  1. Too bad the 103 is not a 10.5.
  2. Still loving my 551 and thought about getting this as spare but my VG3 treating me just as well.

Sorry, I thought they are fw heads. Evidently they are not.

Pictures not loading properly. Can't see anything. Didn't know the tour edge has jp model.
  6. Iomic also has the 360 out.

Never mind the picture of the SDJ 17* but could you tell me the weight and is it shallow or deep face?

Copper Tungstan forged, B? So its not steel or Ti. How about a better picture of the sole and top. What is the weight of the head if you have that info. Thanks R
  9. The old Geotech GT ute were 0.335. Not sure the new GT model now.

I think it's the other way around. The LY, CB lines are all using numbering system now while the royal decor line uses the alpha flex. The problem with Crazy is the fitting process. Took me about 2 shafts to fit a flex or range of flex that work for me. La Bamba should just be a color scheme.
  11. But C, it doesn't have the original Matsu looks and feel anymore. Now it looks like any nice refur'ed putter out of Gold's. Sorry, Stew thats my biased opinion as I am a big Matsumoto fan.
  12. S-Yard was the premiere Japanese club 20 some years ago when Seiko first introduce them. Their drivers and fw were particularly popular amongst the Asian well to do golf population. A driver would retail at about USD1,000 at the time which was unheard of. Besides their driver, the 3 1/2 wood or 4w was extremely popular also. The ones shown do not look like ladies clubs.

  14. Ian, are you talking indoor use of trackman off mat? Forget about indoor range and use a outdoor grass range to test for actual result. Can't base everything on indoor mat range. Go out a play a round and see whether your club would balloon.
  15. I am about the same age and swing speed so that my take on the ravie and touale shaft. Had a S on a touale but prefer the crazy ly01 and 02 over it. Ravie is light and I prefer mid 50s g. If it's me, I would choose the maxima over ibeam because of the face softness. Jbeam is not know for having soft face. Hard hitters prefer hard impact feel. That's why higher ss would opt for v spec maxima with square face and perhaps slightly Higer cg vs type D preferred by slower swinger. Is the glorious or 535 a departure from the tradition firmness of past ibeam? Can't help here but did hit the new xxio on course.
  16. Just to answer your question on the Ravie or Touale, both models are softer to flex so you would be looking at SR or even S. However, the new XXIO with R or SR flex could actually be a good or even better choice.
  17. Price reduced to $350 for the pair.

There is a cheap model at about $1K+.
  19. The guy is asking about forgiveness in golf clubs or playing with forgiving clubs so why are we talking about diet and mental exercise?
  20. I have a 20* and a 23* I-brid for sale. Both with stock SR shaft, stock Romaro grip and headcovers. No paint chip on finish but normal wear on soles. Face is normal wear on the 20* and 23* has a few rock dings. I would rate the 20* as 8/10 and 7/10 on the 23* for the dings. The clubs would be sold as a pair and looking for $400 $350 PP gift but including EMS anywhere.

It's definitely the shaft. The S Yard is just standard issue but the combo would be unique.
  22. I just cannot play an aluminum baseball bat on the golf course. Had both the D and S at one time but couldn't take the sound and feel notwithstanding how well the heads perform. Its really a personal thing. There are those who wouldn't mind the sound of the original EMB either.

Pear shape and somewhat deep face head. The face is soft but not mushy soft. I would probably equate the feel is somewhat between Ryoma D1 and Yamaha. It is definitely not unforgiving but it is also not a point and shot like the last Epon EMS. I find it mid launch and one of the classic that can still compete with all the new drivers out there.
  24. I know you are not asking other brands but also consider the titleist vg3, it is both forgiving and long. Going from miura to the titleist, it would be a piece of cake.
