Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearYou better believe will. I was so frustrated one day I started just trying to chip with the three wood from everywhere and the cleveland wedge almost met a watery grave. I have ground most of the bounce off of the cleveland but I can't wait until my Scratch gets here.

Alcap26 replied to phillypete's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech Gear- Sonartec NP-99 PLEASE HELP ASAP
The only thing I know about this is that the NV is supposed to be the same as a regular NV. Good luck.- General BS Thread
Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearPete, I would have to agree with your father on the thermostat issue. It should not cost that much to get a new one put in. I played golf today and I felt like I had my old swing and the wedge game that has been MIA for the last year showed back up. I sure as hell hope it stays around. I also hit the Titleist 704cb today and they felt pretty darn good. I might be getting a set because the 300's are really starting to show some wear. I also picked up a TM retro raylor 19° for 40 bucks at Sams club and I thought what the hell give it a try. I think I am playing again tomorrow. Oh well good luck with the car Pete.- Tourspec Pin-ups (PG-13)
Alcap26 replied to phillypete's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearOh my lord... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D That middle pic is fantastic!- Shaft phobia
Maybe just order one and give it a shot to see how you like it. I have a 105s in a tour issued rescue mid 14° and I feel it is too much for that club and me that is why I have the duffy 13° in the bag. The 75 might work out for you in the fw or you might want to go heavier.- Tourspec Pin-ups (PG-13)
Alcap26 replied to phillypete's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearNice camel toe there oiams...guess who is creeping up into first...Go Yankees :D- Shaft phobia
I love the nv65s. Give this shaft a chance. It is a very tight shaft...dispersion wise and it can handle a mighty swipe at the ball...trust me. It is the best shaft I have used. My previons shafts were the harrison pro 2.5 in a Callaway Biggest Big and a harrison pro 2.5 titanium in a Tisi and these shafts felt as stiff as a sixteenyear olds..well you know :D . Thank god I found this driver because it puts the harrisons to shame. I am thinking of getting a nv amber...softer tip for my 3 wood. It is 13° to help achieve a higher ball flight. I hope your credit card has a high limit because your going to need it once you see all the goodies on this site. Welcome and i hope you love your driver.- How can I tell an Adams tour redline
Thanks for the info...I thought about getting one but I am killing my 580 so I am not going to tempt myself with one....yet. I do like the idea of the open setup...the 580 tour I have has done wonders for my game...thanks to neon8s for the driver.- Most overrated PGA proffessional current/all time?
Currently I would have to say Tiger :D :D . (notice the smileys...this is a joke). I think I would have to agree with the DLIII...I mean I know he has back troubles...I can relate...cold weather plays hell on my lower back because it keeps it tight. The most overrated and this is before my time is Johnny Miller and ken Venturi. I know Johnny won some majors but he did not have the staying power of Nickalus or Watson. I will not go into what I think of Venturi because I want this discussion to remain civil.- General BS Thread

Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearWell my wife has a car about 18 years older than she is...56 Cadillac Convertible. This car would be so sweet if I had an extra 15 to 20 grand into it for a quality restoration. My game sucks right now because the confidence is gone in the wedge game...I hope the new Scratch helps along with a lesson. I think I have the yips when I have to pitch. I will overcome! I agree with the more smartass looking smiley face but I am glad we have what we have. I think they are great...at least no dog is s**tting on us. :D- WTF?!

Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearScroll up and click profile...then scroll all the way down and you will see your current avatar (red x) in a box. Underneath it should say delete image. Check the box and select your avatar then click submit and it should work. Your avatar can not be any bigger than 186 kb. I believe if it is too big you will get the red x...also it cannot be bigger than 150x150 pixels.- General BS Thread
Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearDid you put the check in the delete avatar box also?- General BS Thread
Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearI love the gutter gang flag! Woohoo About criteria I think Chainsaw, Shoe, and DoubleAA ought to be grandfathered in also. I guess anybody that wants one should get one. Like you said we will take up an offering...we prefer the money that folds not that jingles. Who came up with these new icons over the avatar? I think they are great.- An Interesting putter by TM
My father inlaw still has one...I believe it was part of the TPA line when TM had the TPA line but I am not sure if I am right. I have tried to get this putter from him b/4 but hopefully I can talk him out of it next time I am down.- General BS Thread
Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearI'm putting pretty good with the monza but I like the heavier feel of the Mezza. The 52° wedge is in bad need of refinishing and I thought of getting the wedge because I use the 52 a lot. I can't part with my 52 because I got my first hole in one with it. I think I might do the wedge...maybe pay the difference and get the vintage model.- If I were a policeman
Alcap26 replied to Alcap26's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearI is educated :D .- Check out these ugly wedges
I'm not sure what you mean but all I was doing was commenting on the looks and the badging on the wedge. I think it is a little to much with the TW crest and the fact they say tiger woods on each side. Maybe I should get Ari to do that to my new wedge...my first and last name on each side of the S emblem :D .- General BS Thread
Alcap26 replied to AKFLY's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearI need you opinions. I have the chance to either get a free white hot putter (rossi, etc), forged chrome+ wedge, or if I get a few more points a two ball putter. I am not sure which one to gett. I will probably trade it in and get a mezza but I could use a new gap wedge...which should I get? - Tourspec Pin-ups (PG-13)
