Those Outbacks or Subaru's in general are no Joke! They are great vehicles, but they do not appeal to me at all and I know I am being shallow but I just cannot get past the look. The look of legacy is alright. They do have a new Outback coming out next year that is supposed to be geared toward those that want the cars attributes without the boxy station wagon look. Supposed to be a bold new style set for the SPORTY crowd. I am still in the "decision" process as of know. Either it is a Volvo, BMW, or a Mercedes, right now, I dunno.

I really hate to hear this but, I am glad it is now rather than after I bought the thing. I did test drive the XC90 V8 and it is a godamned rocket of an SUV. Loads of power and torq. Handles a wee bit front heavy but the transfer of power in AWD and the shifting are bad ass. Unfelt and smooth as silk. I guess all the dedicated work they put into it and level of safety makes it a little hard to not look at. I will not worry about it just yet. I will have to look further into it., my in-laws had a 940 Turbo and know own a S70 T5. They have never had issues with either vehicles minor or major. I will just have to be a little more critical now when I am ready to buy. I will not tell my wife this info!! She will get mad at me for bashing Volvo's.

Volvo XC90 V8 :money: I am more than likely going to purchase this car over the weekend and wanted to know if anybody has had any experiance with this Vehicle. If so, did you test drive it and then took it home or did you check it out but bought another car such as a BMW X5, Acura MDX, Land Rover LR5. What are your thoughts, how do they differ or compare? Why is that, why do X Candian teams such as the the Grizzlies and Raptors among a long list of others feel the need to peel out of the North once a new deal is even mentioned. Canada has plenty of good sports to offer. The sports scene is much more evident now then in recent history, tons of great athletes. I liked the Expos where they were also. Minnasota is basicaly Canada anyway, let the Twins share some border time.

When I see the amount of cash they dump on these BRATS it makes me think one thing "That's f'd up". I will try an give my kids the world but, intentionaly putting your kids on and ego filled, money driven, attention demanding binge is bewildering and not a good position to leave them in just as they start adulthood. Respect will not come easy if everything is handed to you without earning it, I now you want the best for you children but this is not the way to do it! Hasn't enough money been dropped to upgrade the A's to D's for a "15" year old. Actually, dump all the cash you want on a Birthday party, just have the balls to stand up to your immature 15 year old daughter when she drops a major guilt trip on you for not shelling out 5K+ for a new rack or flashing extreme amount of green so your son can think he is P Diddy. Spend the change on getting the kid to a dermatologist or a Shrink!

Being here in philly I will get a pretty good view of how they will do. They play the phillies several times a season being in the same division. I am pretty sure they will end under .500. They did not do to well last year with the fact they had no place to call home. Frank is a top notch manager and we will just have to see what follows. Changes are a coming! This seasons cast at best is horrible, they all suck. My interest in both groups is fading fast. I spent 2 years at CU in Boulder, Colorado and had to drop. Then I spent 3 years in Trade School and finished with an IT & Computer Science Degree I guess that makes me a halfbreed! Neither group can get along, and there seems to be no intelligent life evident in both groups, Trump better think of something quick.
