Me also, had the 750 wrap tech; ridiculously high flight.

Is it a good idea to put a driver shaft in 3 wood? Which shaft you will recommand to do so?
G day Calvin, if you have a specific driver shaft in mind just go to their website and check the trim code; some do some don't. Just bare in mind fairway heads are usually heavier than driver heads so the extra weight can effect the flex rating by a point or two. My advice would be FW specific but using driver shafts is more common than you might think. Good luck with whatever you choose. Fuji Fuel is a good start, numerous weights, not to exy to experiment with, very stable and no trim code required, v good all round shaft :)

The myth of " BEST EVER or LONGEST EVER"?
If it is what is best for us then its obviously the driver we are gaming at present right? But there is always something better next week or so we tell ourselves....

The myth of " BEST EVER or LONGEST EVER"?
I agree totally, we all have opinions.....That is why this site is a great source of knowledge and vast quantities of interesting debate. Starting any topic that leads to interesting debate has merit in my eyes.....A gentleman calls attention to the good points in others.

SOLD : Brand NEW Crazy TJ46
This is without a doubt the best shaft I have used, I have almost sold mine a couple of times but cant find any other shaft that eliminates the right side quite as good....In the zero and staying there. If you struggle with the rights get this shaft...you will not be disappointed. Point and shoot. GLWS

New Nippon Zelos 7 Steel shaft - World's lightest
So its a high trajectory shaft, are they releasing a lower flight version, by that I mean penetrating.

The myth of " BEST EVER or LONGEST EVER"?
Those sort of statements are purely marketing spiel, I know what was the most recent longest ever; cobra long tom at 4ft.....you just cant get longer than that legally hey ;) As for the best; best at what? If its looks then beauty is in the eye of the beholder so I have been told many times before LOL, sound and feel are purely subjective to what an individual prefers. If it is what is best for us then its obviously the driver we are gaming at present. There is always something better next week or so we tell ourselves.....

2014 Yamaha ???
I agree T, the branding does seem allot more overstated and a bit busy on this model. I thought the 2013 wedge offering was clean and simple; so for that I loved them, I hope the 2014 offers more loft options.

Royma Maxium 11.5 HELP!
Too easy, I thought it was a bit out of the ordinary for you to make a comment like that mark, we have always had good communications. Like I said the shaft was V good condition but just wasn't for me as was v soft. You probably couldn't launch because the shaft had already gone through its action before hitting the ball, that would explain perfectly your loss of hight and distance. It might be perfect for one of the girls at my club :)

Royma Maxium 11.5 HELP!
I personally haven't tried this driver so cant comment..! But there is a wealth of Quality JDM drivers and shafts out there; so making the right decision is paramount. Like I said you must contact T with your details and preferences before you pull the trigger, this is key to feeling like you have made the right decision no matter what the set up is. Good luck with what ever you go with and enjoy your new stick :) Keep us posted
