  1. Im commenting that crazy shafts have thinnish tips, and a pull does make the shaft a bit weaker than a non-pull.....just an observation, not a blame game
  2. Those crazy shafts, especially the lightweight ones are great performing shafts but pull at your own peril, I was shocked at the thinness of the tip section, some repeated high heat and strain would definitely put the tip at considerable risk !
  3. ive recently sold off my egg hybrid and my egg fws....the best replacement i have found to date is the original Kasco K2K !!! as easy to launch as the egg hybrid and has superior distance.....they might be super cheap but they flat out perform
  4. Sorry for the delay but the back pics are finally up....the clubs are shafted with KBS cutom white pearl in stiff 4-pw and the 3i has a modus 120 stiff.....all grips are zcord and these play off a 38.5" 5 iron which is half over american standards $650 for heads only $800 for shafted
  5. have you tried choking the driver up 2" on your current driver at 60g ???? Im pretty sure that they will give you an idea of what 44" with 60 g shaft will feel like.......if you plan to reweigh the head.....that will be quite a bit of weight to add and will afffect the flex of shaft as well as MOI of head.......If you go with the newer diamana series at 60g. Leave it at 45.5 and choke up the shaft for a few rounds......not much value in a short 60g shaft as opposed to a driver shaft......Rmbr to add extra tape to the bottom hand if you plan to choke up a couple inches.....if you find yourself choking up only an inch, this actually translates to preferring a 44.75" The idea of choking up and trimming does not equate to a perfect 1" to 1" relationship.
  6. ill try to take some pics tmrw ! : )
  7. if u are interested in shafts, i can leave the current shafts in which are KBS custom series pearl white in stiff playing at 38.5" 5 iron or half inch over american standard and the grips are zcord ! * the setup with the shafts will be $800 **4 total posts and 2 in my 2 bst posts.....Thank you Tim, im flattered !!!!
  8. 1.) OnOFF forged 3-PW heads only $650 * nick on 7 iron leading edge
  9. sorry for the delay in pics but here they are
  10. Mizuno Pro II, shafted with tour concepts from mizuno, was told this was a tour issue item but have no way of knowing.....a couple of clubs have been hit a few times by me but the rest of the clubs are unhit and in mint condition ! $300 Plus shipping. length lie and loft are standard japanese spec
  11. I have a set of ONOFF forged 2011 and they are definitely .355 taper tip ! * Not sure if u can sand the tips of the aerotech , but back in the days of the MFS115, all their graphite shafts for irons were parallel and needed to be sanded quite a bit to fit into taper tip heads
  12. robbie posted a post in a topic in Buy, Sell, & Trade
    1.) GD AD-BB 8s 41.5" $140 plus shipping 2.) Fuji VC 7.2 stiff with TM tip 43.5" $110 plus shipping
  13. im already ingesting too much baby oil at the strip club......
  14. hmmmm....i wonder if olive oil would work ??? My understanding is that any oil which prevents oxygen to reach the surface of the metal would work fine. The best oil would not interact with the metal but completely coat the metal and have some minor bonding/adhesion to the metal. Does oiling up the face result in less bite ?
  15. Stew, did u end up gaming those MR23 US Spec Blades ?????
  16. These are taper tips and i also am looking for several backup sets myself........ive played mr23 us spec cbs and mbs since they were first introduced and always find myself coming back to these classics ! The CBs perform slightly better for me but the MBs are close in performance and look stunning
  17. loft ? face angle ?
  18. robbie replied to rb2235's post in a topic in Buy, Sell, & Trade

  19. here u go pete.....hopefully this bump works
  20. i still have a 2009 9 deg head with magnetic headcover for $125
  21. How about those Crazy LTD avail in the BST.....very cool looking and i second the recd for custom mizuno mp69s
  22. Hmmm, lots of doubt on this guy's power. I absolutely believe him and would be willing to bet that he could hit 240 yards with a 6 iron under normal conditions......I hit the 6 iron on average about 185 and could hit 200 swinging out of my shoes. I consider myself average length and have played with many players who were at least 2 clubs longer than me if not more. Besides a 240 6 iron should only translate to maybe a 350-360 drive. Everytime i get smoked off a tee on a golfcourse, it is usually a ex baseball player or hockey player.
  23. I have a gx4i that il never use. Probably 3 rounds max since new. Hit me back if u are interested
  24. yes, the typical fees are 3% for USA and 4% for international payments......if u want the buyer to pay fees, he has one of three options 1.) Gifted payment 2.) Payment owed 3.) Tack on fees on top of your price
