Which year model is this?? I've tried the Gen 1 and Gen 2 but find the head too light...but heard they have improve on this area in their latest model?

That's a steal of a price.... great replacement for long irons and so so so much easier to hit !!!

What's the difference between each line-up Christ?

I thought I read the specs wrongly.... hmmm really have to see how the offset looks at set-up?

I'm gaming the flatback raw and have tried the Honma TW717 in a demo when they were newly launch. Looks good at address with similiar offset to my flatback but feel a little more dense. It was shaft with NSPro 950 so the ball flight was naturally higher than my Flatback. Nice irons overall but IMO it doesn't inspire me to change as they're too similiar in many ways (apart from feel, which my raw flatback feels like the ball was sticking to the face a tad sec longer)

Could be due to shaft and also putting the Type R against a non-conforming driver is not really a fair assestment IMO On the other hand, good to know the type R is forgiving as they claim it to be

Wow... for a boutique brand to be able to do this, they must have some $$$uper marketing power !!

For this price, it's definatly worth giving it a try....
