Advice needed by this weekend
Hi all. I have an opportunity to buy an PRGR EGG spoon 17 degree with a Crazy FW 80 7.4 shaft, and a tmag TP 21 degree ute with a Crazy ute stiff shaft. My question is this; will I see benefits over my Adams pro gold 18 degree with red 100 stiff axivcore and Adams pro gold 22 degree with black 100 stiff axivcore with regards to (in order of preference) feel/control/distance? My SS is 103 with a smooth take back but aggressive transition to my downswing. I don't know if I have a late or quick release (enter dirty comments here!). Distance wise, I hit the 22 about 210yds - 220yds and the 18 about 230yds - 240yds As per the title, I need to let the seller know by this weekend. Unfortunately he lives too far from me to be able to test the clubs :) Clubs are mint and at a really good price. Let me know what you think guys. Thanks, Ian

Crazy Tourspecgolf Shaft Collaboration 1 and 2
How about sticking with the 'wind' theme, and use these in order of shaft flex: Typhoon -Taifu or Tornado - Tatsumaki or Hurricane - Hariken Just a thought........?..but if I win I'll have mine in a 7.2 flex please

The 'no driver' edition of WITB - 1st revision
Unfortunately I hade to sell my Yamaha tours, but I think I've filled their space with some awesome blades - Srixon Pro 100. These have been matched with Nippon Modus 3 Tour 120 X flex shafts and Iomic X grips. I know they are old (ish) for this forum but I think they look great. Let me know what you think. Yes, I need some wedges. These will be on the next revision, then a driver and possibly a new putter. By then I may have saved enough cash to buy the Yamahas back!!

Keep me up to speed on the latest steel shafts!
Have to agree with the other guys, the Modus 3's are great. The best 'feeling' steel shaft, with very tight dispersion.

Old JDM drivers - your opinions please
These will all be under $100 easy. Financies are really tight but I want to stay with JDM. What other drivers of a similar ilk do you suggest I look at? The problem is, if these drivers aren't better than a Cobra Speed Pro then I may as well go with that. Anyone played 1 of these and have experience of the JDM I've mentioned

Old JDM drivers - your opinions please
Ok then cool. That's 2 for the Tourstage and 1 for the Yamaha

Old JDM drivers - your opinions please
Thanks Jake. 1 for the Tourstage. Henry - I take it that you've tried all of them?

Old JDM drivers - your opinions please
That's 1 vote for the Yamaha. Thanks supo67 Anyone else?

Old JDM drivers - your opinions please
I have the chance to purchase 1 of these 3 older JDM drivers: Yamaha Inpress X 445D, 10deg with DX506-D Double Speed stiff shaft Tourstage X-Drive 405, 8.5deg with a Fujikura Vista Tour Series 70 stiff shaft Callaway ERC Fusion HOT, 9deg with a Grafalloy NT Prototype 85 stiff shaft Has anyone ever hit 1 of these? Which 1 would you game if they're all the same price. I know that some/all of them are non-conforming but that doesn't bother me. Are they as good as a Cobra Speed Pro with a GD YS7+ in x stiff? Just need some info on what they feel like, sound like, good distance and accuracy? What would the ball flight be like with 103 SS with a smooth take back but is fairly aggressive in the down swing. Let me know your thoughts boys and girls. Thanks, Ian.

WTB really cheap forged iron heads
Thanks for all the offers guys. Much appreciated. I found some Srixon Pro 100 heads in great condition on WRX last night and decided to buy them. I hope they work with my Modus 3 shafts! Ian.

WTB really cheap forged iron heads
Hi all. Has anyone got any forged iron heads that they'd like to move on? There isn't much in my price range on EBay at the moment. I've just sold my 2011 Yamahas so anything of a similar size/shape would be ideal. 5i - PW would be perfect. Price has to include shipping, so let me know what you have. Don't forget, they have to be cheap. I don't want to go back to USDM stuff now I've had a taste of JDM but if the price isn't right then I'll have to. Max $250 unless you have something I can't turn down :) Thanks, Ian.

Yamaha Inpres X V Forged Tour Model 2011 3i - PW and 52* 58* wedges
Hi everyone. What can I say apart from I don't want to sell these, but unfortunately my family and their needs come first.............so here for sale are my pride and joy, Yamahas finest irons bar non, YAMAHA INPRES X V FORGED TOUR MODEL 2011. 3i - PW and 2 wedges, a 52* and a 58*. These are all shafted with Quadras most expensive iron shaft, the 4AX SOF 100i in stiff flex. As the photos show, they are a stunning set of irons and wedges. Just the best feel off the face from the combination of S20c Endo forged heads and Quadra graphite shafts. Just fantastic. A couple of links to more photos and a shaft review: http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/32198-the-no-driver-edition-of-witb/ http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/32301-quadra-4ax-sof-100i-stiff-flex-graphite-iron-shaft-review/ So, unless someone just wants to give me some money, this beautiful set of irons will have to go. Whomever buys them will love them as much as I do. Now to the bad bits. I want to describe eveything there is to see regarding defects. There are a few little nicks/dinks on the toe of the 9i and 8i, and on the sole of the PW. All the other heads have a tiny amount of marking from general play on the face and sole. You'd hardly notice the marks. The shafts show some 'bag rub', and some of the decals are starting to fade. I think it's only right to give you all the info before you spend your cash. I'm asking for $1300 for 3i to PW and $300 for the wedges. I'll accept $1400 for the lot. I think the shafts on their own would cost about the same as my asking price. All prices are including worldwide shipping so it's a great deal. Please don't ask me to split the heads and shafts up. No trades at the moment. I have great feedback on Ebay in the UK, so be confident that I'm a genuine seller. Thanks for looking, Ian.

The 'no driver' edition of WITB
I will definitely try a driver around 44" - 44 1/2". Don't know about going any shorter. Length off the tee isn't a problem.......control is though! Over the next few months I'll get some more cash together and see what you guys are selling :) How much for your Yonex. Lol
