Different brands have different standards (i.e. Epon is more upright than Yamaha). It would be best if you know what lie angles you need then, you can order them to your specs, length included.

You'll need a heat gun. The more experienced can use open flame. Also, a very good shaft puller helps. P.S. don't try to pull it with your hands...

J, Have you had a chance to try the Shimada 110 wedge shaft? If so, does it have the same characteristics as the 120?

The Nowon's tend to wear out by the area I place my left hand thumb on the grip (I'm right handed). If you tend to grip tightly, durability could be an issue since they are on the softer side. If you have a spare club or 2, you could try them out before puling the trigger on a whole set. Let me know, I can send you a couple.

I would guess that you're hitting the center of the clubface of the Egg more efficiently than your driver resulting in better smash factor. The hot face of the spoon may be a contributing factor as well.

This is definitely next in line on my list to try out.

Looks like there's a 110 version in both chrome & black. I'll need to find these over here to give them a try.
