  4. It's a time consuming process. Not any club maker will do it for you, however some will depending on how much are you willing to pay for this labor intensive process. :smile1: Also, There are no guaranty that the sound will be what you are looking for. JOe  ps: It was nice talikng w/ you on the phone the other day :smile2:
  5. Ah I see! No wonder Toby likes to live in the same city w/ you, he can hide behind your fame...So he can stay low profile. However, I must say that I admires you the most on how you handle your Six Star General to behave while you are HOing.
  6. Oh please! You can do it that way if you want to get a precise measurement. You need to do it one by one according to the lie of the each club. He need a measuring board w/ adjustable landing for each club. Send Willy over here! LOL  Joe
  7. Mine doesn't really have a ting sound. It's more of a little crunch sound. It's fairly muted and not loud and it's pretty solid sounding. My R7 lost its crunch many months ago ??? I have no clue why :-D HMM! Cracked Face? :surprize:

  10. If it fit w/ your swing style ,etc...any shaft will do wonder. However, the most concern is how good the quality of the shaft , in term of quality control (spec consistency). At that level of price, I would say " It should be ". Joe :smile1:
  11. Depending on the shaft's weight and lenght. But to answer your question, If you are trying to put the same lenght " Mostly " are around 6 grams +/-.Joe
  12. I got one, 2 dot w/ RCH36 Firm shaft in a very very good condition for sale if you are _________. :surprize:  Joe Joe, I see you are feeding others addctcion as usual. I put the "BJ" 3 wood in play the other day and hit it far, straight and actually with a little bit of air under it. Would you have a Callaway/Bobby Jones 5 wood? Also which Fuji (I'm a Fuji snob) performs most like a EI 70 Tour S. The EI70 in the 3 looks so old it might snap any moment. I have seen the smoothie you built for Willy. He bought that knowing I would buy it off him if he couldn't hit it. Now he doesn't want to let go....email him tell him the head is defective (it'll only work if you sleep apnea) and sell him a sonartec. TM is slowly creeping like a cancer into his bag (TM 300s last time we played). LOL! Willy always been a terrible golf HO! I would have to say 660 is the closest to the EI70 eventhough they are both had a different charracter but their spec is close enough. Just borrow it off him and purposely put a sky mark on it, he'll let it go in no time. The BJ 1 dot and 5 wood are not for sale, they are collectors item. Actually the 2 dot is even rarer but i can't hit it , so i figure i'll sell it. :smile1: Joe
  13. I got one, 2 dot w/ RCH36 Firm shaft in a very very good condition for sale if you are _________. :surprize:  Joe

  17. That is the shaft by the edge of the hosel. IMO, Don't take a chance...change the shaft. Good luck! Joe
  18. On the wood is not a hard thing to do. Technique of painting or refinishing bead are the only thing makes the result good or not. Bead blast finish are depending on bead we are using to blast it evenly. Bake powder coating is the only way to go on repainting golf club ( woods mostly), other than that is depending on how good the person mix the paint to get a certain result. last but not least on this is patient. Finishing wheel are the key for the expose metal finishing. Most rechrome job IMO are good only cosmetically, The biggest problem/question on this issue are whether they can maintain/retain the original weight as much as possible, however the existing condition of the club is another key of result that often be forgotten. My biggest problem doing all this stuff is that i have to rely on a subcontractor that has an attitude "doesn't care on how the result gonna be because it's not mine, let's just make it look good only", And a lot other isssue off course. Just my 2 cents! Joe
  19. If I'm not wrong, it's a prototype of pro95.Joe

  24. Damn Bro! What the hell did you do w/ her head. Is she that bad on the face and that good in the mid section? :smile2:
  25. I almost never seen one like yours, unless it has an over lenght shaft. Did you check what is the lenght of this club? Is the swing weight scale you are using are in a good working order? Is the grip installed correctly? If everything are in a normal, TM RAC CB has a plastic weight catridges w/ various tungsten weighting in them. A lot of people reshafting this iron damage this weight catridges and screw up the swing weight to far ( to light ). In your case you can remove all the weight catridges to reduce your swing weight but you need to readjust to make them consistent again at a point that is good enough for you. JUst hope that all of them have this catridges, because if not ....you'll be having a big headache to find a spot to reduce the weight, because of the weight port in the bottom of the hosel...you don't have any room to reduce the weight by drilling the bottom of the hosel anymore. Good luck! Joe
