theres a guy i know who sells these brand new in the usa. shoot me an email.
-
wow, you answered most of my questions without me asking. ive never owned a yururi and need something that can be opened up with a relatively med-high bounce that spin the ball crazy. seems like the tours is what i want and need

Adams pnt 2 prototype. as used on the pga tour. not available to the public bought this head for $200. sells for $200+ on ebay and the wrx. one of the best adams hybrid heads, nice and small profile. did not really like the boxters. this is very pleasing from address position RFS have 18* selling head only for $120. can add a steel hybrid shaft for $20. exclusive of shipping to usa
-
next is a tourstage air muscle driving/hybrid head. 08-09 model. 19* asking $70 for the head or 80$ shafted with a Ns pro super peening orange x or NSPRO 950WF-s + shipping

hey S! we just talked about my weakness for shafts couple of days ago and voila! hard to say no when stuff like these surface.
-
i love the yamada line. i use the razor. one of the best putters ive used and i was an ex putter addict. nice build, great feel superior craftsmanship. cant compare with the gold's as ive never tried one but they easily shine over the retail scottys.

shafts have always been my weakness, most especially the nspros. i have been looking for a set of these for almost 2 years but they are impossible to find except in the usa. $150 per pc for these PVD finished shafts. they look awesome in person, a light black chrome finish that will not wear off. client of mine walks into the shaft with these, he finds them heavy. i make him a crazy offer for trade + cash for a shaft of his choice. he chooses a set of nspro 950wf pulls which i owned. great trade. i will save this for the future:) http://www.aceofclubstp.com/About/Brochure.../NipponNews.pdf

Gonna Pull the Trigger Soon on New JDM Irons!

i agree, the nippons are spectacular with the epon heads. check out the super peening line up if you want something heavier. -
thats a very unique looking grind. have more info on it?
-
that would be one very expensive combo:)
-
dude i really want to try that combo! had no luck with the 13*. does the 15* sound like the 13?
-
i agree with Gocchin, people who want to try the af202 should try the HT not the non HT version. the non ht version for me was the same as the af201. honestly i could not tel the difference between the 2. with the ht , was able to pick the ball up as if i was hitting a 17*. it is very long and forgiving at the same time. could never hit a 15* thats why i gamed a 17* for so long, i never gamed a 3 wood before but this HT i will. this is the first time i am gaming all epon gear(except for my putter). i game what works and the HT and 210 wedges have found a place in my very discerning bag.
-
i am one of the few who appreciate the af202. i am using an HT and have found it to be the easiest FW head to hit. sound is fine and hits are solid. i guess to each his own, was struggling with the combo with the oban 85x shaft combo, now i placed a 65s machline fw and has been spot on so far. i have tried the egg 13* and could not hit this at all. i also tried the machline shaft in it and wasnt succesful. i also did not like the sound could never get used to it. maybe i would have better look with the 15*.
-
how is forgiveness ? i knw its 11* and dont expect it to be very forgiving but i am curious.

another one for the multibounce grind. i carry only 2 wedges aside from the pw and want my 57/58 to have a grind i can open and close depending on my needs. this will be a major factor in deciding my next wedge. non conforming grooves too for me at least. clean face just the GS character. some kanji script too but clean

well i have another shot with the egg 13. friend pulled out his crazyf80 shaft and will put it in a another higher lofted head. being the never give up type i will plug in a ngs machline fw65. as previously stated, the f80 shaft was the culprit. very very stout for me. hopefully this low/mid kick shaft will be easier to pick up and elev8 the ball. if all goes well i will consider keeping this and picking up a QT md shaft.

it is very forgiving. probably the most forgiving muscleback style wedge i have hit. like i said it is a significant improvement over the 208 in every department minus the grooves. i had a friend that tried this wedge and he is so impressed, he used the aw and sw of the 701 and may switch to these( never a fan of the 208) i guess epon listened to all those comments about the forgiveness of the 208. did i also mention the wedge looks stunning in person? almost seems to have a two tone brushed satin finish. i do hope epon had this finish out on their af irons. only wedge that can outdo this for me is a non conforming version of the 210. that would be the wedge to have!

have about 2 weeks with the new wedges. i find them to be a significant improvement over the 208kgx in every department except the grooves. given that these are conforming grooves having less spin was expected. but id choose less spin any day for added ease of use, playability, multi bounce grind etc etc. my problem with the 208kgx is that it was difficult to open the face, especially on tight lies, this one is a vast improvement. because of the grind, you can basically open the club and the leading edge is still flush on the ground. not the case with the 208.the overall shape is also longer heel to toe compared to the 208. very forgiving. i was still able to stop the ball but had to give allowance to the lesser bite, couple of rounds and its no biggie for me. i tested it off the rough and this is where bite is reduced, i would say noticeable but not that bad that it becomes a hindrance it my decision to game or not to game. i did not game the 208kgx due to it being a tad unfriendly but these i choose to game and has kicked out my shinagawas which i have gamed for almost 3 years. hopefully more members will see the benefits of this wedge and post their own comments here.

I wish i had your attitude:)

this sucker was a fw80 x with a frequency of 268. doesnt sound so bad i have games stiffer but for some reason it felt so stiff. had to adjust my tempo to make it work which was not cool at all. maybe for me a R would do:)

i am very picky with my hybrids and the last ones i owned were the gfields. those were spectacular clubs. since then i have moved on, currently using the adams tour issue PNT2 hybrids. they have very small heads and inspire confidence. most appealing shape i have seen in a hybrid. almost like a mini gfield. i am using a 20* shafted with Ngs machline ut370s. killer combo. both head and shaft are very underrated but excel in every department. the adams pnt2 is one of the best hybrids i have owned. my only piece of usdm gear in the bag.

well probably had 1 hour with the club to test in the range, what surprised me was the sound. i did not expect it to be so loud, almost like E-M-B loud. i think the FW80 crazy shaft it too stout for me and i like my specs in x. in the range i couldnt launch the ball at all, had some teaching pros try it as well and they find the shaft a bit on the stout side. i will go to the course tom and give this another shot. frankly i think the problem is the shaft. even the original owner said the shaft is on the stiff side but he could handle it for those long par 5 runners and stingers.
