WOw...thats going to be a great combo !!!!! even a broomstick on a Kamui Ray would go well, a diamanax will be the cat's meow !
  3. That is a sweet setup !!!! Ive heard tremendous things about the cleveland classic !!!!

I think 700 is a very fair price
  5. i am familiar with a shop called Carolina something and they did some pretty nice work......Dont go to Keppler's, they are a mixed bag.....once it was really nice and the next time, pure trash !
  6. I can reach all the par 5's ive played in my life !!!!! The toughest has got to be at Diablo Grande Ranch....2 forced carries over 610 yards but if u take the contours of the course, its 650 yards at least and it is always into a stiff wind !!!! haha, and for those that asked....i didnt reach in 2 shots....sometimes it takes 4-5 shots but eventually i reach : P

  8. Wow....a Ryoma FW wood....must resist ......must resist......
  9. it worked well But i found a 9.5 and a 10.5 Ryoma ...couldnt hold on to all 3 so i let one back out ! I hope i dont regret it !!!! i like trying everything out there but im pretty sure the Kamui is safe haha except for maybe another Kamui
  10. ive heard people had cracking issues...but there were a huge number of tour players using it and none had problems but Phil who loves to shave the heck out of his clubs....im sure if it was a inherent problem, they would have retooled.....Only those monsters on WRX can crack that head but damn, everything in the world would crack if u carried over 300 yards at 45 degrees farenheit into a 20mph wind with a half swing knock down.......I have a very modest swing speed and prefer regular flex ! i will hit a 300 yard drive on almost every round i play but the carry on that drive was probably 260-270 and i benefi from playing firm courses and my long drives are usually cause the wind is at my back and it was warm and i hit a hard patch on the fairway !!!! * best carry is approx 390 yards : )
  11. Ryoma head sold..... ( on a non japanese forum ) ....word must be out how nice these heads are !!!
  12. i never had too much luck with the ilima....but any smooth shaft will do.....i wouldnt stick anything boardy into that head ! i really love that head, give it a whack

These are basically a tad bit lighter version of the 1050gh...i think these were released about 3-4 years ago....Havent heard much from them !
  14. How about the Ryoma for the 3 wood and a RBZ for the Hybrid.......I know the RBZ hybrid isnt JDM but it is amazing !
  15. Sorry I dont know those stats...But i would say the face is about 0.5-1 degree open as for weight I have no idea......
  16. ANd thats why we like them because they are expensive and rare and well made.......

Yeah 500 would be a fair price provided it is just bag wear and no groove wear or rock dings or scrapes
  18. 1.) Head only 8.5 deg loft ....Please note that the crown has a small scratch which has been covered by a sharpie SOLD 2.) Leupold GX3 Used for a few rounds.....Comes with Box $240 PLUS shipping
  19. i have a mitchell lie loft bending machine and I have had no issues with cracking on the high end japanese forgings, especially tourstage and Epon......Titleist is the absolute worst in terms of plating, that stuff comes off if you yell "BOO" Anyways if its one or 2 degrees that is not too much stretch...i would prefer to move only 1 degree to play it safe....BUT for my own irons, I have moved some 5 degrees or more ! I used to be 4 degree up off Ping specs but i have flattened it out to 3 degrees now....This is a problem when i swing japanese clubs because they are usually 1-2 flat from american standard, adding my 3 degrees is asking a lot .........
  20. No need for JDM FT Tour, this club hits and plays like a JDM club ! Simply brilliant !
  21. That was my go to club for a few seasons.....The FT9-TA which was uber expensive and the tour issue FT tour.....I honestly did not see much difference if any between the ft tour and ft9-TA...However with that being said, that was a great club, felt awesome, sounded great and was pretty damn hot, low spin and very workable head.....The only thing i didnt like was the forgiveness, not very forgiving, it kept its distance across the face but late to the ball resulted in big blocks and getting there early was pull hook city, basically this was a precise club and if you had a very repeatable swing ...this club was money ! I still keep a couple of heads in my collection because this is simply an amazing driver....it definitely can keep up with all my clubs except my Kamui ! However it sounds a billion times better than my kamui !

I dont think torque numbers would be affected by butt trimming ....i doubt tip trimming would affect torque much either.....Torque measures a rotational force and trimming would probably only affect stiffness.......( disclaimer : im a chemist, not a physicist )
