  1. the 435 is the lowest and the most deep. theres nothing else close. very muted thump. dont worry about length either it wll get u out there and LOW. can easily got higher lofts in this head not a problemo.
  2. hang on................. some guy in oz is flogging dodgy epons??? ooooh we hang gusy for wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy less that this!
  3. nice photo J...!!!!!!
  4. i dunno about that i took some in and they woulkdnt do it . i think................ ur rigth on this one i purposely ahd a good look at the set up for you in mind. ithink ull like it a lot more. completely ok off the deck i hit 30+ off the deckers at least , porb more. i was gettign a beautiful striaght to fade shot that im compleltely in control of. most of the time. i troed greipping down and belting the ball draw but came assunder. back to normal shot and it was perfect. no probs off the deck
  5. hang on T.. this proto is the cb50 with some "ping" to it ? thats the only thing i can think of, (and i wont actually) say fault , bec thers isnt one.., but the the cb50 is its just lacking in thats glasy twang of say the cb80 ls noir. this one has that?
  6. the heads are surely ok to play no? what about just reshafting them with somehting a wee bit easier to play. but keeping with the theme of low launch?? soft steped super peening blue stiff. maybe? jee its hrad to compete with these heads really, ur going to have to go completely away from blades.
  7. 500 for that is a damn give away!
  8. lovely bag indeed.................... speeline ----------- jbeam 435 901--------------------905 (!) fairway woods absolutely delightful set up there.. these are fairwayas ive been contemplating again for a while. and the kaili shafts, ahhhhhhhhhhh perfection!
  9. nah im not in the race i only have the classic ., epon 101 /9.5* -----crazy boron combo ...
  10. hokay.., well, firtsly the matt coloUr is grat to look at. normally i like shinier sheens but on this itreally suits. no coloUr fill in the egg printing, thats neither here nor there, i can always paint a club...! the shape looks identical to the version 2(v2) , its not bigger nor smaller form what i can tell. . i prefer the red /black combo writing to the the yellow print tho. again either here nor there. the swing weight is definatly noticeably heavier . i took about 40 odd swings with this baby yetserday and most assuradly its heavier. impact is def better , i found i didnt have to try and monster the ball to bec it was so light, nor immediatly think i need to put a really heavy shaft in it , the face isnt really what id call deep tho.......... its still pretty slimline and sleek, BUT its noceiceably higher than the older versions. kinda not dissimilar to the royal collection v face, that kinda sleekness, but enough (just) to take it out of the old versions look and the ryoma style, it looks much higher than that. the toe lie............... heres hte thing, i just cudnt get my head around o nthe older ones the toe kissing hte sky. well..........., its STILL there. but i didnt notice it at all after just a few shots, the V2 i noticed it on every shot. its not a factor on the original one at all. the V3 is prety darn spot on , although stil maybe just stil la little bit thigh for the pursits. it shudnt worry guys that dont like toe up and it its good enough for me thats for sure. the impact is def thicker , thudier more solid, its kinda lost its "ting" impact that i associate with eggs. remembering i was hitting shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiity range balls but, the extra thump is noticeable, i think id put that down to the thickness of the new head. i liked it a lot , nothing like the original version, moveability.. again not great, the lengthnad breadth of these heads pretty much stop someone form shaping shots, especially draws. where the heel gets stuck i nthe grass and u top the ball, that was one of my biggest gripes about the old club. no ability to shape at will. the results were far too often , quite catastophic. the newer one tho i cud just about hit some draws , just about. but i still got down on it and topped a cpl , BUT THET DIDNT POP UP AND GOI 10 MILES IN THE AIR.. very niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.! its just not made for shaping. its made for point shoot. and with small room for movement, more than the first two ill say that. the shaft..., bb7x good choice . iu really like it, in a fairway, it doesnt feel over great nor bad , its def NOT too strong and it hits a nice mid-high / high ball,. but with what i call a strong high flight , GD seems to have this characteristic. the ball gets up fast but then arcs and flies hard and starightens its actually high for a 14.5* but high fast then straight and piercing. thats a good flight for fairway i think. the stinger does exactly the same. . with a juuuuuuuust a bit more feel to it..(!) cudnt get over all distance bec i was hitting he net about 200 yards out flat. but i will say with EXTREME confidence.., im pretty darn sure peolpe wont be complaining about distance. from a tee................. yes a tee. the30 mm tee at the range i was cloberign the daylights out of it for fun to see if i cud. yes, i could. and it with a draw. no sole to get in the way. THAT problem i think well all find .. is SOLVED... game time soon. it will take a monster of a club to dislodge the yamaha/stinger combos but this after just one range session has all the atributes. easy to hit, long, high and can look at par 5s with a twinkle in the eye again. might end up keeping htis thing for a wee bit.......................,
  11. deary me these are sick clubs indeed.... diamana thump are fabulous shafts as well. very well thought out set here. man these would pack a punch. jee wouldnt swap for anyhing would ya ?
  12. oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh deary me...' i guess this si t he one i gotta get seeing i like the p9003x so much. i guess this one has the nanites..... oh gosh, i just saw the numbers, anyone else thinking diamana x????? getting one...!

  16. yes indeed... the ns shafts they are magnificent . def not as soft as epons nor mizunos they are like the toursatges , they have some crisp/ solidness to them. jee they play well.

  18. brilliant. good deals. ver ygood driver... C it might be time to go the ryoma route.......,
  19. its gel inserted to 200 g. brought the flight down improved the feel aot. spoon what u doing mate????
  20. really good , they a have a thn sole but a thick heavy back that punchs the ball and they get great spin. very good wedges. and for conforming . ud never know. they are getting quite rare chaps. very very popular over here locally. they fell great as well.
  21. well......................... jbeam 435--crazy 50 cb jbeam, 425 tour---roddio shingo kamui pro kpx 10.5--gd p9003x kamui pro pkx 9.5*---GD bb7s j beam 435 hte lowest by a long way, most powerfull thru the impact and id think the longest overall IF ur palying on tigh dry runway fiarway conditions. flight is extremely strong adn misses dont go all over the place. at address look is very square and flat , if u hit high s as a bad miss , u cud do much, much worse than get one of these . its really long but i wouldnt call this an all rounder. id play this at NSW... turtle bay... courses where the wind is a significant factor and u dont have to play many various shaped shots. think bomb /gouge to the nth degree. its the KING of bombers . straight, running bombers. jbeam 425 tour.... shorter at 44.75 once again flat and sqaure to look at. but a wee bit more compact than the 435 so u can imagine shaped shots more. hit a LOT of balls withthis driver to get used to it. took a while, but the last 10 i hit were spot on. got it centered and had it singing a sweet tune. its plenty long its def higher than the 435 BUT NOT BY MUCH... had the ball teed up at 45 mm which was max. bal lfligh was mixed cud get it low and strong and high and floating but over all its was mid low and piercing, angle of decnet was great im thinking plenty of extra yards with roll out , but with more carry than the 435.. def NOT as punchy as the 435 but its a lot more workable . and i dont think its quite as long overall, but it will be damn close. great all rounder can take his baby out in everything. top stick.., kamui pro kpx 9.5*-- bb7s changed the weight config about a bit and boy what a differnce it made. the mathcing head shaft is PERFECT, damn perfect. the low head flight is slightly off set by the higher flight of the haft and the trajectory came out mid. just above low, but iwont call it low. its higher than the jbeams. carry was longer than both jbeamsconsistantly and it was happy going righ , left straight, much like the 425 tour. at address the toe LOOKs like it sits up high but its dead flat, the shape of this head is the most appealing of all heads ive got it just screams hit me over left field as hard as u can, that where im going pal...! but truth be told , i had my nice power fade going and im telling ya this thing is a monster. its totally differnt feel ,much more tingy nad glassy feelig, the jbeams are muted. iwas going to swap the head off this shaft, but not any more its a beauty, greaT MATCH. is it long??? no. its fricken humnogously long. i was carrying this well past the others. and its a lot nicer feeling to me. i like that pingy tong kinda feel sound., its a keeper nad a gamer. "trusty" kamui pro kpx --gd 9003x. 44.5 inch huge face thats closed 0.5* . idont miss this club. tis not the longest but its not the shortest, the head weight is too light to go far. even with the 83 gram shaft. this is my best control driver than i can hit about as long as ud prob need. if i was to rid my slef of every driver bar 1.. this is the driver id keep. till im old and need a lighter shaft. i think the 10.5 * in this head is slightly too high, i will be gettign a custom 10* at 200 gram nad putting the diamana 70 s x in it . and playing it to 44.75 inch d2/ d3 nad about 320 grams. square or maybe slightly closed face. then u might see some really really good pieces pop up in BST. the major thing baout hte kamui i love folks is the head shape.... its totally differnt to others. the toe looks massively upright but it aint. its the design some might not like that shape but if u want a mental picy of a draw at address like i do bec im a ade all hitter............... then this is the huckelberry overall..., longest prob still the 435 then the 9.5 kpx best control 10.5 gd p9003x then the 425 tour. stews club..... still to come.., but its prob the cstom one im going to get done, amalgamte the best diamana shaft with a bit more punch and a bit more heeight of 10* at a short length. the best driver ofthese is the one that sute yr swing paln, if ur a hooker the nthe jbeam cant be beaten. if ur a slicer then the kamui will look like heaven on a stick. it does to me.
  22. well ill tell you next week i guess. im gonna take hte jbeam 435-crazy cb50 jbeam 425 tour-roddio shingo m6 kamui kp-x-GD p9003x kamui kp-x--crazy sigma 50 out for a wail off.... see what happens.
  23. hahaha ddi someone say DPS ? he shud use the 2s14s. hey this ido know , bec i spoke to the man himslf.. this guy works for labo spec ONOFF... in their tour van making the gear ,hes an otaku to the nth degree. litle japanese guy , kinda chubby, glasses. .....TOP guy..... loved him.. he wanted to make me my own crubs,, but it was so damn exxy.. anyway he used to wokr for graphite design as one of THE tiger shaft makers....... yup he doesnt use stock off the shelfers he had them hand made personally for him. me stil thinks hes got it all wrong..!
  24. i dunno thats ahy im asking.. id hazard a HUGE GUESS. that tiger shud be using ANYTHING else than what hes got now hes rubbish!!! how can a guy THAT good be so horrible with the clobbering weapon. id have with the diamana X or gd 9003x 80 and a jbeam 435 . would ease.................. that rediculous slicematron thing hes got. jeeeee thats a horrible miss, makes me cringe. he aint never gonna win tournys again till he gets LOTS more consistant with the bazooka. too many big guys out there now gunning past him. hes GOTTA do something. i wanna see him win LOTS more might send him a club ...............! tigers supo weapon..., jbeam 435 9.5* 206 gram. SQUARE HEAD....! toe lie 1*upright diamana X in godzilla flex at 80 gram. paly to ( what is he 6'1 - 6"2 ?? ) so 45 inch no longer. keep the fricken thing as a control stick... hes not gonna loosse any distance over the di with the diamana , migh do with the p9 tho. diamana X he might actualy like. dont think any other head wud suit him, he break them. unlesss ryoma cud make a TIGER head .. then hed struggle to hit it right
