011s i just rotate the 3 and 4 if i need them from the 08s . i play 5- pw and my egg iron , that covers a 3 nad 3 no probs , just a higher shot , and in japan i dont need 3 and a 4 iron 99% of the time. cant wait to see whta they are coming out with this yr!

heres the piccy of my yamaha collection 2011 Ns proto ora X 37.75 perfect pro rubber 2008 ns proto ora stiff iomic x evolution 37.75 2010 ns proto 37.75 f215 X perfect pro cord the actual head shape doesnt look like itd been changed at all just the cavity section gaming the 2011s tomorrow first time. since ive been playing these my iron play has greatly improved in consistancy i dont htink they are as knock em down as my kyoeis and miuras , but i cant fault the fact that m play has most definatly improved. so i cant game any thing else
  7. makes sense to me. TARIO is ur man for tht correct repsonse, but yes it seems logical. any crazy is good tho, just get the most "right'one or qaudra or roddio super engines all.
  8. wow, just looking at this bag and how much its changed in 5 months. the epon 102 quadra proto, jbeam 435 crazy tj 46, yamaha tour bangvoo, yonex quadra FEX have been benched (bycrikies , im like that ambromavitch chap , and Chelsea soccer players here with the quality ive got on the bench!) the current drivers arethe jbeam 425 tour with crazy 80 7.7 ryoma d-1 --diamana stinger x crazy 460---crazy sigma 7.7 epon 101-- diamana stinger s fws the same RC 304p with roddio tour proto shafts in s7x and the ever trusty yamaha v 17--diaman stinger x the utes get rotated with pr-gr egg irons in 3-4-5-6 21-26* or the RC bbds from 09 just with ns 950 steel in stiff. noting special . the irons, well what a multitude of changes here. still game the old favs the kyoei in australia with ns super peening blue stiff . but locally here the epon af tours + 302, thee zone sprout prototypes, fourteen tc-1000, and even miura sb-02s have been usurped by yamaha tour 08s ,then the 2010s.., and now currently i nthe bag are the 2011s with NS prototype ora in x flex the wedges well i just have to look at the mto swap them around, this weekend its the mizuno T10s really small compact sole. see how therse go, they are the non conforming of the range. on the bench are yururi seida, rupas, tourstage maruyama, kyoei rafws, miura wmcs, putters.. i cant get the yamada milled ibushi and the trusty matsumoto mz-07 out of the bag. balls dont change, super newing premium brils in japan and asia, and srixon z- star and tourstage mild in oz and USA as much as id like to think i cud settle on one bag. HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA no chance! piccys of new bag tomorrow. got new camera so some good -uns on he way...!
  9. all depnds on yr swing characteristics. the crazy 80 noir is good in it , but not as solid as the GDp9003x or diamana, and a bit higher . its an easier shaft to hit . the GD is tops as is the daimana it seesm the more solid shaft performs better in it for me , but the more theatrical shafst is a lot easier to hit, i missed less fairasy with the crazy noir , but i like the mength of the other two
  10. i agree its not for every day unless uhave a tricky track thats tight and shortish i find iit very usefull in jp. accuracy the 13* for sure . longer lower , runners go the 11.5 distance the 11.5 if i play pete dys things ill use only this and leve the driver at home. no need for it. bag an extra wedge im gaming 5 wedges tomorrow horribly tugh track to hit greens on , lots of rough tiny greens. wicked. need wedgies byebye long irons driver 5w 25* egg ute 5-6-7-8-9 -pw 50-54-58-70 wedges putter

picked up my ryoma with the graphite design p9003x lsat night straight to the range as expected. not as many balls as i normally hit , but plenty to get a good impression of the new brute. exactly the same head 9.5* love it very strong punchy feel, weight is good 45 x d3 x 330 gram highish ball flight, much higher than the stinger no wandering offf path, just ballistics out there, seems like its 85% carry, not sure if theres much roll with this, theell be a bit but not lots. the stinger much more electric feel. lowr flight more piercing. more roll for certian. stinger much much better feeling club, but then agn its 700 us more to buy! def the stinger is the more enjoyable and lower piercing of these but the p9003x is a fantasic club. obv ill have to hit it with real balls first to make proper decision. but it def wont be as nice. but its worth a spot for sure im comparing a 1000 usd shaft to a 400 one and the differnce is most certianly noticeable. but that doesnt make the gd bad. it just shows how good the stinger actually is . most def a good combo th GD is going to be a great combo, it will deliver good results, strong long and straight. this is a good shaft in t his head chaps. well worht it for the stronger drivers out there
  16. YEA i had the same results when i flatted the epon 302 7 iron i have 1.5* it just sings now. the differnce is quite amazing.
  17. well not sure about the look, but the idea is fantastic. i have an idea for a putter iwant made. the sahpe ive only seen in an antique ping want to change it arund into something a litle nicer might give him a ring

picked up a 50 * one of these to counter the madness of a 46* pw i have these days. and it used it a bunch in hawaii. very thin sole very thin , rounded edge at address suoerb at clipping the bal clean and chipping to the pin form around the green, used this alsmot exclsuively hit it form the sand a cpl of times30 yard shots , brilliant results was seriosuly impressed with this more than i care to admit. the spin on it is perfectly fine without being outrageous, and its soft as a babies bum its got the job as the gap wedge i need. def worth a look
  20. well i dont actually do the building bit, hat i lave to skilled workman, but i get an idea in my head and get him to do it. does this count? design VS construction. all construction needs an architect right ?

think u might struggle with that question
  22. no cant get the 60 to do anything like this thng
  23. supo replied to supo's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
i just did my other ryoma with the p9003x im gagging to hit that, if its half as good as the stinger it will be brilliant. as for the j beam tour,, yes they need a much more lofted club to counter the boxy shape that drills the ball groundward 11* in this would be sensational as i think its as long as anything esle there is.
  24. its a howler..! i bought it just bec it was 70* and i wanted to see what that does nad you can almost hit yr self on the head with it. that trick shot mickelson does over his head.????? well aint done it yet but ..., no i use it for lobbing over bunker edges when a pin is super tight to the fringe out of rough close to the green. down hill lies in thick rough think over shooting the green, pin at the back. short down hill lobs i used it a heap i n hawaii save me a lot. this thing doesnt spin it just rolls its the ugliest weirdest club ever , but it works for me a treat.
  25. yea good thoughts. i think ul find as u get better the epon 302 race up the rankings i also couldnt get along with them till i discoveeid i neded to flatten the lie 1.5 * , which i did to a 7 iron i have and now hit as well if not better thna anything else . the 302s are exceptional for the better players. i think....... the 502s my mate has and hes hit most clubs JDM , and absolutely swears by them. hes a 12 marker. everythings relative. the miuras i dont know about the ones uve got i have had a few sets of blades and cavities cb1006. solid players irons! and cb 3001 super easy cavities ( i actually palyed my best round with these) the biggest difference is i nthe shape for me. the miuras are much more square than epon i think this also makes a big difference. if u like looking at squareer lines then epon mighten be the best bet vice versa over all i find the miuras to be a lot clickier than epon ,epon is the most rediculously soft feel there is. regardless of what shaft is in them on wet days id use the epon 100% on dry hard pan id use miura, miura tend to make thinner soled clubs as well. depends on what u like to hit. theres no best/ better, its totally relative to your eye and swing comparing these .
