I have really really large hands......basketball player hands. Do you think standard grips with 5 or 6 wraps of tape would give more feel than just installing mid size grips? Thanks.

I'm wondering, what do you guys think gives you more of a "relationship", in terms of pure feel with the club head. A mid size grip or a regular grip, with 4 or 5 wraps of tape? Since there is more rubber in a midsize grip, do you loose a little feedback/feel when compared to a regular sized grip with tape built up? Curious.

I'm going to be shafting and reshafting all my wedges this weekend. This includes the following. Epon X (chem purple) Epon Technity Black) Fourteen MT28V3 Vokey Spin Milled (satin) Mizuno MP (raw black Ox) Mizuno MP-T (purple haze) Yururi raw black Yururi Gekku PRGR TR 03 Tourstage X-Wedge. (black) I will doing a comparison as soon as i get them back. I'll do my best to give everyone my impressions of each. I'm not sure yet what i want to shaft these with though. I'm considering the following right now but am all ears if someone has any advice. Black Gold, X-flex. (the web site doesn't give the ball fight on these, anyone know what it is?) Tour Concepts X-flex. Nippon 1150's or "Super Peening". Dynamic Gold "Tour" http://www.tttourconcept.com/tc/irons_dgt.html Does anyone know what super Peening means? Nippon shows this shaft on their website. Not sure how it differs from the 1150 though. Any other shaft you guys might recommend? I'm looking for lower ball flight and obviously minimal dispersion. I hear the Rifle Project X shafts fly the ball too high. Any advice on grips for wedges as well? I'm thinking Golf Pride Multi Compound right now, but i'm looking for something that will give you maximum feel. I don't want to risk loosing the awesome feel that the Epon's are giving me right now the way they are (too light of a shaft). Thanks.

Wow.........and i thought i was an addict! That's impressive! I like your watch! I have a few questions. How would compare the BB2 Bettinardi to the Japanese Bettinardi in the photo (same style) to the Scotty Cameron Napa Valley. Also wondering, what the Pro Platinum feels like? Some say it's the best feeling Cameron. They're not as expensive as a lot of others i've noticed. I wonder why? Love your grips. Tour Concepts are primo too! What's your favorite putter of the bunch?

I just went through a wedge thing. Bought a couple Yuri Yuri's (still have to shaft them), Tourstage X, PRGR, Fourteen, Vokey, Mizuno, and Epon X and Technity. I'm going to do a test with all of them once i get the Fourteen in the mail and shaft the Yuri Yuri's. But so far, it's not even close, the Epon X is far and away the best feeling. Hard to explain it, just an ideal feel to it. It's not hype man, i wasn't expecting it to deliver to the level everyone claims, but i found myself shaking my head.

Finish looks really interesting and nice. I'm a bead blast fan. I like a ferrule personally. Is the line where the lines on the face begin on a slight angle or is it just the picture? I like a dark finish for playing golf but i personally like something inbetween dark and chrome for pure aesthetic value. I like a slightly less egg shape as well, but obviously that's just personal preference. Basically the Epon X in Chemical Purple is the greatest thing since sliced bread in my opinion. If you could sleep with them, i would.

I have a bunch of putters, all of which i like for certain reasons. Scotty Camerons for sound and craftsmanship, Bettinardi for overall feel and the Premium Zone #0 for looks and softness. All my putters are heel-toe weighted. Putting is definitely the strongest part of my game and i would argue that i'm a pretty good putter. Now everyone loves their Premium Zones and they're indeniably nice, but i find them very difficult to hit. I can't seem to find the sweet spot with mine? I've tried hitting the ball high, low left right, center......i'm honestly starting to believe i got a defunct one. I can hit my Bettinardi BB43 and 2 in the sweet spot all day long, same goes for my Cameron Newport Beach Proto Center (sorry, not selling, haha) and Proto Tel. Anyone else find the Premium Zone difficult to pure?

Those Honma sticks look amazing! So seriously guys, what's the general consensus with Honma golf? Overpriced? Solid? Nice looking but not worth it? Top of the line? I've never really read anything on them, other than the prices...........which are obviously on the high end. How does their equipment compare with some of the other top brands.........american and japanese? Thanks.

Did Epon thin out the "Epon" on the toe of their driver? It might just be the picture but your driver's "Epon" looks thicker than mine. I don't care, i'm just curious.

Good call on the iron covers! I use them on all my irons. I like looking at them in the flesh best, but it's not worth the dents and nicks. I actually just bought some see through iron covers, they help ease the pain.

I'll hopefully have a range/course review by next week. In the mean time, based off living room experience (smashing balls into pillows and cushions) Epon (both the X and Technity feel the nicest (although not necessarily the softest) (i actually prefer the Technity over the X so far) then my Mizuno MP-T, then Vokey spin milled, then Mizuno Mp. I haven't received the Fourteen, the X stage, the PRGR and i haven't shafted the Yuri Yuri's yet. Looking forward to it.

Anyone ever seen one of these? Mizuno Tour Van WRX or something i hear.
