  1. got a long quadra fire express fw 75xs adn was toying with it in a driver has anyone tried this, what do u think the results will be donth think it will be calamatous but.........,
  2. well.........., theres a marker on my home track at narita GC 14th 360 yard par 4. on the spot where tiger woods , in nov. 2009 , hit his 3 wood , en route to the INFAMOUS aussie open incident......... he popped in to refuel his jet, and nike set up a quick 9 hole japan only promo session then he flew out to oz to win and to be "discoverd" on this hole , he hit downwind a massive smoking huge draw on late fall grass ( ie.. plenty of roll.) 309 yards to the exact spot. theres a permanant plaque there. and it was blowing with him that day. we presumed he gotten hold of it ..........................., we were at the course watching his palying partner , (some 13ys old lefty uber hot shot kid that shot 37 ) the night before when the nike tour van rolled into the car park. tiger was in the bloody thing and we didnt see him , nice of hte club to let us know he was there ! , we were the only ones left on the range that arvo. as well. a wee bit peeved we were! anyway, 309 on this hole with a driver, let alone a 3 wood is remarkably impressive, for anyone, anytime . u gotta fly 290 to clear the bunker then 20 yards of ball catching rough to get to his spot he did this with a 3 wood! we all walk the hole in amazment , every time its defies normality now DJ can fly this shot . with his ballz ahh hhhhhhh, im speechless.
  3. thats how to drive a ball! 331 yards with a 3 wood HHHHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA prepeosterous i love that thats juts insane!!!
  4. i saw he hit the cb-50 thats my shaft of choice of all the crazys i have i nthe yamah tour head. in that its peerless. nothing so far has come close . im hoping the diamana x can step up to challenge it. i get a high flight that soars and boy its long. i find that hard to go left. i really have to give it a rip to do that , even then its doesnt really. its morestraight. this is the bst feeling combo of all my drivers so far.
  5. how would us mortals like to hit as constantly as that. 283 on the button. and splitting the fairway every shot. devine .
  6. damn. black pen handy ??
  7. dia x-- czy black--quadra proto- boron id think in that order
  8. Damn good question they both feel great to hit no sloppy points in them my boron is in an epon 101 superb match , i wont change this out in a hurry they go together perfectly higher flight and more carry but its a strong flight doesnt get blown about by wind really for a high launcher. i had this against the epon 101 stinger 70s combo at the course range a cpl of weeks ago, and the crazy , bec it heavier and tighter got a longer shot, the stinger epon was rediculously easy to control, perfect just a few yards short bec of the weight. the crazy shaft is thick as well, much thicker than others both crz boron and dia X i havnt gamed yet but hit plenty of balls with ended u hitting about 50+ with the diamana on sat def liking it the 10* head suits it well, most shots i got were pretty mid flighted which were alot lower than other shafts in the same head need to go 9 holes with both drivers in same round to make an informed call on them, but yeaeither or of these u cant really miss the crazy boron is unbelelieveably good looking aswell.
  9. Dont think its a prob ull ned tip weights to keep sw the same rho id think and maybe a heavuer grip
  10. not at all 334gram x 44.5 x d2.9 somehting like this .
  11. softer and more muted prob felt a bit muted aswell' but hiting thsoe balls isnt hte best judge
  12. somewhere in the chasm of my sick and twisted mind i decided to rebuild the crazy ls noir shafted ryoma with a shorter heavier punchier shaft the idea being, the old one being absolutely perfect in every way wasnt what i was after....................... why , i dont know so after extensive talks with my builder here we went for a 205 gram head with a gel injection . to get the centre of gravity down abit and produce a more piercing lower spinning shot. the ehavier head will prob take a bit of over all distance away from it but , the idea was "total control" had a hit with it today certianly can NOT hook this sucker. the shots were noticeably lower, piercing, and dispersion spot on, the slices that i get were well controllable and would prob have been 2nd cut thats good for me! distance loss was noticeable against the yamaha but its was way tighter nad pro rolled a long way this is a good builld ill game this on windy days here and back in oz the extra weight in the head made a very very big differnce to the performance of this driver head i no longer feel like im loosing distance from spin gel works and works very very well...!
  13. well back at home now its DEF something special i love it i was set up next to the TM van today so guess what i hit yes the rocketballlllllllllllllz thing and the r11 the diamanas-yamaha is just ever so slightly better lets just say by , well.. would u believe just a little bit????? D-san get one in XX this shaft is damn great!
  14. Another quick 20 its got a heavy feel to it thats pret electricy. nOt dissimilar to the crazy cb50 but certianly not to the cb level the cb is noticeably higher much more carry , just got 6 dead centers off with the X very punchy traj even in the 10deg thinking i prob should have gone the70sor even x im only hitting shiiiiity heavy range balls today so its not the ideal test but its nit bad im certainly liking this so far
  15. At the range hitting the new diamana 60x yamaha tour 10' 45x 318x d2.9 thougts after 20 balls beautiful feeling nit like the di im hitting along side it which is much more rubbery feeling the diamana feels like a diamnanahina with class itskick i cant pin point the flex feels like it warps in the tip and butt simultaneously flight is low without being silly trajectory is a flat arcthen it rolls i think a lot of distance with this shaft will be got with roll i wont be playing it in the rain thats forsure dispersion is fantastic misses have been great lossof distance from miss**ts isnt terribly worrying good shots are really lovley big smile ill hit some more.....
  16. pitch repairers sword oil grips
  17. yup its the nike thing. i threw a heap of names at him and he phoo hpooed them all he builds these things, be a bit remiss if i didnt at leat try his suggestion first.
  18. They are shafted with the proro of the modus 3 they are prob too soff i think im going to swao them out for the c10s they are so lovelg to but but they co really bigh as is need to fet them down a bit softness is very noticeable can hardly feel miss hits these are the easiest. bladed Clubs ever to play and ........, they look damn fine!
  19. great snaps chris. both of these look awsome
  20. yup s 200 iomic x-evolution brilliant grips 4-pw yes these are super clubs, im just going using them any longer , iahd my time with them, played em exclusively for a 3 seasons, then i went psycho hose beast and bought 800 other sets, on the back of how good these felt. say no more...........,
  21. right now i can comment o nthe tourstage 905s they have a very very small thin head, the muscle is angulated and chunky right i nthe centre in a falling wedge shape so offcentre shots get punished. centre shots , well that another story! these come with 950 s weight flowed shafts, and i doubt the need to change these over i nthe longer irons, the scoring irons cud do with a much taughter shaft . the new shape isnt as square as the x blade and the 901s slightly more rounde, ever so slightly but wnough to make them more appealing nad not a boxy, the differnce is slight but def, noticeable. very straight neck, NO offset. the irons are very hard to hit, most def not for anyone except the best iron players the thinness is the thing thatgets bad shots in trouble. the loss of distance and direction is big. they are very soft, very dynamic irons the better players should like these alot they are the nicest of the tourstage blades released so far. with the exception of the us blade, but that had just a small amount of face progression and they are much more rounded and chunky. the TS 905 are the best looking shape of all my irons
