Sorry not until the re-design.

Here it is the latest addition to the VIQ series. The MX is a slightly more shallow version of the VIQ deep but its heel to toe length is longer and it features a lower center of gravity. Its the mid tier or average player driver just below the X-Drive.

TourStage X-Drive Weight Screws
TourSpecGolfer replied to bartolomeo1's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Hawaii is usually legit, as they have a good connection to Tourstage over there. 204g is legit head weight with screws. I have seen several 193 gram heads that are 100% identical to retail. So in my mind that tells me someone is pinching the trash bin. -
Which of the latest and greatets Wedges spin more, less
TourSpecGolfer replied to BostonHack's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
I would suggest the Fourteen V3 and Tourstage X-wedge, not only because they are done at Endo but the TS has upward milling, and killed leading edge, it sits flat yet was very able to open up. Just great Inpakuto all around. The Fourteen is design at its best. from the shape to stamping its class, Endo forged in Japan. Problem is both brands dont offer these custom built to your specs, we would have to build them custom for you. All currently in stock. X-wedge or V3 with S400 D4/D5 is what im shooting for perhaps this week. My gamers are the Epon Technity and Honma Beres. I do use different wedges depending on weather and course conditions. -
The J Spec is very easy to hit. lots of sole weight makes it feel nice and head heavy. Its got that large port on its sole but the brand tells me its visual and built in to the design to not effect the CG location. They have these available pated and un plated, the unplated version looks flat light grey instead of satin. The V3 is their new players wedge, its really somthing else, fourteen has topped their already amazingly popular 2006 wedge series with these beauties. IMO they actually did improve the product and these are one of my top picks for anyone on a wedge hunt.

Here is a less blurry pic. Im sure many of you have tried the R wedge, its really good for people who like to open the face up, who dont mind a wedge that sits open naturally, and has the heel relief for you to get crafty.

So its some sort of blend of carbon steel poured into a casting. I for a fact can feel the difference between forged and cast. I can feel the difference between finishes, and also different sole or cavity designs with the same exact steel. I can feel a hollow undercut, I can feel when turbo rubber is added. Take your finger nail and tap the face of a Japanese forged club vs a Chinese cast club, you can hear it and feel the different high pitch "tink" it gives off. Feel comes from: 1. The material used 2. The design of the sole 3. The loft of the club 4. The finish of the club 5. The configuration and Build of the club

Taylormade R7 Forged Limited Iron w/Pics!

So After many months what is the mass verdict on these irons? Who took it out of play? Who put it into play? And most importantly how would you rank and review these? -
Epon vs. Tourstage vs. Gauge Design Fairway Woods
TourSpecGolfer replied to Slice1969's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Hey Zero very nice review. I have the X-Drive FW also and its one of the best from looking down at it. Thing is there are so many killer FW's now its hard to choose one: Fourteen Royal Collection X-Drive FW Mizuno JPX EPON Technity Epon gets my choice once again, its steel, it feels like a mini driver, has a straighter and lower ball flight than the XD-FW with stock shaft, and its great from the tee. Im playing mine with the Mach Line 85g Proto FW shaft and its giving me killer distance. The only thing is that the GFT was a bit easier to hit off the deck. -
380cc Epon with the new DREV proto is giving my 460 quite a challenge, I love the 460's feel much better. but im getting more distance out of this 380 head and it stays lower and closer to center than anything else. Very nice club just dont know if i can get over it being that small.

A blank catalog head that can be found in Japan. Not for sale to the public. Its for small brands who want to stamp their name on it. please dont ask to have your wedge created unless your willing to purchase 500pcs in each loft.

Wedge Choice - Epon X-Model or Tourstage 2007 X-Wedge
TourSpecGolfer replied to leepark's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Very different, its a tottaly new design. it seems more stable at impact now and designed to feel heavy where imo last years model felt compact, and thin. -

TourStage X-Drive Weight Screws
TourSpecGolfer replied to bartolomeo1's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Just an FYI guys, all heads we have purchased direct from Tourstage are a 205g head weight. The fakes, trash bin, and black market X-Drive 460 heads on ebay are all coming in at 194-198ish. There should be no glue in the head if its brand new. It also shouldn't rattle. -
We can get you custom built onoff if you need too. The 415 doesnt feel as soft as the 460 at impact. more solid feel similar to the X-Drive. The 380cc is also very solid and muted if you dont mind that small of a head.

No Sir the number and grain flow forged must remain on the club. -
So you want to Grind Wedges?
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
You should PM me with how many you would like. -
They are not after market they are done for select accounts in Japan. They have the golden Y stamp letters on the ferrule to show they are still factory. You are not able to send your clubs in for this service. As far as quality goes, its the same Chuo Grain Flow Forged metals used in all the MP series, In America Mizuno is the #1 forging IMO, but Callaway's new X-Forged is as good if not better. Its just with the customs they are finished in Japan not China like the retail versions. Many of Mizuno's older models came from Miura Giken, then those amazing T-Zoid Pro's up to today's JPX series with complicated designs are done at the one and only Endo. Kudo's to Mizuno for understanding that good golfers need quality materials. Dont forget Mizuno's new JDM woods. Too good to be overlooked.

TourStage X-Drive Weight Screws
TourSpecGolfer replied to bartolomeo1's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
lol.. I hear ya, well the wrench isnt the problem its having the weights made. If there are more than 20-50 guys willing to do this then its almost worth a try, as of now its just me and you pal. -
We sell them, not very well though. Its normal putter design imo, it seems Zomo has not released any new products this year. Thats a bad sign.

TourStage X-Drive Weight Screws
TourSpecGolfer replied to bartolomeo1's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
