ok guys being sidelined from golf indefintely decided to make the most of my idle time by having my shinagawa anser putter tricked out by sasaya-san. this putter is very memorable to me as it was given to my dad as a gift. his name is engraved on the sole in script font. i want to keep the putter as original as possible. was thinking of a blinker but that would ruin the putter as a area of the flange would need to be cut. what i am thinking is: current putter specs are 350 gram, lie was 69.5 at 33.5 but will play it at 35". unsure about loft maybe 4* 1. clean out the dings. this will entail some sanding and buffing (reduction in weight) 2. have the face re-milled with the premium zone style face not the insert (reduction in overall weight) 3. have it refinished. i am clueless on the finishing options for a sus303 putter. 4. having the putter re-balanced, need the sweetspot at the center. 5. because of the work done overall weight will be reduced so may have to add tungsten inserts. will get em in the face. 6. a G circle on the cavity open to your suggestions guys. obviously im bored so help me out:)

or you can retain the weight of the tx and just soft step
-
thanks man owe you one! and at least i wont have to refinish this particular head!
-
surprised you even tried the 114, but i guess that was the only available one. but even with the weight issues sounds like the dispersion remained tight! that is really impressive with the only issue being the highish traj. its almost elementary that the x will bring the flight down. hmmm x or tx is a tough choice. im sure you will make the right decision. imho nothing beats the nspro in terms of feel.

added this yamaha inpres x v 3wood with the stock rombax shaft. i hope to use this soon. should solve my wood woes of the tee and perform better where the egg couldnt.

Online auctions and second hand golf shops. yahoo auctions and tourspecgolf are treasure troves if you can manage navigating them.

nice one C! you got yours quick! -
thanks T! i like the new color scheme. nice and fresh. much better than grey! that one looked a bit drabby:)
-
yup that could be the case.
-
yup familiar with that shaft, i used to game the ut85s, however these are color grey and the one ishi is using is the tour ad di 105x hybrid shaft, im almost 100% positive on that one. the stock photos are also orange so im assuming its the DI? unless of course the color scheme of the tour ad ut has changed. http://www.gdintl.com/shafts/tour-ad-di-hybrid/overview

since my wife took up golf, we no longer argue at home, they have all been transfered to the golf course. she hates it when i give her advice on club selection and tips on reading the green:) -
the price and location are dead giveaways:) caveat emptor.

-

-
i had the 3 wood last year. very good especially off the tee
-
need one, want one let me know
-
good luck, the quadras are awesome. if your able to get them you wont be sorry. pricey but worth it.
-
Lol! you should be fine. PM gocchin for the actual diameter specs of the quadra. like i said, with the gd, machline and axiv, they didnt need shims for the 701. the quadra on the 502/302 did not need shims. havent compared the 302/502 with the 701 but have used the same identical taper tip nspro 950 and they all fit perfectly

you can. and if your guy wont do it for you il build your clubs:)
