  1. It's the Chili Proto u have.
  2. What do you want to feel? we can make suggestions based on that. I think it would be very cool to create a Cameron-San putter. If you don't do it do you mind if I do?
  3. this sounds like a great combo.
  4. great feedback and your right about the shafts. GL200 is the stockie & a fubuki K50 is the upgrade.
  5. wow 280! no kidding that must have been an X right? got a couple emails from Muzzik 787 users asking what's the difference. Let's look at some numbers in stiff flex then materials: Muzzik 787 = 75g/3.2 Fujikura 757 = 77g/3.0 The 757 information doesn't mention about the tonage of the carbon but does mention the 7 axis Triax weave and nano materials integrated into the shaft. The 787 is full length 70T carbon re inforced by a 3 axis weave of 50T carbon. Both fit the same aggressive tempo, faster swinging player that seeks more control and distance. Based on materials the 787 outshines the new 757 and it's obvious in the price as it's more than double. The new speeders are said to feel different, more crisp, less soft and more snappy which sounds really good. In the end all that matters is it fits you well, both the 757/787 fit the same type of player.
  6. We first heard about these last march at the Japan Golf Fair. Finally they are out, I haven't had a chance to game one yet but plan to put the 661 into a xXx S-013 head this week. Both these shafts are designed for the more aggressive swinger. It's very similar to the motore speeder but it has some sort of nano tech that allowed them to design the shaft with more kick yet with less deformation. These are a hair lighter than their old predecessors and with a tad lower torque. Anyone game theirs yet?
  7. I'm sure Yamaha will release Endo made Tour Models in the future, It seems the new norm is that the non Tour Model products will be made elsewhere. I believe the first set just shipped.
  8. Here are the M-Grind version of these coming out soon! TourStage X-Wedge Forged-M Wedge
  9. Is Taylormade Japan on to something? For those of us who have hit the original Gloire then the reserve we all know they are long, forgiving, and user friendly. These are designed for the non athlete type player although the driver can easily withstand a 100 mph swing speed. This year it's actually named Gloire "Distance"... Does that mean it's longer? I'm not sure only time will tell. The face looks a bunch cooler in black vs white. It's still the 70 layer composite material but TM claims its 55% bigger than the average sweet spot, that's even bigger than the reserve. It's got the adjustable loft, comes with the wrench, but what has my stuck is the shaft options. Head material: α · β titanium Face material: Graphite Composite + thermoset urethane loft angle: 9.5,10.5 Lie angle: 58 degrees Head volume: 460cm3
  10. Hows the new iDX concept by Nissan, it's going retro design based on driving simulators.
  11. All GT's wedges are awesome, even back in the day. The shape of this one is near perfect as well.
  12. I like Zodia especially the wedges. They have been CNC'ing all sorts of interesting cavity designs into open model heads recently.
  13. What you see him filing is actually him creating the shape for the mold to produce new tooling. It's pretty rare to see, I don't recall it ever being shown anywhere on video and only a few can still do it this way.
  14. 1. Yup Endo has made parts for many industries, in fact at one point they were tooling up to make motors for rolls royce and that wasn't too long ago. That deal didn't happen though. 2. I'm not sure to be honest but I've seen the rapid prototyping system building one offs for pro's. 3. I don't know his handicap but I know he hits it a mile for an older guy, he's a big dude.
  15. We shot this back in march it was about a month before the bolds became available. S-Yard came out with the XV Driver, FW, & irons after that and are about to release a super high COR series for the slower swinger.
  16. Wow that's a nice piece. Exactly what milling is this? Sasaya can also make thinner milling higher on the face going deeper on the lower portion.
  17. Former president of Endo and current president of S-Yard Kenji Kobayashi talks about his personal history in the Golf Industry and some of his philosophies on golf design. <!-- This version of the embed code is no longer supported. 18. 2016 Hybrid but this is just a rendering. The latest Nismo R35 was just revealed today and it's the fastest "Mass produced" production car around the ring 140k - 600hp The Porsche 918 holds fastest production car ever around the ring it's just not mass produced and it costs nearly 1m per.
  19. The Zen is a special putter one of those that don't come around very often.
  20. Sorry I was kidding, got all hyped up reading this thinking there would be a pic waiting at the end.
  21. Yes you are rambling, you don't even have the putter yet and it's god! ;)
  22. You contact Tario. Thats the best way hands down. Customizing your favorite putter is pretty bad ass as well.
  23. Stew, these are firm at impact no? How did you re weight your Maru's?
  24. Last few rounds I increased the weights in my xXx D013 8g & 6g went in. The sound went berserk it was wild but the driver was now uber heavy not to mention it was playing at 45.75". So after a few rounds with that monster I put the ptune waccine into rotation again and it felt light in comparison! It completely behaved and performed very well today.
