LIe angle is as important as Shaft selection! Pete
  2. If you can get 110mph out of a 7 iron, you are a player!!!!!!!!! It would be Driver swing speed me thinks. Pete
  3. What would the cpm's be JBird? Does it play Stiff or closer to strong flex after the tipping? I assume it didn't work for you due launch height (ie too high). I'm a low launcher so quite interested. Thanks, Pete
  4. I have a Seemore M6 B prototype (18 of 25 made) that looks a bit like a modern milled Bullseye. I think it has great feel and no need to manipulate your hands. I feel that CS putters are better for a straight back/ straight thru sort of stroke. I have a SC squareback that has been turned into centreshaft by the custom shop coming soon. If that works out the Seemore will be available Dale! (do a forum search on GolfWrx for Seemore M6) regards, Pete Dale, check out the USDM 'For sale' forum because I had the Seemore for sale there and I currently have a TP Mills centreshaft for sale there (there are photo's there). I'm obviously a bit of a CS Nut!!!

******Price Drop******* Hi all, for sale is a absolutely beautiful T P Mills custom putter. It is a special produced for a long time collector for this years T P Mills Invitational sales event in the States (in April). It is a variation on the T P Mills Anvil series (www.tpmillsputters.com) only with a flame coating, special grip and special black shaft. It's designation is 'Hybrid neck CS Trad II FC'. The FC stands for Flatback Centreshaft. It is 34" with a lie angle of 72* and 348g weight. It is in superb condition (9.9/10) and has only ever rolled balls on carpet (no game time at all!). The grip is a special Gripmaster Ostrich red leather grip (over $100 by itself) and comes with the T P Mills black anvil headcover. Mills putters are considered along side the top end Scotties in feel and quality. This thing cost me well over $400 but I have decided that I prefer a less upright and slightly longer putter. Will sell for $320 plus postage. The buyer will love it. Regards, Pete
  7. The Yonex ST fairway is a very pretty club. Can't wait to get it. Trouble is it is 6 weeks since I ordered it and I still am not sure when it will arrive! Please be aware of that when ordering JDM er's. Pete
  8. The Yonex Ezone Steel head FW looks pretty good too. Can't wait to try it..........If it ever arrives!!!! Pete
  9. MJ, I'm going to pull that buy request on the vokey if that is OK? I doesn't appear like that meets your expectations. The $20 postage bit in your initial posting is a little confusing! I have also bought a TP Mills for a Million dollars (or so) and I need to rain in some buys. Pete
  10. If the Vokey is $95US including postage to Australia, I'll take it! Pete
  11. I thought about the Yamaha as well as it has a larger head than most! Still goes great off the fairway. The shaft is the key. Pete
  12. The new Yonex Ezone is a sweet looking 13* fairway (I have one on order but it may never arrive!). Pear shaped although the smaller head may not be what you are looking for! It is a tough ask, you want a bigger head for off the Tee but a smaller playable one for fairways. It depends how good you are RI? A 13* requires a bit of clubhead speed to get a good launch and then it is still problematic off tight lies (unless you develop lots of spin). i would have thought if your course is relatively short, there would not be many 240 yard fairway shots to be had. Even if they are, short courses tend to have small greens so holding a long flat fairway metal is unlikely. I would use something like the RC D/S and game a 16* 4 wood and carry an extra wedge for those short game shots! The RC will be usable on good lies and the 16* will give you good trajectory into the smaller greens. Pete
  13. The Stinger......cause I have one and I couldn't play with something called a "Bangvoo"!!! Pete

Ukok, I have a Yonex 380 head I got through the TSG site that is now extra (due buying one of Supo67's JBeam Crazy driver's)! It is a 9* and has only been hit a dozen times (can post/send photo's - absolutely unmarked). I get to the UK a lot with work. Would you be interested in it if I could get it to you for $350US delivered (that is a $25US discount plus no freight costs). I would bring it into the country so you wouldn't need to pay Duty! If interested, please let me know (PM or on this topic is fine by me). Pete P.S. Sorry for thread jacking. It seems appropriate due no 380's in the UK!
  19. Whats are Premium Brill!!! Is that a rare type of bird?
  20. Nothing from Bridgestone Stew? I think the B330S is still my favourite allround ball! Pete
  21. Hi Chris, will the DB forged 56* black head be available with that grind thru TSG. Love the look! Pete
  22. Sorry Hulc, probably not. If I do, I will let you know. Will know in a few weeks! Pete
  23. Not Me Guys!!! The head went but I still have the shaft!
  24. Have you hit this Stew? I may be tempted? Pete
