Anybody able to provide spin/distance comparison numbers for Ryoma fairways F2/F3 or F5 compared to the lower spinning USDM models eg Srixon Zx or Sim Ti? I read that Ryoma is supposed lower spinning, but been able to find any numbers.

Looking for F5 head only or inc stiff shaft shipped to UK.

Anybody played the stock Tour AD RM2 shafts that come in the new Ryomas? Thoughts on the difference between S and 6S options.

Look at yardage rather than loft. What are your 43 and 52 yardages? What yardage do you want to hit the new club and what type of shots will it mainly be (full or half shots)? And go from there. I'd imagine your looking at a 47 especially if going from a cb set club to a specialist bladed wedge. Good luck half the fun is in the search!!! Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk

Reports say these are as close to perfectly round as makes no difference so it should not matter. Got to love Japanese accuracy :D

I have a constant shoot out between the f3 and egg HD. At the moment the f3 is winning, but it is close. I have kaili 80 in the egg and fubuki alpha in the f3. F3 can be very long and forgiving from the tee. Not quite feeling the egg off the tee but it is better from the grass. Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk

All, Reshafting a couple of JDM wedges and it seems like the standard usdm ferrule outer size is slightly smaller than the JDM hosel size, does anybody else find this? Does anybody know a good place to get ferrules that fit properly (UK/eu preferred) Thanks Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk

I've got a 950 shaft in my RC wedge. The flex just shows as wedge. Looking at the nippon website there does not seem to be a wedge flex in this shaft. Does anybody know what the flex is on these?

How does the srixon compare to the fh1000? I've read that the fourteens are at the more forgiving end.

I have the MT28v5 and they are lovely and soft. I don't think they are the highest spinning I've used but they do have a great balance to them. I'm not sure I would put a 46 in my bag as (for me) that would be a club for full swings and I'd be tempted to use the club from the iron set for continuity. If you go 50 upwards I don't think you can go wrong with Fourteen. They don't seem to generate much buzz and I'm not sure why they seem so under-rated.

So having just started to get my D1 v spec dialled in for the new season my hoing instinct kicked in and I started thinking about what the maxima would be like :P. The previous posts I have seen are confusing. Loft for loft is it higher or lower than the d1? It sounds like it is a higher spinning head although may produce a stiffer tip? Any experience gratefully received.

I have the Egg HD (14.5) with Kaili 80 and the Ryoma F3 with Fubuki Alpha. I am a bit undecided. I really wanted to like the F3, but I'm just not really feeling it at the moment (I have the D1 as well which a good club, although does sometimes get kicked out of the bag by a Yammie v202). I hit the f3 a bit inconsistently both high and low (I think it is related to the height of the tee not helping the strike given the head size). The Egg seems a bit closed (although it is supposed to be neutral). For me the flight is a bit lower and stronger that the F3 with it also going a bit further (with the naked eye). I am going to keep trying them to see if I can get either dialled in. What I really want is JDM version of my Titty 906F2 with V2 (and the swing to get to going straight!!!!)
