  1. Are you sure they are made in different facilities... ???
  2. man I really need to get fitted but I just don't have the time or the money... life is so jam packed right now... I need a few more hours in the day.
  3. 12 more days of work, 1 week at the beach and then back to school!!! I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel...
  4. I've heard from several people that they had great results with the jell.
  5. I have heard that the paint removing jell works quite well...
  6. read around some of the other threads... aparently TS is pulling the plug on the Z line and perhaps thier entire NA market.
  7. I don't really see that most golfers are that concerned with equipment these days... I think each foursome you see has its gear junkie but I think, from what I see, most golfers just use the driver that thier wife bought for them for fathers day, the irons they got when they graduated from college, the wedges thier friend sold to them, and the fairway wood the guy at the pro shop talked them into. I am willing to bet the a lot of people who buy the R7 will never even touch the weights. Don't forget we are in the minority here... the internet brings us freaks together but in the real world we are few and far between. Who are you calling a freak son . No freaks at this site , we are called golf connoisseurs  whatever... coming from the current #1 freak to the current #2 freak... Your a freak... hehehehe
  8. yeah its a lot of running... more than soccer so its good for keeping me fit. I have also heard that pool is a good golf helping hobby.
  9. That sure is nice of you pete  I also will be away from a computer at the same time . On my trip . Will you be moving back to Philly then ?? Oh I'll be in Savannah playing in a week long Ultimate Frisbee tournament. No wonder your golf game has been taking a beating lately . Always out doing other stuff instead or practicing 8O You are going to have to get your priorities straight young man  Ultimate Frisbee instead of golf   Hey Aaron Baddeley is a big time Ultimate enthusiast to so I am not in bad company. You are right... I usually am struggling to make it to the range once a week and never have time to use the putting rug. I definitly felt the results of this negligence this past weekend... my putter felt so foreign in my hands. But oddly the less I swing the better my ball striking gets... I think I tinker too much.

you could always send it to someone who does putter refinishing and modification. Do any of the board sponsers do stamping?

  23. Okay...what's the joke? It's not really a joke ... it's just corny. It's kind of a reference to a movie but not really. Just borrowed the names/title. Remember the movie "Tango & Cash" with Sly Stallone and Kurt Russel? Well, my 54* sand wedge will get stamped with TANGO because it's gonna make the ball dance. And the 58* lob wedge will say CASH. It comes in handy for all those money shots around the green. I know it's corny but I like it. haribo No need to be  I think it is great , really innovative and not a single other person will have wedge's like that . So you know if one ever goes missing , it won't be hard to find . :!: dude I think that tops Dr. Chipinski!!! oddly enough I have named my testicles Tango and Cash... just kidding... they are actually Thelma and Louise! 8O 8O
  24. Actually I think the rumor was that the TP (not tour) would have the 4 ports where as the plain retail would have only 2, but the fact that they are now calling it the Quad (quad=4, 4 weights get it?) leads me to think that perhaps they just shelved the duo??? Here is what surprises me... We have only seen one person, well thats even speculative, using the new driver on tour. True this is only the Asian release but I would have expected more on tour testing than what we saw. I am guessing they did have players test it at thier facility, which then leads me to believe its nothing special... if it were we would see it out there. If Sergio goes and tests this new driver and it turns out to be the best thing ever, do you really think he is going to give it back to them and put his old driver back in the bag. I am willing to bet that if it were any better than what is out thier now TM would need to call the national guard to pry it from his grip. Or maybe TM is having R&A/USGA problems and that is why we haven't seen it? Along the lines of ending tour issue... I wonder if this will end the allure of Tour issues being "more solid" since with the weights there is no need for the rat glue that gives the tour heads thier solid feel. All that I am saying is I hope those people who make thier living off of selling TM tour drivers have a nice 401K going or some sort of retirement plan.
