Thats a cool bag of gear you have mate, all tried and tested winners. Seven D shaft in the 388?
  3. yep sorry forgot to say...use a piece of dowel or thin end of an old steel shaft for adding the bostic to the inside of the grip. Clean the inside of the blown grips with a bottle brush dipped in mineral turps, removes glue and tape residue from inside grip. I always buy new grips for a new set....as shambles points out they get bit bigger every time, elite grips seem to keep the shape bit longer. I tend to use blown grips on woods.

Srixon looks nice D, great price for that set up. GLWS
  7. Removal with air gun. Make sure you use a metal or plastic sleeve just longer than the grip and just so it slides over the grip, this will prevent the grip glowing out and rupturing. Fitting with air gun Before sliding the grip on with the gun make sure you slightly wet the grip tape with a 100/1 solution of water and liquid soap, this stops the end of the grip from purchasing and also causing a blow out, grip slides on with ease and will dry as normal. Low pressure from your compressor, trial and error, best to practice with an old shaft and grips, blowing grips only works with the head still on the shaft or if plenty of glue is still in the tip for shaft alone, same with re gripping, always have the head glued before gripping.
  8. Some great gear up here mate. GLWS
  9. They look sweet, nice grinds. Shimada shafts? Elite grips are the best IMO.

Yes balls indeed...Tried them all just about and never really concerned what I play in practice. One the comp days I will always break a new sleeve out though. Pro V1X & V1 or Epon F series depending on soft or firm conditions are (greens). Used a sleeve of vistas once and was very surprised at how good those are, in fact they were superb and cost half the price of a genuine premium ball. Probably gona give them a run in the future so I can stick to the same ball in practice and tornys. Will see.

Stats look great Mike. I think It is absolute same as yours only in SR, how does the stiffness compare to the Crazy shaft? Can you select a bias eg draw fade?
  13. That is one great looking driver. So smooth and perfectly crafted. Good choice on the colour scheme. The ferrule is bling but sick!

Haha...This is without a doubt the sort of head you would send to Seven Dreamers. Non conforming with higher torque stiff distance shaft...I am talking my self in to this:) Righto Mikey give me a reason to keep this, how good are they.
  18. Look forward to that! Is it staying in the head you fit hell or high water you will make it work...personally I wouldn't answer that, I would have utmost confidence that whatever head it goes in it would work better. Keep me posted, a intrigued to know the results.
