Master Sasaya's latest release the new SUS303 No.2 Putter is CNC milled in house at the Golds Factory HQ from a solid block of steel to 80% complete form. Master Sasaya then puts the remaining 20% of the finishing touches via precision hand grinding to round out edges and further enhance the shape of the putter. Each Putter varies slightly due to the hand ground aspect producing true one of a kind putters for the decerning golfer. The other models in the Golds Factory Line up are 100% CNC milled in house. Golds Facotory putters are not outsorced like other brands. They are crafted of the highest quality in Tokyo Japan. For more Gold's Factory USA Information please visit Golds Factory USA

2008 Miura MB-5003 w/PICS!!!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Whatever you request the length is Tour. -
The new Tourstage 901 Irons are part of a limited release that has already been sold out at the OEM. The 901 irons feature a new hybrid forged technology allowing internal weighting to be done within the one piece forged head creating maximum forgiveness. The best part it is it actually increases the pleasure and purity at impact. These irons are very soft and ooze of the best quality. It's finish is not chrome but a very gloss polished brushed satin look. With all these new drivers & square faces, forged 1020C irons geared toward every level, limited edition compact wedges, and apparel + bags that top them all It's easy to say that Tourstage knows what us Ho's really like. More PiCs to come...

The new Limited Edition X Wedge 901 by Tourstage has arrived. This is the continuation of the Maru Spec tradition of Bridgestone Japan offering a rare glimps of what the ProSupport tour players use. It also continues with 53/59* lofts yet it adopts standard swing weights at D3 with it's S200. It is compact with a stunning finish and would give the TVD a run for its money in the style department. Not sure If I will be able to hit this one guys for a review as only 3 sets have arrived. More Pic's to come...

I hear the same thing about the AFTOUR and custom finish options but it would be a mistake not to offer this model in a special finish as the majority of people who enjoy those cool tweaks are the hardcore golfer. Don't worry guy's I will work on them until they offer it.

Tourstage X-Blade 2009 Irons Models and Specs
TourSpecGolfer replied to gocchin's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
It could be the ultimate Honeymoon period but off the start I do like the forgiveness and while the feel is a whole different type of soft I can't select which i prefer. We have MP-32's here as well. I love the 32, it Imo is more forgiving than this 901 iron but much larger. The Tourstage is a true players blade in line with the MB5003. Both the 901 and the Mb5003 are butter knives when compared to Mizunos muscle back offerings. -

Its a tough call guy's I just hit the 901 vs the MB5003 and like the 901 better at this moment. I need to put KB Tours or NS999's into the 901 to make it a better match up but my first impression is " why do I like the 901 with S200 more than the 5003 with KB Tours ? ". -

Guy's we are down to our last 3 sets of the Limited Edition Tourstage 901 MB Iron. We are also down to our last 2 Tourstage Limited wedge sets. For those of you who do not know both items are limited and sold out at the OEM. The Tourstage wedge set is pretty much the replacement to the Maru Spec's. -
I was able to try the KB tour shaft on multiple occasions but I have not hit nor seen the black version. Anyone here know the difference or test it out?

Miura Tournament Blade Vs. Miura Giken MB-5003
TourSpecGolfer replied to danitrio1's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
No sir, conditions vary in the USA as they do in Japan, both countries have their hard and soft pan areas. The 5003's work very well in both Hawaii & Las Vegas. -
There are other brands I would guide you to before purchasing RomaRo over stuff from say Miura, Tourstage, George Spirits, Epon, and others. The product looks modern and edgy but their current line up is pretty much the same as we saw in Feburary 2 years ago and thats not a good sign. When looking down at the irons the shape of the head just does not sit well. If you need a suggestion just drop me a PM and I would be happy to help.

We have the Golf Specialist currently testing a set with some KB's installed. I have hit the Cb 2006 + KB combo before lending them out and they are awesome. An actual improvement over past Miura models. Reminds me of the Epon AF501 but better feeling.

Sasaya carries several types of heads some milled from a solid block the others half milled from the factory. It depends on the model but they are all his designs. He outsources the forgings on pre grinds, he is a custom club crafter not a steel foundry. Wedge blanks are very rarely forged by the manufacture. So many brands use the same forged blanks but the most vital part of the wedges production is if a master crafter himself like Sasaya or Tomaru build it from start to finish. The process is different from what you would see with other supposed custom wedge crafters, one is more assembly line through various stages of production touching many hands, while the other is literally done from sketch to engraving tool creation to design, grinding, finishing, & paint fill by a true Master. With Sasaya It's part CNC & part Hand Grind even his finish is applied by hand. Due to the way they are hand made I can't put them on the same level as even other top brands.

That's the real GS wedge I am talking about...
TourSpecGolfer replied to mofo.66's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
It is the GT series wedge that is currently available. They welded a piece of metal to a wedge blank then ground to smooth out. Over 10,000 pcs produced and it is their cheapest wedge in the series. If you need it, just PM me but quite honestly its a performance tragedy. -

Vega Japan's new Iron ** ZESTAIM **
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
I hear the Grind Studio version starts as the same head but 30 grams over and then Master Tomaru himself grinds, stamps, & finishes them himself! -
In Hand Images of the Miura Giken Japan CB 2006 Irons
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
It's not all that bad, can't be worse than " precious edition " can it? The customers who have purchased these are extremely happy with the performance. Some compare it to the Epon AF501 iron but softer and I agree with that statement. IMO Miura's last 2 releases have been true performers the MB5003 and now the CB2006 both are an improvement over previous designs. -
I'm sorry sir can you please rephrase that? The AFTOUR has not been released yet. Look forward to late November.
-
Yes that isn't a problem at all.
-
Yes late November retail release.

Japanese Chouji Oil (Clove Oil) was used to protect Japanese swords from dirt, sweat, blood and other contaminents that created the formation of rust. Sword Oil as it was called was used to keep the shine and lustre on swords by bonding to the metal and keeping them looking like new. Gold's Factory now brings you Sword Oil for your clubs. After brushing off dirt and moisture thoroughly. Spray the oil directly on the club head and allow it to cover and soak the entire head. Please wipe off extra oil with a dry soft cloth. It prevents rust, bonding to the finish sorta like a protective coating. It is also not harsh to fragile finishes and helps keep your clubs looking pretty. I use it on expensive putters and expensive wedges.
