  1. We were able to get out about 14 sets of the Limited, a record for us considering how fast they always sell out. The most common feedback from users I have gotten is "Very SOFT!" Let us know how they go B.

Not weird at all. They are a components company and they carry any components they think are worthy sellers, even if it is not their own. Just like the carry every single shaft, every single grip, tools and accessories as well that have nothing to do with the Geotech brand. These are all items that are in demand by their customer base.
  3. Definitely give it time like everyone says. Sound is very subjective and obviously different for every driver and every player. Don't let that affect your judgement of the drivers performance which should be very consistent and straight. It is always possible when buying a second hand driver that the shaft does not match you. All Ryoma and Crazy shaft builds are fitted to their original owners (whether they work or not they are supposed to be). Then its possible as well the shaft will work for you and you just need to understand the way it performs. Also when judging the driver don't look at distance alone (though yes 8-10 yards is a great start). Keep in mind how it performs for you on off center hits and how much you get in the fairway once you get on the course. For many this is Ryoma's strongest points.

I don't think there will be any experts since they are new. I have been talking with the company now for the last few weeks evaluating their products. The Z as you said is 50t, and the Fiamma, Zaffiro, Leggero and Spada are 40t carbon. They are expensive, even more so than Crazy. So far the thing I like best about them is their silver plated finish. They also use very good fitting techniques much like what I have talked about on the blog taking the very detailed shaft numbers like C/B and T/C etc. I still have to test the shafts.
  5. Jason JCMB got a set from us. A few members here do play them. Very nice blades, traditional and quite compact.
  6. Very happy it worked for you and that I could be of help. The feedback for this combo is nothing but superb. Rob the Kusala won't balloon your shots but a lot depends on your swing style.
  7. Steve, If you want a Crazy email me. Tario
  8. Most JDM drivers will be 0.335" save a few XXIO drivers.
  9. I'm surprised no one has jumped on this. One of TS's best irons in recent years.
  10. Hi Rob, No offense taken at all. I am the one who is sorry if you took it that way. I meant it when I thanked you for letting us know someone has it cheaper, its something we definitely would want to know. I already adjusted our price to be lower. As I said, if you email me I'd be more than happy to help and make sure you get the right driver and shaft this time around.
  11. Thank you for noting that someone else actually has a lower advertised price than us. You are more than welcome to email me for a better price. I'm pretty confident we can beat ANYONE'S Crazy prices considering we are their International dealer plus one of their top 3 accounts in Japan. As for the 460 vs the Ryoma it is no more forgiving than the Ryoma. The Ryoma is probably one of the most forgiving drivers anywhere. The 460 shares similar design characteristics but the sweet spot on the Ryoma is unmatchable. For most players the Ryoma spins rather low and plays pretty true to loft. If it did not fit you it could very well be the shaft as the CB46 has a pretty specific profile. The 460 will spin higher and launch higher but Crazy intended it that way, to be a super carry machine. It has more of a crack at impact and typically comes with a closed face as its aimed at ease of use and distance. It all comes down to what you are looking for and what will match you, not necessarily what works for other people. Everyone is different. We have sold a lot of Ryoma's, more than all our other drivers combined, but its certainly not for everyone. Some customers have gone from the forgiving Ryoma to a less forgiving say Jbeam or Crazy and seen improvements in distance, it depends on the player and their swing. Just send me an email.

  13. The D-Tours simply do everything a wedge should do. Look great, feel great, spin great and are ultra versatile. This is why they will always remain one of my all time favorites.
  14. Oh and at least the headcover looks a bit better than the driver covers... and no more darn zipper!
  15. Thats what I thought C. The RC is definitely the bigger head since its deeper and more high back I figured the Ryoma looked bigger. Thanks for confirming.
  16. Wow great pics guys, that is a lot bigger than I expected. I am still waiting for our F3 and F5 demos to arrive. At address it is bigger than the D/S I think, is that right C (Spoon)? Certainly looks like a mini driver.

haha see it worked for your dad... he got confident!
  18. gocchin replied to clevelaand's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Why not, he can surely read this thread, its all positive feedback. and even yours is positive - you said its a fantastic toy, you just let it mess with your head and swing when it supposed to do the opposite. Definitely give it to him so when you are ready you can try it again. (^_^)
  19. gocchin replied to clevelaand's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Ah okay then. From what you wrote it sounded like you used it on the course during a round which gave you a bad score. (^_^) It's your choice but you should certainly give it more than a day.
  20. gocchin replied to clevelaand's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Think about it, you got it for like one day and went to the course with it right away... what did you expect?? Of course you will be checking it and fiddling with it. Like E said, thats way too fast man!
  21. gocchin replied to clevelaand's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Then don't use it during a round! It can certainly be distracting. But at the driving range its invaluable. Its proven to be one of the best training and data tools out there for that price and you're going to sell it just because it distracted you during your round? (^_^)
  22. gocchin replied to Spoon's post in a topic in Buy, Sell, & Trade
Why do you want to sell the REP after one day??? I thought you loved those wedges?
  23. Come on guys lets hear the feedback from both of you! (^_^)
  24. Many of the JDM models are real lofts so if you compare them to retail models you are used to seeing from US brands they certainly can look like 7* relatively. That said if you want a lower launch than the Epon, the CRZ460 is not the right choice unless you go for a low loft ie 9* which they rarely have. I would think to suggest the CRZ435 instead as it launches low but not as low as the CRZ435II which some people find launches too low. The Ryoma will spin lower than the AF-101 and the sweet spot is simply huge. I'm sure you've read all the threads so I really don't need to sing its laurels. If you play 44.75" the Ryoma and even Jbeams and Crazy's might be a bit light head weight wise. In the end it may come down to what you like visually and feel as all the drivers have a slightly different feel... so many good drivers out there.
