  1. Hi Pete, If your talking about Masuda Blades, they are not hand forged. They are from Kyoei and hand ground by Masuda-san. Great brand and we can get you custom grinds and finishes on the blades at some very good prices. You could also order a similar design custom from Buchi if that fit's your fancy.
  2. Had an ol gamer collecting rust in the garage so I decided to have it refreshed with a new finish and paint fill. A little cool fact about the Balde pronounced "Ball-Dee" It was a spelling error by G.T it was supposed to be named the Blade.
  3. Thanks! Unfortunately we can't come to agreement with Epon but It's not that big of a deal, you can get it in the states and the EU for silly low prices and heads only. Here are more pics:
  4. No those are no longer in production, I think we can maybe get a couple more heads if they have some laying around. Highly suggest the Tataki though.
  5. Thanks so much everyone! so today I'm sitting out back having a beer just reflecting on how life may change, I live on the golf course and it suddenly just looked so much better than it ever did before, I want to play more than I ever have. My wife was always my main playing partner, gone are the days of just the two of us playing 36 with a 12 pack of beers in the cooler, she's a good player I don't think it will ever be the same for at least until the young one decides to pick up the game. We're ready! Signing off for the evening, next time I post I'll be a father.
  6. When it does arrive, it will be custom like the Suda-Wedges so you can make a request like zero or mini offset.
  7. Our First Child is coming, been trying for nearly 10 years with a couple of failed attempts along the way but finally it's happening and the day has come. Tomorrow AM is the big day, not sure what to expect but we will see! Wanted to ask the fathers here what the biggest change was when they had their first child and what I might expect.
  8. A better more clear pic: I like how it looks, not much fuss very clean and straight to the point.
  9. All Crazy items are up to date in the proshop, when the future was uncertain stocks dwindled but after they were saved stocks have almost been replenished. Tourspecgirl has updated every item eliminating what's not available and adding things that are back in stock, even down the the flex. Have a look, we have also lowered the prices of Many of their items as well as Quadra, Basileius and others.
  10. Epon 504 J & D Drivers coming October 23rd - Two new models are being released later this month and while neither is designed for the hard hitter it is something new from the brand. The 504D (H) was created for the golfer who desires high spin and a higher launch, it's only available in 10.5* and Epon reccomends is used for players with an 80 mph swing speed. The 504DJ is made for players who swing about 96 mph and is available in 9.5* loft only, both drivers are 460cc's. Another indicator of who these will appeal to lies in the stock shaft options made by FSP all in the 50g range options even for the 504J model. Titleist has a similar setup with the VG3 version in 9.5 the other in 10.5. I'm not sure if anyone is see'ing relation in Epon's latest releases to some of the other OEM clubs made for their customers but it's a rumor that has been floating around lately with those closer to the brand than we are.
  11. Posted this a while back, I've been pestering Modart about these but they are not ready yet Suda-san is a perfectionist.

Hutch sends me money for future orders he hasn't decided on, he also buys me beer ;) sorry Tim, sometimes people make mistakes, forget, maybe thinks they did something but may have not, you guys handle this via PM please. I'm sure your both great people, let's squash this. If for whatever reason things continue to go south contact me and I will mediate the situation.
  13. I would suggest going CB-1007 over the CB57 ( based on the same head ) not only does the giken version look a lot better but both are a firmer feel by design so getting the copper under layer is a big positive with these not to mention all the custom grind and shape options they offer at the same price or less. I have not hit the fourteens I'm sorry.
  14. To me from a design perspective the SLS was messy while this GT has the cleaner lines, more proportionate size, and just looks cleaner all around. Compared to the Porsche GT3 991 imo it looks better as well: VS
  15. As far as I know no. Years ago everything was moved to Thailand.
  16. Yes Endo. They are more forgiving, softer, a little more offset, edges are more rounded, longer heel to toe, slightly wider sole, tungsten in the long irons. Yes as bk mentioned it's to move the CG location to produce a higher trajectory in the long irons, lower more accurate in the short irons. Yes these are a little larger and for sure more forgiving than the CB358.
  17. Thank You! You are a pleasure to work with, detailed and very visual really helps this process along for TSG and Gold's Factory. Your putter, your photos, everything looks great, Enjoy!
  18. Yes Siteseer! Those guys should totally jump into the JDM scene, all discerning individuals.
  19. Wow DemolitionMan and Speeder617! Haven't heard those names in a while. I live not so far from where Marcus used to live, we met up for lunch a few times not so long ago, good guy.
  20. The IS is underrated, it's dual bounce meaning the heel has high bounce but toward the toe side of the heel it becomes low bounce which prevents a floating leading edge. So on the IS while the bounce is higher it doesn't exactly play to that, more versatile that way I guess. That and the fact that it's got a copper under layer
  21. Yes last years Tour Model CB was not exactly compact, but this years is!
  22. This has got to be one of the coolest looking wedges on the market today, The RomaRo SX-R. It's forged of S20C with CNC milled features and laser score lines on the face, that's about as good as it gets now days. First thing you may notice is the notch on the sole, this notch improves contact with the ground and has a dual purpose of further allowing you to open the wedge face to enhance it's trailing edge grind and edge relief It's a very forgiving wedge as well, see that milled area near the top line, well that gives the wedge a nice thin top line look and lets RomaRo keep more meat everywhere else which not only helps with forgiveness but makes them feel nice and soft during impact, without this area the wedge would have to taper earlier putting less mass behind the impact zone or the top line would be really fat. As you can see above those laser mill marks look a bit funky on thface where the top line meets the first score lines but other than that I have no complaints, this wedge feels really good at impact thanks to the S20C, it's forgiving, workability I would rate high and also available in 7 different lofts: 48/7, 50/9, 52/9, 54/9, 56/12, 58/11, 60/8 so no complaints in the selection department. As you can see this wedge has been hit, it's not brand new and it's held up quite well over several rounds of play. This wedge does not replace the standard SX model as that one is a double bounce design, and a copper under layer which is very different than the SX-R. I played 4 holes yesterday and compared this to the Tataki, man really ruff choice choosing between these two.
  23. Not much on this one yet, I think it was first seen about 2 months ago at the barclays in Ryo's bag. I believe this is the successor to the DJ and GT series and is for fast swingers, like the MT it has a stiffer mid section. It's designed to be anti left yet still have a fairly active tip. MJ = Major it will be released next month in Japan.
  24. Jbeam weights are back in stock.
