Mickelson and Titleist divorce coming soon, Callaway soon...
The possiblities are endless, PM could make a large impact on sales once he finds another brand to go. It will be very interesting to see who he dives in with as far as his performance standards are concerned. What if it was Cleveland or Mizuno :-D :betty2: :bridgestone: :callaway: :cleveland: :epicure: :fourteen: :fuji: :gauge: :gd: :hiro: :hogan: :honman: :kasco: :macgregor: :miura: :mizuno: :naka: :nikewood: :onoff: :paradiso: :ping: :prgr: :titleist: :sonar: :srixon: :titleistjp: :tm: :tourstage: :scratch1:

Perfect Example of why you Never give up!
DoubleAA replied to DoubleAA's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearYou really wonder if they actually pay attention to what they are supposed to be judging. Some of the blunders they make are impossible to believe. In any event, if you are in contention and crash, all hope should be lost! Why is it so hard to realize what your objective is. What do you drink after a round?
DoubleAA replied to Godfather1's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearAfter any round I like a nice thick pint of Guiness to clarify all the hard work I did. :beer2: I hate that it is pasturized but I usually get over it. My wife did a lot of travel for her last job and went to Germany often, she was always able to sneak me back some great German creations. In my book it can be considered "Best in the WORLD" :beer2:

Perfect Example of why you Never give up!
DoubleAA replied to DoubleAA's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearWhat happened has happened, still does not defeat the meaning of the topic, yes he won by misjudgement, hopefully he will be bigger man and give up the gold to Korea but, the fact still remains, he NEVER GAVE UP despite the fall. After that he never should have been in the running but, others fell just as bad.

Hitting too high on the club face any drills or tips?
Work on getting your hands further in front of the club head at impact. Cut a ball and half and try scooping a tee off the ground that is set 1" beyond it.

Head Change ?
I guess I need more help. If I swing other clubs that fit me. I do notice a difference in flight, weight, flex, & consistency. During that demo with the Daiwa rep I was hitting 6 irons WELL over 215 yds. "Jesus Christ" was his favorite saying. :smile1: (I apologize to the religious members) :smile1: The stiffer and heavier the shaft got the farther I was hitting with good consitency. (This was off of Grass)!! What do I do?

Picture's of my swing!
Nick, great extension at contact, your release for the club is identical to that of Bobby Clampet. Hips are almost square to impact. Try to keep your hands farther in front of the club head at contact like These frames Great Shots, you have a really nice swing!

Ball go left.....way left!!!!
Get a second opinon on the lie angle. Sounds as though that shaft is either to long or the club head is not sitting flat enough at address. Also, keep you posture more upright, you want to bend more at the waist and less at the knee's and try to keep your chin in line with your hands. View were Jim's hands are in correlation to his chin, almost dead even! The paragraph of info is also viable for you to read.

Head Change ?
That's what I was wondering?!?! If that's not a typo WOW!!! As I have mentioned before and have no clue what you guys are meaning when you mention swing weight and all that other jazz, the shafts are a swing weight of G4 based on my swing dynamics and stats that I figured out with the Team Daiwa Rep. He said the same almost, "You are going to need a G4 SW which is almost unheard of but thats the only thing you can play, your difficult to fit" I am like, hmmm, whatever, No clue.

Tucking in elbow on downswing?
You are correct, the are letting the left hand remain dominant in the swing and using the right as a guide, this appears as it is tucked really close because of their approach on the dowswing is from the inside. If you try to do this, remember not pull your hands to fast directly at your hips, this will happen naturaly if you keep your swing on the right plane. Tempo and balance are key.

Head Change ?
I currenlty want to replace the club heads on my irons and I am needing some advice. I would like to purchase heads only, (Tlist, Mizuno, Gauge) only and have them fitted onto my current steel shafts. They are X-Stiff with a G4 swing weight. I am not sure what else has been done to them. Should I just by a whole new set or can I get away with this alteration?
