I believe the CB50 Sigma you are selling is a driver shaft: 46" long, correct? http://www.tourspecgolf.com/crazy-cb-50-sigma-noir-shafts

Your title says FW80 instead of CB50.... So they used to do custom coloring?

that is one beautiful driver !! That Black & Gold color combo would be a great match with the '15 AAA shaft !!! -
Hi C, What's the hosel size ? 355 or 370?
-
Yup. Kusala Black is essentially their version of Diamana Whiteboard.

I used to have a Kusala Black 61 in a ZR-30 head and loved that low launch bomber!! Got super hot numbers on the launch monitor. Head was not forgiving enough so I sold it. I have not tried the newer series but the Kusala series were really really good. I have to say they are designed and engineered very well. They do claim the shafts are manufactured in Miyazaki prefecture facility. http://www.dunlopsports.co.jp/products/sports/golfclub.html

Fairway Wood: EGG Spoon vs. Fourteen SF-612???
nobmontana replied to Dakara's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
When brands become available to the US market, they become less "JDM" ..... i am guessing? I think they make fabulous products but they feel semi mainstream at this point to me. -

Yes, the Maruman looks very forgiving indeed. -

Epon 202HT should be added to the mix as well. They are claimed 15deg loft but they launch very high thanks to the shallow design. Has to be one of the easiest 3 wood ever produced. It launches so high I have been able to stop the ball on the green from 250 yrds out on rare but multiple occasions. Off the tee, you do need to make sure you tee it up low so you donl't go under:) Feel is a bit firm probably because of the shallow face and use of Titanium. Sound is as solid as it gets. Highly recommended. -
Is that essentially the "Chocolate" brown that Epon used to do? Trying to get that color for my copper irons and wedges Sulfur on raw copper should make that antique copper patina.

What's the weight on the 103? Thanks! -
gone to the bay.

Would be interesting to see what kind of launch angle numbers you get with your 5 wood. Again my guess is that delofting in relation to the angle of attack is causing low spin. Perhaps 19* loft is giving you just enough loft to produce good backspin.

Monacos sold. The other items with the ridiculously low prices will be taken off before midnight tonight ( US mountain time ) Get them while you can.

Very interesting!

I recommend trying lower compression balls. Bridgestone B330RXS , the new Cally Chrome Soft or Cally Super Soft are good choices. If that helps with your spin, I would even recommend JDM low compression balls Also have a feeling you might be de-lofting the head. Too much "hands first" swing would do that. When I do that, it usually spins like crazy but that will also depend on angle of attack as Mbachman says. Severe delofting combined upwards swing at impact could create a knuckleball like effect I suppose.

curious to know what your launch angle is like? also what kind of balls did you use during you LM session?

JBEAM 435 Black Out Driver In Hand Pics!
nobmontana replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Conforming... but really doesn't matter to me even if it was non-conforming if it's really as long as people say it is. -
I would venture to say "Stinger" Original Blueboard comes close but I think the TP7HD is smoother.

I am sure you can get additional adapters from Chris. I initially thought that a Titleist Surefit adapter would fit because they look so similar but no go.... Here is my review of both the D and DS. http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/38385-basileus-aaa-tt1100g-80t-limited-edition-shaft/ I personally liked the DS over the D because of the matt black paint as well as the changeable shaft. I am a shaft tinkerer so I like having the changeability. Performance wise, I really do not see a difference between the two. I have not been on a launch monitor with it so I cannot provide performance details. MA01 series is a performance packed head with great looks, sound and feel. I also need to mention the forgiveness it has in such a compact body.

That is true... Unfortunately don't have a local shop who does hot melting. and I actually wanted to try one of the new Jbeam heads with the waccine shaft.
