well il tell you what I know bec I game this driver the new egg is a normal looking driver,its a normal non weird looking head unlike the older eggs. its failry big head with a big face. but it doesn't look small nor big , it looks its size. it frames the ball really well, the ball looks tiny on the face now heres the kicker. I had a soft stinger in it at first which I miissed left with al the time, I was over cooking this set up a lot. it was really long but wasn't that tight. I swapped that into an epon 101 head which is square and its now perfect. so I swaped to the diaman X 60x in t he egg and now its ballistic. I don't miss it left any longer it draws but they are 5 yard draws now not 20 yard hooks the shaft CAN NOT BE DISCOUNTED. it looks.................. I mean , it looks ever so slightly closed at address. I swear to god it looks closed but aparentrly ............. its not . ive no idea how they did that but heres NO WAY u look down at this and say its open. no way ive adjusted my stance to the right ever so slightly knowing that il be favouring a draw more than anything else with this . it took a wee bit of getting used to but now its wired I absolutely love it. flight is on the mid side . and its feels nice, . the original shaft in it was really quite good. its ( I believe) a diamana made for pr-gr so tis decent quality. IMO if u like the look of the head, id give it a go. and give it a bit of time to acclimatise. I wont get into swing path theories on their relationship to certain clubs bec I don't purport to that ur swing is ur swing, build ur club around that swing or change ur swing. I game drivers that are 3* open and 1* closed and I don't find any difference at all. I just shaft it differently to accomodate that set up . I cant tell you which one is better or worse for a certain swing. ifi like the head I get it and build accordingly. works a treat!

ohhhhhhhhhh., i know how good they are. but im going to put those ancient honmas into play this season , the new stuff doesn't interest me what so ever. more fangles and dangles than santas sled.., theres nothing better than these for compact heads. nothing . and thers no better shafts either. but I know these are not for general consumption these are purpose bbuilt. I seriously doubt they will atttract any interst at all. but just in case theres some one out there that can play them the ywil have a set of keepers at the highest level . who knows

this is my current secret fave. irons only on on virtually ever hole from the the fairway. lots of varing elevation change and doglegs to negotiate. its all driver, irons and wedges . perfect for practicing

MCi 120 stiffs will be close to perfect now id think,, started interlocking grip on irons agin this weekend so ill prob need to back off in shaft flex again. I was pulling too many shots hook with the baseball grip on my irons I cant wait to try these!, I will take them to my irons-only course near Fuji for a session , that way I wont need to waste shots on fariway woods~!

u nailed it with no offset............................... fantastic. fthese in hand are just so superb to look at. I was going to get an original set but the offset on the originals did me in. well done!!!!

well.. after a cpl of recent games with newly copper plated heads I gotta say there is a noticeable difference in feel, they are most definitely softer, and the ball seems to "stick" to the face more. although I cud see no noticeble difference in performance , ( I don't think that the point anyways...) but for feel........., oh yea.., they are really fantastic which is a really nice thing in winter. even the reflective glow from the sun isn't an issue. which I thought I might be , but nope. gotta say if uve got a set of special heads.. getting a GOOD plater to re do them is a fine option if u like soft,

Hahaha yea ive played onthem a few times but no its not my go to thing , have to agree opening up the throttle and roaring along is an unbelievablly great rush. I prefer the human power turns to horse power turns tho.

hmmmmmmmmmm black oxide kinda doenst work on irons I think they tend to get marked too quickly from whaat ive seen .. raw. now theres a point.. yea... cplof coatings of corrosion X and they are sweet for ever. no off set..... ever..,
