  1. Just a couple of questions: Do you have one of these in your hot little hands?? If so when is the review?? I've used to use one of the older model Mizuno drivers, really don't know why I ever changed :tsg_smilie_confused:
  2. If my maths is right Shingo has only 13 clubs in the bag, inclusive of 4 woods and at least 3 wedges. Personally I think this is the way it is going to head, so far as club set up is concerned. My view is the Japanese are ahead of their time in this area, with the Americans taking a more traditional approach. .....that said we all know Tiger has been testing a 5 wood. It is only a matter of time. One point to finish on: I'm interested in what is in the lady pros bags, and in particular the Japanese ladies. My view is the ladies set up their bags to score, whilst dare I say it most men have some ego involved in club selection :tsg_smilie_wink:
  3. gocchin, you're a genius man!! :tsg_smilie_cool: I particularly like the Mizuno S30s that Katsurori Kuwabara is carrying. Interestingly there are a number of the Japanese professionals carrying two utilities.
  4. Ari, any chance of posting some photos of the Scratch proto super blades you are now playing??
  5. Thanks xxio. My 3 wood has great shape and feel, and I've yet to see anything that would come close to knocking it out of the bag :tsg_smilie_cool:
  6. I have a Honma Twin Marks Dual Attack 3 wood from the same era. Didn't really like the shaft (no stronger than a wet noodle), however I have re-shafted it and now it is my gamer. The quality of the heads is just sensational! :tsg_smilie_cool:
  7. :tsg_smiley_embarrassed: It may be the night for silly questions, however does Gauge / G-Field make a carry bag??
  8. The American manufacturers just don't get it!! :tsg_smiley_laughatyou: The Fourteen clubs are beautiful, however you could say that for ALL the Japanese manufacturers featured on this site. What else can be said, but keep up the good work!!! :tsg_smilie_cool:
  9. :tsg_smiley_embarrassed: This has probably been answered elsewhere before, however what are the differences between the Gauge Design NC1 Gauge Design NC1 Studio Handmades G-Field NC1
  10. Primarily interested in custom lofts and lies. ....and maybe a thinner top line.
  11. I too am also interested, particularly if G-Field will do custom options on their irons.
  12. Good looking putter :tsg_smilie_cool:
  13. I only speak for myself, but I really love looking at the Japanese tour players (boys & girls) bags. :tsg_smilie_cool: The player that won the China Open was a Gauge / G-Field player. Any chance of some photos of his bag?? On the basis that his Gauge / G-Fields beat Tigers Nike's, the bag would be well worth a look. :tsg_smilie_cool:
  14. Freddy used the 300s for a long time.
  15. Good looking rig. Those Ping eye 2 wedges are a classic.
  16. Man these are just beautiful. :tsg_smilie_confused: It would be such a pity to just leave them in the wooden case.
  17. Gocchin, great information. :tsg_smilie_cool: :tsg_smilie_cool:
  18. Great rig :tsg_smilie_cool: :tsg_smilie_cool: Those Taylor 300s are an absolute classic set of irons!!
  19. :tsg_smilie_cool: TSG just keeps getting better and better. Any reviews on those new Grafalloy shafts??
  20. Could we get some photos and prices on the other clubs??
  21. Looks like a real beast to me!! :tsg_smilie_cool: :tsg_smilie_cool:
  22. On the basis, that COR is now maxed out across all brands, the clubs essentially come down to cosmetic appeal. The 460P is one beautiful golf club!! :tsg_smilie_cool: :tsg_smilie_cool:
  23. Some photos from other angles would be good, particularly the crown and the face. :tsg_smilie_cool: Looks like a real beauty to me.
  24. :tsg_smilie_confused: Man, where do you come up with this stuff??? :tsg_smilie_cool:
