To be honest, my swing is a mess right now. The stock shaft could work for you. Gocchin would be the best person to ask. That being said, I believe that the right premium shaft for you will just perform better.

B, since you've tried the V-Spec & now have the Premia. Can you elaborate on the differences, if any?

I have the demo with the stock shaft & took it for the 1st to the range earlier for quite a few swings. IMHO, the upgrade to a Crazy or Quadra will be well worth it!

It's been forever since I've followed F1 during the times when Schumi & Ferrari used to dominate. Envious of my friends who live in Melbourne right now.

Frank, nice review! I take it that both the Ryoma & Kamui heads are roughly the same specs. Did you have similar trajectories between the two and how was the dispersion of your bad hits with the Ryoma compared to the Kamui? Also, I'm wondering if the distance gains for some are because of a longer stock shaft length of the other models(???). Hope to hear more about your impressions after you've been able to spend more quality time with it.

Great review B! How would you stack it up against your perennial favorite Yamaha driver? I'm also curious why you decided to go with the Premia instead of the V-Spec that you demoed.

Unfortunately not. In hindsight, I should have considering that they should be more forgiving than the knives I've been fooling around with. Oh, well... Maybe you can show them to me in person & educate me on all this talk about single malts when I finally get my butt down there next month. ;)
