  1. It's Christmas! Treat yourself dude!
  2. It is! Really! and it comes with the head.... :-)
  3. Thanks C! Season's best to you and yours too! I have 2 more heads coming in so there is still the nirvana hope before the New Year! The TP07S can be long!!! and I will fully agree with you on the strong (not low) launch and roll! The trouble here is not the arrow but the Indian :-) As for the price.. it's Christmas!
  4. There is a 10.5 with a CB50 now on ebay expiring in 50 minutes as of time of this post.
  5. Congrats! Do let us know if yours is "star-less" or not :-)
  6. Got this in several days ago and have had a few range sessions and 1 round with it. As this is listed here, it can concluded that I have found this not right for ME. This thing can go VERY long and if I had bought one that perhaps is a little closed faced, it may have been better for me. I was just not able to hit it consistently enough and that is of course just me. The face angle of this appears to my eye as square to slightly open. The weight setting which is permanent and set at factory is black weight (10grams) closer to hosel and yellow weight (1.5grams) closer to heel. This could have been done to complement the square to slightly open face. Loft I am told is a true 10*. Trajectory is definitely stronger (not to be read in any way as low) than my D1. There is a serial number on the hosel. This is CONFORMING. So I am selling this as HEAD only and with the original matching head cover. It is probably one of the nicest head covers out there imo and the quality seems good. I also like that it is a sock headcover and not the zip version. Face and crown are all in good nick and some normal sole wear. This is one of the latest offerings from Kamui Pro if not the latest ( http://www.tourspecg...roducts_id=4456 ) and perhaps the first that is offered in BST. I also have another 2 heads coming in and not all can stay so might as well pass this on now. Sooooo.......... As this is Christmas, if this is bought before midnight 24th December (Singapore time :-) ), I will absorb ALL paypal fees and shipping by post with track and throw in a great condition red PerfectPro grip. Funds to be paypaled in Singapore dollars. Thanks for looking and have a safe, healthy and great Christmas!
  7. LOL! Good one. I'll drink to his spirit! Ha! Have a great X'mas hombre.
  8. I'm hoping someone will confirm because I see the one withOUT the star on some dubious websites.
  9. What's the difference? Both are H irons but one pic (left) has a white 4 point star on the back near the hosel, the other doesn't. Anyone knows or Chris/Tario, can we find out from Romaro? Thanks.
  10. Seriously no info here at all or anyone care to share?
  11. I know very little about GF and have been reading up a little... Do they make putters OR do they just refurbish/customize existing putters not made by them OR both? If they do make their own putters from scratch, what are the model names? Thanks.
  12. Where in Singapore?
  13. Then I think you may need to try a tip stiffer shaft and if you want to stick to crazy, I think the new Proto 519 is tip stiffer. Actually, the TJ-46 may work for you too. I too have found the FEX to be more tip stiff and stable than the RD, LY-01, LY-02 and even the TJ-46.
  14. You already play the LY-01 which is supposed to be the highest launching in the Crazy line? Is that too high? f yes, try the LY-02 which is supposed to launch in between the RD and LY01. If you;re thinking of passing on the FEX65SR and it hasn't been pulled before yet, do drop me a note :-)
  15. Wow Ed! I'm very late to this party. Huge congrats on this. A horological parallel would be like working with an indie watchmaker on a bespoke piece. I do however share some of Chris's concerns in terms of actual performance... how is the roll, skidding etc? While it looks great, I'm also wondering how the lizard face actually putts. Going back to the watch analogy, however nice it looks, mechanically it has to do what it is expected to do well and that is to keep time within COSC at the least or be accurate as a chrono etc....
  16. What weight are you looking for? That would help narrow the list. On the FEX65.. I have only played the FEX55 and I can tell you that it does not launch as high as say the Crazy RD. I am guessing that the FEX65 launches slightly lower than the FEX55 as best so if you're looking at a high launching shaft, FEX65 may not be the best.

Shafting beads do help to reduce very very minor free play which of course helps to reduce shaft fatigue and subsequent breakage. Sometimes its a case of a shim being required as well and not just shafting beads which can only do so much. Many fitters use know how to use standard shims and know not how to "thin" a shim in instances when the free play is not that much such when a standard shim is required but more than shafting beads can adequately serve. You can file more off the tip to fit the shim but I always refer to have that as the last resort especially in today's context when shafts are getting lighter with thinner shaft walls. This is definitely the case 50+ gram shafts and more so for 40+ and 30+ gram shafts. for So yup, a good and experienced club fitter is definitely required.
  18. I've been advised against the Yururi give the high possiblity of rust in my home condition. Any other suggestions? Any word on the George Spirits SU303 mono range? That looks good with a head weight of 354 grams.
  19. Damn nice putter C!
  20. Gocchin has confirmed this putter may not be best for my conditions. It does look good though. Dang!
  21. Man... 22 putts per round or a putting avg of 1.2! Dude, PGA tour average for 2012 is 1.78 or 32.04 putts per round and a certain Jonas Blixt led with 1.718. Damn! I'm wondering if my average is even that low now but I think its about there.
  22. Don;t know what its saying about the head design. Does it have the 60 gran booster equivalent? I think for Ryoma, its the combination of monocoque and the 60 gram weight as to why it works and not one or the other exclusively?
  23. I see some of his mono line putters that are supposed to be made this year being offered. They also claim su303 forged steel. I read some threads in the past questioning this. Does he really use su303 or normal carbon steel? And does he make in Japan or Taiwan? On his website, some models state made in Japan and some models state made in Taiwan. Who forges for him? Are his putters any good? Thanks
