  1. I am quite fascinated by gf but while I know full well what I need for driver to wedge, I am very bad at putter fitting and really know no what loft, lie, weight, length, face angle is right for me. They do nice bling work but at this point in time, I need to know the more important stuff like what specs are right for me.
  2. It could be your angle of attack which is more steep and iron like?
  3. I remember Hiro.. I had the catamaran and tried the D-Bone... funky putter the D-Bone. I think Hiro's are made in China but finished in Japan. Have been reading up and am toying around with Gold's now as well. I figured if I spend 4 digits in a driver which I use at most 14 times a round, I should not hesitate to spend 4 digits on a club I now use about 32-33 times a round and hopefully that will get less and less.
  4. Hahaha! You think... LOL.. Season;s best to you and yours my friend.
  5. How are George Spirit putters? He had a mono range. Are they forged? In japan/taiwan?
  6. I've been using my Yes Callie with UST FF shaft for the longest time and its the only non-JDM club in my bag. She's still reliable enough but I thought I should maybe try to find a replacement for her. Any suggestions for Japanese that meet the following requirements (I think its the Epon i33 but that hardly comes up for sale) : 1. Anser Style Blade 2. Offset 3. Sightline 4. Headweight of 360-370 grams (Caliie is 355 grams) 5. Non-insert 6. Won't rust 7. JDM I was thinking of theYururi Nantetsu but Duffer mentioned it'll rust. Am checking that with Gocchin now. Thanks in advance. Any existing Epon i33 putter owners who may be looking to sell, please me as well.
  7. Thanks. What CONSISTENT increases in distance are you seeing and seeing that it is less forgiving than the 460HX and you;re slicing more, have your fairway hit percentage gone down significantly?
  8. This thing rusts? Ok.. not sure if I need that. It's humid year round and rains a heck of a lot.
  9. I'm afraid to ask.... how does it stack up against your 460HX Black?
  10. Have decided to order a 350gram head and will stick in a UST FF... it's Christmas.
  11. Japanese wedges usually have high bounce, as Gold's is custom ordered, a lower bounce can be done?
  12. Got that. Thanks. PM on putter head sent.
  13. But they have different degrees of torque?
  14. Anyone tried this? How's the roll, skidding etc? Thanks.
  15. My TP07 will be in next week. Ordered it with a Fubuki K shaft and will try a FEX in it after that.
  16. Both the 717s look nice. My guess is the one on the far right is the players cavity.
  17. This seems to be common feedback with those familiar with Rifles before the TT buy over. I played the first generation satin PXs when I was younger and fitter and they were ver consistent and the feel was smooth and good. There used to be a saying.. those that like the Rifle feel won't like the TT feel and vice versa.
  18. MArk, I just saw this. I play NS pro 75 for me irons and pretty much all my wood shafts are in the 50s range. I play Shimada NW 110 in my PW, 50 and 54 and NW120 in my 60. Really no issues and I prefer a bit more weight for wedges where I do not take all out swings. I find the added weight is better for finesse shots or so I think I can play finesse shots LOL. I tried the Quadra Proto wedge shaft as well at 115 gras and I think that too is a great shaft. Different feel to the shimada but very consistent.
  19. True 10* lofted TP07S on the way in. Gonna be a busy couple of months for me.....
  20. Tell me about it...

C, what;s the bounce on this?
  23. Thanks for chiming in.
  24. I'm expecting the 460HX gold to be longer due to the non-conform. Haven't played a non-conform head before beiieve it or not
