supo
They are a lovely set, been eyeing these for a while. These and the mp 4s are the money winners in my book Edited January 15, 2016 by supo67

RLL33
Thanks, guys, they play like a dream, too. Wonderful sound and feel. And with the OTi shafts, the whole experience is like whipped butter. Can't imagine a better combo set.

needmoregolf
sweet setup there R, the question is now, what's the current bag rotation look like?? lots of jealousy must be brooding in the stable lol
RLL33
Yeah, it's spilling into my sleep -- or lack thereof... <g> I think I'm about to do something I haven't done before and keep two bags at the club... Yoro's are just so smooth. AG's are positively fun! The P2's cannot believe they're back in my office corner, but I do still love to look at them. (I think I'll stop there as I'm tempted to do a Stew-type younger girl comparison... ... ... )
chuck4golf
I couldn't handle the conflict of so much to choose among. When I was in college some poor guy was in the cafeteria and the lady asked him 'peas or carrots?' He couldn't handle the question and they had to take him to the hospital. With your 3 sets staring at me I'd be in the bed next to him!
daamartin
Peas or carrots? Both please.....and where's the potato by the way?

jonbev78
New Year's Toys / Part 2 always wanted a set of Yoro's beautiful combo set of MP5 & MP 25's in double nickel satin How are the YOROS holding up, they are stunning. I bet they play just as good as they look. Pure butta!
RLL33
They do. They're wonderful. Feel is so good I prefer them to Epon's & Miura's I've played. And love the finish, just love it.
+TourSpecGolfer
Mizzys are naturally soft irons and many know that feeling very well but when you start to adjust grinds and change the finish it changes in a good way not better or worse just different I think this is one of the best things about buying Yoro clubs, if you like Mizzy's soft feel but want to try a variant of it. parputt
Have a Yoro set of MP55s and they are the perfect blend of playability and forgiveness. They also look penominal too!!!
+TourSpecGolfer
Yes MP-55's are awesome! It's so easy to suggest this iron and no one has said a negative word about them. Usually an undercut that size feels a touch clicky but with the MP-55 it's soft/springy it's a hard iron not to choose now days.
RLL33
Soft/springy is a perfect way to describe it. The 5's are soft but scalpel like. But when I pull the 5-iron 55, I've hit some of easiest best long iron shots of my life, dead straight and way out there before I even look up to see the ball flying. For someone looking for a CB, I've said this before but the 55 is a find. It's going to be real interesting to me to compare it to the Miura 1008's (which are now somewhere over the Pacific on the way... ;=]
sunshine8
Thought I'd chime in with how happy i am with these Yoro MP-55s and MP-H5 wedges that 'i've had for a month. Soft/springy is a nice way to describe them. Flushing a shot with them is a wonderful feeling. And they make it easy to hit a good because they set up so clean, make make me confident in alignment and provide awesome, clean turf interaction. These are really great clubs - thanks TSG! DaleUK
How or what do the MP55 compare to in Size? And if Yoro reshape them do they become smaller??
RLL33
They're actually very compact for a CB. Narrow top line gives look and feel just between a large blade and a CB.
RLL33
FWIW, after my first outings this week with the Miura CB-1008, the Mizzy MP55 still comes out on top, by far. Better distance and control for me, better more penetrating ball flight. The Miura feels bottom heavy, weighted toward the sole, which I suppose some would prefer to get the ball up higher in the air. But feel wise, I was a little disappointed. Still don't think the Miuras feel as good as when the Ol' Man was doing the making...
Spoon
@Rll what do you with all your personalized sets that you don't end up liking?:)
RLL33
I only put initials on something I'd want to keep no matter what, even if just to look at and hold in hand in the office, and these qualify for sure, although given my initials, I once sold a set to someone who favored Ralph Lauren stuff with RLL on it... ;=] Anyway this wasn't a full set, just the 5 and 6-iron that I thought I might use with blade sets.
