very cool, so this acts as a pendulum! pull back and let go...... will gauge be making this style of putter, ie with the face and the tungsten in the anser shape any time soon?

ah come on acrazygolfer, a sightline is a must! plus the shape of this beast is completely different! IMO both are beautiful in their own way....but the square lines on this model look great........this is the one! ps chris how would this putter compare to bettinardis honeycombe face in terms of roll and in terms of skidding?

just out of interest Eveleth what damage did they do? how can i avoid over heating the carbon comp head??

this model i think looks awesome! is this a forgiving putter or would off centre hits be badly punished......due to the small insert size?

thanks chris, flip i cant believe that all the erc hot, x18 and viq are longer...the ft 3 definately went out there! the model i tried was a retail of the shelf ...neutral tour, this sat dead square at address...are these others driver all closed? :cool:

ya should be able to pick one up on ebay for 300 - 500 depending on condition! thhe model you are thinking of is the studio stainless newport 2 prototype c/s! :cool:

i was the same.....its very pricey to be ripping the shaft straight out! and back to the main topiv here....chris i hit the erc ft3 today and thought it was pretty class...how does the x18 compare to it and which is longer, because the ft3 went easily outside my current tour issue ignite!

it is not that they fit better to the nc1s...it is simply that the nc1s are a heavy head and therefore will work well with any light shaft! where as if i was to put in tt tour concepts ( which are a very heavy shaft) the clubs would have a very high swing weight! therefore affecting performance. i am not sure if the mr23 heads are heavy or not, but if u find that they are then a lighter shaft such as the 750 wraps will be ideal! :cool:

there is absolutely no difference between an off the rack yes putter and a retail..... my friend picked a yes putter up in a tour van at loch lommand and he got chatting to the rep....the guy told hm that all yes putter face are identical and give the same consistent roll! so dont be fooled, when someone offers you a TOUR ISSUE yes! :cool:

mr23 is definately taper. 750 wraps are excellent shafts that give the leght, smooth feel of a graphite shaft, beautifel kick in them, with all the accuracy of steel......i just changed from to theis shaft and love it...

probably the best shaft fuji ever made! actually IMO i have no doubt about it! pretty hard to find nowadays though :cool:

ive seen a few pics of a funky looking xxio wedges with a strange sole grind......i think its called the 45 wedge....any way does anyone know the specs of these and where they can be bought? :cool:
