Favorite driver in 2011 models
this yrs drivers? yamaha v425 ryoma v-spec crayz 460 yonex 380 onoff tm r11112373261545361838432i11 white thing srixon ztx off the top of my head. ryoma most consistant and longfor off cente shots white spam most consistant and easy to hit but short crazy 460 long and incredible feel onoff light and tingy but distance good, all carry srixon, very workable, a billion times better than last yrs thing yonex most workable. yamah tour maybe the longest and best feeling , certainy off the middle it wins a very good drivers of th ball should consider this carefully ,bec its pretty special ,and it feels better than everything else thast my observation on the ones i can remeber i hit out doors or gamed, not just on a monitor if that HELPS

New MB irons, advice needed...
get the 905s i saw a set of the 905 CB with NS modus 3 tour 120 siff in them today for sale. i almost bought them bec they lookd so dmn good and i dont even play cavities. the MB im gagging over. theres a set on the way up to tokyo and if i sell my yruri flatbacks then these are going i nthe bag straight away. the evolution of these is superb. adn the quality assured. sp blue will be an awsome combo. just too many damn tasty clubs. how can one go wrong with tourstage????????????????

i can definatly notice chukiness at address, thats why i sold my epon 208s and my fourteen m28s u should see my tourstage x wedges they are like razor blades! and if u want spin, well i hit he crazy wedges on sat and im here to say , they spun twice as far as my kyoeis, which i thought impossible. these are utterly rediculous, id get a set of these and sell every other wedge i have , if they wernt ...................., 45,000 a pop..........! theres a limit to my madness ,and this is it. but il say i was just amazed hittting dead stop shots on articifiacl grass over 7 yards on practise mats. jawdropping.

i like the proto better , bec its easier to hit straight and its slightly higher flighted the FEX is one mother of a shaft. i finally discoverd its anti left, i think it stil feels bette than the proto but the proto is better for miss hits . at the price they come out at, theres daylight between these and everything else really. under 300 for a used one, baaahhhhhhhhhhh, get one!

i didnt like the waqy the epon sat ,they looked chunky , but they spun a lot. the yururi im a maasive fan of got plenty of his wedges al ldiffernt grinds , they spin likecrazy as well. the fourteens i felt were similar to the epon quite chunky , but great spin m28 v spec. ofthose id say check out the yururi range the seida and the tour , top stuff

Reverse off set iron sets
long irons are fine almost normal. movemant both ways without an issue. its the mid irosn that get the most left on me. 7i 8i are lefties. 9/pw irons i hit cut all day anywahy and it goes straight . but the look is freaky

Reverse off set iron sets
I have a set of revese off set blades, the Sakamotos, very very small compact rounded blades, extremely good looking clubs. thin soles, thin topline. but very very of set the pw is shovel like, the 5 iron is normal. i have balked lot at playing these beceause the off set , disturbs my eye. but in oz i played these a NSW and struck them very well indeed. the only thing i noticed was i had a tendency to pull the ball more than normaly do, i i didnt slice the ball at all, which kinda suits me the feel is great, low launch, good distance. and the amzing thing found was the shovel pw and 9 iron were as good for me as anything else i have to hit, aiming at pins withthese 2 clubs i found to be very successfull. i dont like looking that the shape of them still but i must admit, the results were top stuff. most JDm ger isee has a bit of offest them, these are just very big , but playing them , it makes me hit hte ball ver consistantly even the af tours ive noticed have bit of offset about them ididnt mind palying them once i got the shape out of my head, i hit htem very well, does anyone else have thoughts about this style of irons?

crazy 460 NEW 9.5* SQUARE
i was going to , but the yonex arrived nad this shaft i ad so i couldnt wait i was itching to hit the 787 so i shafted it up with the yonex. the crazy fellas kinda made me an ofer i couldnt refuse! a new shaft (which i really didnt need , )but u know how it is , if ur in there and chatting away i just thought this might be the best combo, get them to make me the best club possible. which i think they have done as good as they can. the 787 will be used in my jbeam 435. after listening to ,thier recomendations. i think this will be a gruesome combo, gruesome! that shaft is fast becomng one of my favourites. IF i can get down to just one of each shaft in my preferd head i might die happy.

mu bussy has the nikon with the cheat elevation maode on it. we used both yesterday the bushnel was way better for optics. , the nikon was a lot smaller and lighter much easier to carry around. and it was quicker at reading the info to the pin, neve had any issues with the nikon the bushnell i have found as well takes a while to lock on thetarget , it stil lreds previous info for a while , have ot keep fidling with the trigeur to get the right info, like re aim the scope at a tall tree, then realign woith the pi, bit frustrating, the nikon , no such iseus what so ever. the bloody abattery case still ppped open about 4 times yesterday as well, very usetting its gong back, im over it.

crazy 460 NEW 9.5* SQUARE
recently ive been reverting to the ryoma, i used that yeterday in the match after ranging for an hour beforehand. and i had the yonex and this crazy at hand, in 100% perfect conditions. but , that was beceause i knew this club perfectly and i was palying the lads for a some decent coin, and i didnt want to go in with a brand new untried stick after the match we hit fr another hour on the range. and i hit the yonex and the crazy exclusively. the yonex really surprised me it was a lot better than i first thought, the heads just solid ,with no feel , just does its job well. and is really versatile, super easy to move about a smll amount. iinitially strugggled with the crazy with slices. my bud culdnt hit it at all was way to heavy for him. overall distance was hard to guage bec the dr range only goes to 260 yards. but of al lthe drivers the crazy looked the longest, the best thing about it was how solid it felt at impact. the extra weight most cetianly makes a huge differnce to control at impact, i got my hands turning over nivcely and th ball didnt deviate an inch form its path. its hard to say id use another driver in a match of substance at the monet, bec the ryoma is just so incredibly relaiable. the mis**ts just go to the left, not left arcing. my fiarways ht yesteday were 10 of 14, and 2 went thru the fairway, i topped one that still went 240 and sliced one that ended in a bunker that i pared any how, with the knowledge that thats a bad shot, how can i replace it? the distance on the the ryoma tho ist what i thought it would be.. my clubbuilder thinks i shud put the stinger back in it. and i might listen ,beceasue this was hte set up i first discoverd this driver with , and i was stoked beyond belief . but its ohhhhhhhhhh so hard to mess with it if it aint broke,,,,,,,,,,, DONT fix it......!

crazy 460 NEW 9.5* SQUARE
I spent the afternoon yesterday at the crazy factory in Adachi ku . i got my new cray 460 head at 197 gram ,and thought rather than put one of combos together , ill take it to the source and see what they say. well i hit everything they had. and the best was the 435 head. , the clubbuilder from Taylor made was in the shop doing some work , and if i got a new shaft they said theyd get him to make my club for,, well they didnt need to ask twice.....! i tried al the differnt shafts, 50s 80s noir sigma, black, u name it i hit it. the money ended up on the new 50 sigma, which has a weight of 83 grams...........! i was speechless. ithought he was mad ,here ive been hitting shafts at 65 grams yadda yadda and the launch monitor clearly stated my best performing shaft was the uber heavy sigma. my average drive was 273 yards, back spin at 225o , side spin at virtually nothing. this was with the 435 head. a head speed at 47.1 m/ps i told them i already had the crazy 80 noir and it was a fantaitc shaft in the ryoma, but the numbers on this LM were saying totally contrary. the differnece i n spin on the heads were the 450 george takei is the lowest spin, the 435 the 2nd , the 425 the 3rd and the 460 the highest. after hitting today, id say for certian that was spot on, today the 460 launched mid lanch with plenty of carry, but it looked like it rolled out a bit as well, the feel is better than all of them the face is huge and square, looks like is i made for smashing the living daylights out of, after one big session today im liking the a lot, its made totally for smashing ,theres no, i mean absolutely no half swings or checked drives, tis full tilt or its an uber slice. i was hititng the ball reayy wel ltoday as wll ,and against the ryoma and yonex , well it was plsnty longer then the yonex ,and i think it was longer then the ryoma, its certianly a LOT more solid at impact , and can swing harder for sure, i learned the ryoma plays best when just smoothed and centered, this thing tho likes to be bullied. not sure if ill play this on a really tight drinving course , but at a cpl of longer tracjks ,i think itll be superb. its certianly super electic, nothing like the epon 102 , more like the onoff with 20 grams behind it, the 460 is a bloody great looking head...........! i love it .

Rain range balls &yonex 380bangvoo
took this out to the game today, didnt game it but played it a plenty on grass range with good balls. also took a cpl of others my ryoma and a new crazy to see how they all stacked up. it was much better than at the range cpl of nights ago with those rocks y get u hit. its length is fine without being a monster, and diespersion was really good. ill gave this next weekend for sure but against the ryoma and cray is still a ways behind. it felt much better, solid was the call from my partners. the shaftt is terrific. i like it a lot, it handled the juice with ease without being too hard or too soft. i can see this as a really solid top end shaft, great feel, very straight , neither high nor low. get one fellas, well worth it. still not sure if this shaft will stay in this head, but ill game it before i make that call.

i think you need a cpl of rounds to get evey new club wired. ill back after a cpl more rounds , and especially when you have a great driving round u wont ever want to change that combo. its killer , thats ecactly what i have an ill never change that over. it is a littel higher than the FEX i find, but i think thats a good thing as well im gaming that new yonex tom with the bangvoo, looking fwd to seeing what it does with real balls , and maybe on sunday i can get the new crazy 460 out and see how she blows. if anything new beats my epon 102 quadra proto tho ill be shocked

the tourtge were harsh???????? MUST be the shaft ive got the 901s with junk DG s200and they feel good.(ish) cant think of anything worse than those shafts. the heads onthem are endo forged, no way are they harsh. miura 5002.............., now theres a set of blades. epon af tours have a small offest, but u only notice it if u look at a set of miuras next to them yururui flatback, i have these as well, u want soft , knife like blades , sst pured ns sp orange shafts ..,look no further. kyoei v muscle as well. ain nuffin wrong wif thoses puppies.! so many blades...........so little time. all good, just get the one u like the look of at address bec all mentioned are top notch and put NS SP shafts in them.

i think the stock has a more delayed snap, the ball seems to stay o nthe club afce longer and get stung, the proto feels a little more pingy and tighter snap,henace why it feels tighter i nthe flex., and ithink the proto isnt quite so anti left, they might be the same butt inm y book they paly jiust a little differnt.

yes it will.............! thats a great combo. both of them. the epon 102 proto is the one club i own that i positively will not ever touch. its perfect in every way. the yonex , the old yonex nextage from 09 and the quadra fex is one super duper combo, i had this going for a long time. its actually the combo im going to swap around for in the new yonex, the fex 75xs i have sitting dormy is going in there and that bangvoo is going into another head. C, ur going to love both of these so much u wont need that persimmon..........!

5 months into the yr and several rounds i stil ldont fell like this yr has been a consistant one. what with our corner of the earth moving 5 metes closer to hawaii and half of the course here closed, but i ddi get a cpl of great wet weeks in oz over easter, and played not a multitude of clubs, but a lot more select offerigns. the drivers have remained the same , but with the addition of a ryoma v spec 9.5------ crazy 80 ls noir for most comp days. its not as great as the epon 102 but for consistancy its unparralled. the 3 woods havnt changed same roy cols crazy set up, being rotated with the new yamaha v14 and a shingo spec shaft, maybe the best feeling club ive hit .bar none. havnt gamed this yet, thats on sunday. the irons have been chopped a bit. ive kept the kyoeis in oz bec i play them so welli in hard conditions, i think they suit down under perfectly , andive got so many great irons to play n lush j grass. so the EPON af tours have been re instated, with ns SP blue soft stepped x 8-9-pw and Ns sp orange soft stepped 5-6-7. if i need a 3 or 4 iron i use them form my miura sb02 set. without any problems at all. which brings me to those , wow ,thye really are whats written about them. shafted those with KS shimada tour 120stiff and havnt looked back. just a wonderful worrkable set of irons, perfect of tight lied hard pan or lush rich JP turf. i pretty much rotate these 2 sets now and dont see that changing anytime soon. wedges have changed like underwear. i left those great tourstage x wedges in oz bec the lie on them is like a surgeons scalple , andfor my home tracks , theysuit prefectly. equally with the miura wmfs. the ones im loveing here are the kyoei rafw seris 07 nad 08 hitting them extremely well. they suit the nice fluffy lies we get pressnted each week , wont be swappping those for a long time eithe. the shafts are ns blue X and ns wmf125 either or are superb the wmf wedge shafts are more rigid, the NS blue have more feel. dont prefer either one. putter , ive gome back to the axis 1 eagle or the hiro matsumoto mz-07. they both suit me style well. putting lesson didnt hurt either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! balls are still the XXIO and premium brills. but the srixon z star v and tourstage v10 are hot on thier heels. getting warm here hope the scoring starts hotting up after all the ahrd work and slog in cold wet windy conditions. if it doesnt..... keep an eye on the bst there willbe offerings!!!!!!!!!

the new tourstage 905 look incredible! i like the yonex but the tourstage has got me salivating. epon af tour u cant go wrngwith either. if u like the smaller had lok at the tourstage i doubt if ull stry from there
