  1. What, typically, will give the best, softest, most pure feel out of the three types of clubs. I don't want to hear about "well you can't say... design plays a huge role, etc". Typically. Which style of club will give the best feel?

Sick, congrats! What's the story on the new 130 version? Just heavier and they have a little blue writing on the shaft?
  3. I've never tried them I just read and watched a bunch of things on them saying how Mizuno went back to their roots on these ones, really focusing on feel again, like they did in the 90s. I have MP-37 blades and they feel very soft but I think these will be at least as soft and a lot easier to play....
  4. I have really abnormally large hands and I use a standard size putter grip. I definitely need to try these. You can customize the Muziks?
  5. Anyone know? They're supposed to be arguably the best feeling Mizuno iron ever...
  6. Cool. Ya, I haven't heard a word about it on here... Strange.
  7. Anyone try it? Thoughts, findings...
  8. Gotta see what all the fuss is about. What do you guys recommend. Preferably Japanese. Thanks.
  9. Sold out, really? It doesn't say sold out on here but ok...
  10. Can anyone chime in here, please. I'd even drive to Palm Desert if need be. I really need someone who knows what they're doing, with all clubs, including the flat stick. Thanks guys.
  11. They're excellent shafts. They just launch a little too high for me. A little too much spin too. But I swing quite hard. Accuracy is excellent, workability is fantastic and feel is quite good.
  12. Are the 2012 Limited edition bags still available?
  13. Thanks, I actually have the Monacos in my Mizunos. Great shaft. I used to have X-7 TT's in Miuras. Didn't like them. Very average feeling.
  14. Really!? Ya I'm going to investigate these. Probably even better than the Matrix Program 130s since those are supposedly high spin high launch. The Crazy graphite iron shafts are a waste of money in my opinion. Nothing is worth $2500 or whatever it is. I could put X100's in these and play outstanding golf.
  15. Great feedback!! I feel the same way. I had to turf the crap out of the head to compress the ball and get any decent at all. I'm also a picker and often hit the ball thin... these don't help this out at all. Harsh. Either i'm going to pick up some graphite shafts... something heavy, low spin and launch (if there is such a shaft) or try the Shimads or Aerotechs.
  16. 100% tourspecgolf feedback Professionally assembled and spine aligned/"Pured" Shipping to N. America only, unless you're willing to pay the exorbitant shipping cost to ship overseas. Item shipping from California. No trades, and no heads or shafts separately. Thanks. Epon 302s with Matrix Program 130 shafts - 3-PW New (5-PW) these retail for $1530! These are in great shape! I've never once put them in my bag without iron covers so there are very few nicks. Softest, best feeling irons I've ever hit. And I have Miura MB-5003's, Mizunos and Onoff Forged irons. New, these Matrix Ozik Program 130 shafts retail for $720. These shafts are spot on accurate with extremely soft feel. Total retail value for this setup is - $2040 (3-PW) + $720 for shafts = $2760! I'm asking $1999 - free shipping in N. America. WILL ACCEPT OFFERS! SPECS 3-PW Plus 1" in length 1* upright. Shafts are 119-125 grams. X-flex Nike Method Putter - SOLD 35" in MINT condition. I'm a putter collector and I honestly think this putter's feel is outstanding. Generates a lot of end over end spin with the Polymetal groove technology. New these retail for $249 I'm asking $179.
  17. After about a two week wait in customs, I received my Epon Personals today with Pure grips (nice looking and feeling grip... chrome butt cap thing is interesting) and KBS C-Tapers in X. They were supposed to come at +1" but are only +0.5" for some reason. Kind of annoying. Thoughts: I grabbed my 302s with Matrix Program 130 shafts and my new Personals and headed to the range. I hit the ball pretty mediocre today so my findings may change once I dial in my swing, more: Looks/Design: Beautiful head. Small (heel to toe) but thick (for a blade). Not intimidating to hit at all. Top line is about the thickest I've ever seen on a blade. The design is all it's own. Never seen a club like it. I'm surprised other companies haven't experimented with a hybrid-like blade, like this, before. Flight: I'm not sure how anyone can say the C-Tapers are low launching. I hit these only a hair lower than the ultra high launching Program 130s. These, in my experience are not low launching shafts. My Super Peening Blues, Modus 3's and Monaco's launch significantly lower. Feel: I can't say I was floored. In fact, the 302s with the Programs felt quite a lot better on pure strikes. Both have an Epon feel, however, not sure if the graphite allowed for a softer feel but 302s win here. Distance: This was even. 302s should, in theory, go further with the half inch longer shaft, and cavity design but the Matrix 130s are high spin and therefore I lose a little distance with them. I was impressed with the Personal's distance. Excellent... especially for a blade. Accuracy: Personals and C-Tapers win here. Graphite shafts are less consistent in my opinion. Forgiveness: For a blade, excellent. The 302s are easier to hit but that's expected. However, the if you can hit the 302's consistently there's no reason you can't hit the Personals. I'd say they're even with the Miura MB-5003s here. Honestly, these are a great club, I'm just a little bummed about Epon screwing up the specs and the feel isn't as nice as I had expected. Could be the C-Tapers, though. Again, they were also going up against graphite shafts in the 302s.
  18. Is that a silver and a white offering? I like silver.
  19. Blue is nice, so is black. Not my favorite of their bags but still nice. Thank god for no dog. Price?
  20. Why is that? I play everything +1" and Tour or X-Flex. Sound good in the C-Tapers?
  21. I've never tried C-Tapers or Shimada Tours, any of the Project X stuff or SteelFibres... never tried any graphite iron shafts except the Matrix Program 130s which launch too high and feel kind of blah. I'm kind of scared to graphite again because of this. People say graphite is better feeling than steel but is that really true? Maybe graphite in irons mutes the feel a little... I have the Modus 3's in the Onoff Forged irons - they're very good, SP Blues in Miura MP-5003s - very good, Monacos in Mizuno MP-37s - very good. I want whatever shaft makes the Personals feel the best possible.

Not to mention grip choice and ball choice probably make almost as much of a difference to feel as anything else, too.
