  1. I put a project x in a Titleist David Duval 59*, and haven't liked the club ever since  Personally I think there is more feel to both the DGs and the Nippons, than the Rifles. Just my 2 cents worth.
  2. Perhaps NS Pro 1150s. Just my 2 cents worth.
  3. Plus 1, just back from the tour. Please don't change your 58* wedge  Mate see those MB2s are now in the bag. Care to comment?
  4. Dave, I guess you have made your decision in the NC1/MB2 shootout. I still can't get the images either, but if you could email them to [email protected] that would be great
  5. What have you chosen so far??
  6. Plus 1, your sitting on the fence. This is a critical decision for the worldwide golfing community, not to mention myself. You need to make a decision and post your verdict. World peace depends upon it
  7. PA, First off, they are sooooo soft it is virtually indescribable! The spin generated due to the bottom 5 milled grooves is truly unmatched. They offer superior control on half/punch shots as well as shots around the green. I just feel I can hit boat loads of shots with them & I persoanlly agree with +1 completely / the grind is perfect. Dave  Thanks for the feedback. Mine is on the way
  8. Mate no luck with the pictures, however you say the GAS1 wedges are safe  great to hear. Tell me what have they done for your game?
  9. dcc, the pictures didn't come through for me, however I suspect that it is my dud computer. I will check these photos on a decent computer. The adidas bag sounds very snazzi. What driver did you order?
  10. Well done. How did you get the sand past security? What beer were you drinking?
  11. Plus 1, just been out in the park hitting a few. The 1150 really kicks. Gotta say the rifles now seem a bit boardy. This hasn't really worried me in the past. Just hit em hard. The problem is with the rifle shafts around the green. You can't hit a chip hard. Mate, I get the feeling it would be easier to shape the Nippon. The rifles do go very straight, however they are very difficult to shape. Just initial thoughts
  12. Plus 1, gotta ask, have you had a chance to try the MB2s. As always I value your feedback!!  PS I've got my hands on an NS Pro 1150 S to try. The feel of these is completely different to the rifles. More on that soon.
  13. A mate of mine has an original one of these and putts great........the more things change.......the more they stay the same........well maybe!!
  14. Plus 1, get a tape of the 1986 Masters. Sunday afternoon, 15th hole, Jack Nicklaus eagle put. "Yes sir" Having seen a McGregor Response, which was the putter Nicklaus used, the quality of the Gauge would be 100 times better.
  15.  Seems the least relevant thing about Tiger's and Ernie's clubs is the name on the back. One thing for sure is that Tiger instructed Titelist to get his"new" irons as close as possible to the Mizunos he previously played. That said they are beautiful aren't they
  16.  Well you have my vote for bag of the month. How are those Moz weges treating you?
  17. Chris, I know your playing the "combo" set at the moment. My assumtions are the lofts and lies are the same for both the NC1s and the MB2? Got a mate of mine who plays off 4 and uses Callys. He has already confessed how disappointed he is whith their short irons. Guess I'd better give him the web address. Funny thing about addicts, they tend to stick together   Keep up the good work mate!
  18. Words of wisdom from the master!!

 I had my swing videoed this afternoon by the golf coach. Haven't had a lesson for a while, but let me tell you my 14 year old son now swings it better than me! There's definetly a few more lessons and videos on the agenda. Not quite ready to lose to him.......just yet!
  20.  jt know the feeling. I'm out there working harder than ever, just so I can fill my bag full of Gauge gear. Once our bags are all full of Gauge, do you think Chris will start selling patches so we can beak our addiction to Gauge?  Good old plus 1 can't help himself, and I've already earmarked the end of year bonus to be spent in this area, but hey what else is there in life except golf, golf and more golf. Very important to be happy with your equipment. Bring it on
  21.  God, I love this site. I too would be interested in the specs on this. The bling bling would be off the end of the j curve!!
  22. Chris, gotta ask the question: How does the Srixon compare with the Viq you used previously?
  23. Plus 1, you're a ho! I thought your heart belonged to Gauge!! Phil its like being married, you love your wife...but it does no harm looking at others! lol.....my heart will always be with gauge!    Good on ya!!
