XST vs BBD Type H2 vs TM Vsteel 2 need reviews
TourSpecGolfer replied to pingwrx's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
In the last 3 weeks I have hit just about every FW on the market. The Tourstage X-ST has fallen down the ranking while the GFT, Royal Collection H2, and M3 Hit are top in their class. I am stuck between the GFT foamed 4 wood with PT-7 Stiff vs the PRGR M3 Hit w/M46 INSPEC by FSP, which is an oversized FW but so easy to hit from the short grass and off the tee. Based on looks alone the GFT and H2 have the most refined and eye pleasing shape ever in any FW. M3 Hit GFT FW RC H2 all easy winners IMO. -

Godzilla - Red Riding Hood - Lucky Clovers IN STOCK!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Anyone notice the amount in play on the LPGA? Ai Miyazato is using the clover neo mallet cover at the moment. I have a feeling we will see more and more comocome on the U.S tours in months ahead. -
Crews Golf Milled face Wedge!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
This new Triple sole is getting rave reviews from the mags in Japan as one of the most easiest wedges to play with high spin. We have sold quite a few and for those who have received theirs how do you like them? -

Nothing is final right now, I have seen 2 types of heads, 425cc and 455cc, the samples are made in conforming and non and the difference is that the 455 has a deeper face. They will be available in 8.5,9.5,10.5, and 11.5 models. They are all made square face angles and adjustable head weighting for tunning. The soon to be G-Field Studio's can adjust the weighting for you to get it perfect, Fade or draw bias is an option as well, You will have the option to order the head foamed or normal, foamed is 30.00 more but will create a softer sound and feel at impact for those who dont enjoy the tink titanium drivers are known for. Custom shaft options galore, just about any shaft option under the sun including Axiv, Armarq, Fujikura, Graphite Design and Ozik. These drivers will not be available until August. 11 Pro Division models made for the JPGA tour, I may have access to a few for interested parties.

Tell your local shop to contact Iomic USA, its really expensive so not many shops are willing to carry it. Also many complaints on the wood/Iron grips because many U.S club makers use harsh thinner to install these grips and they are made thin, they end up drying then spliting up the middle an hour or two later. You must use white thinner.

Contact MPC, I'm positive they deal with am&e direct. :tsg_smiley_yes:

TSG Wedge Version 1.0 w/PICS
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Its similar to my favorite wedge shape the GAS1 forged except the TSG wedge has no offset while the GAS1 had onset. The grooves are square which explains the symbol on its face. I always really liked this grind and I hope you guys enjoy it also I only made 10 sets of two, I am selling them at this price to allow every core member the chance to own a piece of TSG history without breaking the bank. The TSG wedge line is a series now, We will keep coming out with new versions quite frequently. Please enjoy V.1[/b] -

ComoCome Leather/Sterling Silver Head Covers!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
They got some of the biggest players using them, Ai Miyazato, Shigeki Maruyama, Paula Creamer, Shinobu, and a few more. I hear that the comera ( godzilla ) cover can lower your score by 1-2 stroke per round and the rice man design increases your chances of birdie on the last 2 holes. :tsg_smilie_wink: -
Its got what they call a neo G core that decreases spin and increases distance. Its a ball geared to the good player actually giving them performance gains. If you guys haven't had the chance to hit any of the new Tourstage balls, they are the best IMO they just released a new version X01 series and now this new V10.
-
Cons: Are you crazy? $325.00 for a head cover. Does it come with a game? Pros: Made of soft leather with a sterling silver seal, Only 50 pcs made. And lets not forget about "Muffy" The chicks will dig it.

The New PRGR T3 Profile Pics!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
The Black is 440cc with a more pear shape and geared toward the faster swinger, the Blue for the average player is 10cc's bigger with a more modern profile from above, most forgiving but not available in X flex. Its nice PRGR is going oversize this year and that includes their M3 Hit FW, oversized FW thats just dead easy to hit. -
I'm pretty sure its Kyeoi in Japan and yes its basically a smaller 2004CB. Not sure if they go retail.

Here is a little somthing more to get your blood pumping: -
For many its the first time ever to see the Titleist 591 irons. They were a limited Japan run in the late 90s. Enjoy.
-
Not very good IMO, decent feel at impact, very low ball flight not long or what I would consider forgiving.
-
Its got a nice look to it, I wasnt sure if this is available in the states or not.

Oh My GOD!!!.....A New XXIO Driver!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
I had the chance to hit one of these today, they are closed face but not what we picture. the 11* only looked about 1.5* closed and the lower lofts only .5-.1 degrees closed. If you have a problem with slicing the ball this driver could be a good fit.
