  1. Wow, very exciting. That material must be something to have it really come back together quickly for a shaft that light. Maybe it will compare with the TRPX Air in feel and tip action?

Great write-up! I am glad you are loving yours. They are special shafts indeed. I have the balanced version and found it to just be exactly that. It is as long as my other distance shafts (maybe a tad shorter) but just as good enough control like playing a heavier shaft but it is still very light. Now you are getting me interested in trying a distance shaft as well :) Congrats!
  3. Wow, gorgeous!
  4. Oh yeah! These look mighty interesting :)
  5. Those iron shafts themselves retail $300-400 new for the set, not to mention the great clubs. Fantastic price everyone and limited/rare irons!
  6. Wonderful set and a steal at that price for the heads only!
  7. A Modart+Gold's project might need to be in the works ;)
  8. Looks like Modart is announcing the new R51 now... https://www.facebook.com/Modart.jp/posts/811682672217475
  9. I have to second Chris's recommendation for: Modart + FW80 :)
  10. Such great irons Robbie! :) The Nippon STs are about 110g shafts that are higher launch than the Tour 120s with a touch more spin (think a lighter KBS Tour but with a ton better feel). This is a great deal everyone, those iron shafts are rare to find and cost a pretty penny, not to mention those irons look like they are in great condition!
  11. Oh, wow, I didn't even pay attention to the hosel (looks like a 910/913'ish adapter). Very interesting :)
  12. Browsing the R&A conforming list of drivers website, I found an interesting Modart head (dubbed the MA01DS), it seems smaller in profile than both the D & S. Could this be a ~420cc head?
  13. Thanks Chris! Are the Suda-san custom wedges also CNC'd milled from the block? By the looks, they seem forged (they don't have the machined lines similar to the CBCs or A60s but that could be due to the grinding after)?
  14. Wow!!! Very excited to see how these turn out, no doubt they will be a work of art!

Between the 435 and Zero for me, I found them to be similarly mid-forgiving, mid launch, and both very long with the Zero slightly longer (and with better feel). I have never hit the 425 but I also hear great things. The Zero is one of those special bombers out there though if you can tame it...
  16. Wow D! Can't wait to see them in person...soon! :)
  17. Beautiful clubs and I love those shafts. Great combo. Someone is going to get a nice set! GLWS
  18. Extremely nice! My favorite wedge set, someone will be getting a work of art! GLWS
  19. Wow, what a steal at that price. Someone needs to grab these!
  20. Congratulations Chris! Happy for you. Like others said, life moves a mile a minute. Take time to step back and enjoy the small moments with them. They are only this young once, as Hutchy says, soak it all in! Congratulations, cheers to a healthy baby and mom.
  21. Congrats Chris!!!! Enjoy these moments, they grow up fast!
  22. Looks great Chris!!! Love the blue fill and finish :)
  23. Wow...wow...wow... beautiful clubs and set, GLWS! Might want to include that they are the plated version...
