Plays a little tip stiffer. I've used it in an E. Still feels good and brings your ball flight down. It depends on your Swing Speed. It's not a shaft for guys that don't have a higher SS IMHO.

Joey, those image tags (IMG) before and after are reversed on your post. The one with the slash line goes at the end of the link.
  3. They are taper tips.
  4. I'm sure you're right, Jim. How are things? Very good here Dwayne, Thanks!

Since when is Todd going by the Sellers name of cezchong on eBay?
  6. Nope, I said I had the chick bag not her. If you have a putter like her you are a stud. Check out that MR-23 Driver. Not a trace of chick in that thing. Serious muscle there!
  7. Man, I play more of a chick bag than she does. You two have some seriously sweet clubs.
  8. Dwayne. Wouldn't it be better for you to hang on to them just in case? Then you would get more for them as a set when you sold them too. My $.02.
  9. Man Dwayne, I love when you talk like that...
  10. You have two sets that are very similar in purpose. That's the TS201's and the X CB's. The Z's are also very similar but touted as more of a players CB. The TS201, TS202's and XCB's are connected through lineage of a line really. Each one replace the other. I think the XCB's would be the way to go with this because they are the newest. The Z's are being discontinued. In fact, they are very difficult to find right now and are becoming classics. Go with the latest and the greatest and that is the X CB's, IMHO. Keep in mind the X CBs will be about double the price of the others. FAQ, how do you compare the 201s and 202s? I've read that the 201s don't feel quite as good. Drivers info is very good. I've never hit the 201's. 202's are the way to go if you want ultimate forgiveness. the XCB's are expensive, but I think they are worth it and easy to hit. Just not as easy as the 202's.
  11. Very nice Chris! Those X-Blade CB's are looking nicer and nicer. They remind me a lot of the Z101's.

To retain value I'd send it to Scotty, but if you are just looking for a good job and maybe change the finish... http://www.putterplating.com/Pictures.html

read around some of the other threads... aparently TS is pulling the plug on the Z line and perhaps thier entire NA market. Entire US market according to the Bridgestone rep. that I talked to this weekend. It will all be gone this spring. He had a Japanese Bridgestone catalog though, and you can't believe the stuff that was in there. Guys, the Z series IS their entire North American market. Here in North America we never really had Tourstage. The 101 Irons are great, but there is so much more to it. When you say TourStage, it's blasphemy to refer to the North American released clubs. I think it's time we all realized that. TourStage Never had any sort of focus on the North American Market and in my opinion, never planned to. Just an experiment. It really doesn't matter whether they continue the Z line here or not. The really great stuff always did, and always will come from Japan. Note: Here's a really funny example.... Get one of the U.S. released caps then get a Japanese TourStage cap and tell me if TourStage ever gave their best to the North American market. There is no comparison. Besides the Z101's that is.
  16. At a better price too!

I'll say this... The MR-23 FW's are my favorite Fairway Woods that I have ever tried. Super long and very, very solid. I put HKpro-80's in mine and they are incredible. I can highly recommend these. The first time I hit these, I was stunned. Literally, I could not believe how long they were. Shockingly Long. I'm comparing them to 3's and 5's that I have owned. Launchers, Cobras, TM 200's, Titleist 980's (both regular and strong) and Cally III's.

  19. Here's the new Caddie Bag from Tourspec Golf eBay site... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...&category=30110
  20. Kind of a tough order. Why not just get the photos that are available and do the comparison yourself. I don't know too many people that have 3 sets of Tourstage irons, much less when you start getting very particular about certain models. Note: You might want to reconsider the 201's. They really arent' in the same category as the others you named. The new X CB's would be a good club to choose if that was the type of club you were looking for.

So the 202's are on the left and the Z's are on the right. I'm looking at the topline to tell. Is that correct?
  22. I have a set of the 202's. They aren't hella chunky from the top, but definitely more than the Z101's or the MR-23 CB's. Maybe someone else will have some photos. I'll have to take some, but I'm not sure when I will have the time.

I think the Z's and the MR-23 CB's are about equal. The chrome finish on the Z's makes it hard to see the offset correctly. The MR-23 Muscle Backs have the least offset. The only spec I have is for the MR-23's Muscle Backs as far as offset. Here they are... 3----4----5----6----7----8----9----PW 4.15 4.15 4.45 4.45 4.45 4.75 5.25 5.25 Hmmm , now I'm really :? Just took a look at some prior info you had sent me about the 101's . Now according to that or it maybe the way I'm reading it the blades have more offset than the 101's :? Here is the info you sent me a long time ago :) Unit 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 PW Offset (mm) 3.5 3.5 3.5 2.5 2.5 2.5 1.5 1.5 1.5 Now if I have this ass backwards let me know so I can stop making a fool of myself  Thanks Mike Mike: I just checked those documents and that's what they say allright. I think it's the way they are measuring the difference in regard to a progressive offset. They are measuring the total offset from the start while the Z's offset is measured in difference. That makes sense. It's less than one Millimeter difference. Maybe someone could shed a little better explanation than I did on these numbers.
