  1. Yes, the sightline is aftermarket. This is definitely GSS. I have the COA somewhere, just can't find it and I've looked all over. If I find it, I will post a pic. That should answer any questions about it.
  2. Well, it's a Scotty Cameron Tour issue putter, which is always seen more valuable than retail Scotty putters in the eyes of both collectors and pros, whether to use or put up on a rack for display. But more specifically for this one, it's the material that the head is made from - GSS, or German Stainless Steel, is extremely rare and unique in its sound and feel at impact. Here's more about it . . . http://www.scottycameron.com/putters/archivedetail.aspx?id=98&seasonID=8
  3. Title says it all. GSS (German Stainless Steel) is the best of the best in feel and feedback. Excellent condition. I've rolled it indoors. One word . . . AWESOME!! No COA, but authenticity is guaranteed or your money back (of course). It would only cost you $65 to get a COA issued by Scotty's Custom Shop anyway. COA FOUND!!I believe it's 34 inches. $3300 OBO Paypaled and shipped within U.S. or $3150 Gifted and shipped. International, you pay actual shipping.

I thought all crazy shafts came with a numerical flex, like 7.4, our something. Which numerical flex would this be?
  5. If you like the look of the 102 but need slightly more forgiveness, the 101 is somewhere un the middle of the 102 and 152.
  6. I've got an af-101 and yammy v201. The epon is definitely softer, but the yammy feels very solid and is 15 yards longer for me, even though it's .5 inch shorter. LOVE Yamaha drivers.
  7. Wait, I should have read all the previous posts. I basically said same thing as everyone else before me.
  8. I also read somewhere (maybe on TSG) that the real advantage with hi-cor drivers to the strong hitters. The faster you swing, greater the distance gain.
  9. Looks like 21*. These Adams XTD hybrids feel and perform amazingly, even stacked up against JDM equipment. I have the 3 wood, and I never thought I'd say this about a 3 wood, but it's my favorite club in the bag right now. I get excited every time I get to take it out of the bag.
  10. Maybe I'm blind and missing it, but I'm pretty sure you need to put a price.
  11. I thought this was a 360g head.
  12. my 'ilima that was in there is also .335.
  13. Did you get them off the bay? And ROBBIE...might as well open up your own golf store in your basement or something. Or better yet, become a TSG reseller....or are you already? HAH!
  14. Wisdom! Was thinking it. Just needed someone to say it aloud...or online.
  15. Well, it's potentially a good deal on these. I don't buy a whole lot on eBay. Should I be wary that this seller doesn't receive questions regarding the product, or can I lean on the seller's 99.4% positive feedback and trust her?
  16. I've never seen the X-grip in this color combo. I know that you can custom order color combos for X-grip, but I also know that there are fake Iomics floating around. What do you guys think? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=251033182232#ht_509wt_1010
  17. Ask DaleUK about the modus. He has them fired in onoff forged heads. I'm pretty sure he's living them.
  18. Who or what fitting software fit you with those?
  19. Also, I feel as if I get more consistent results with good forged irons. Even the best cast irons have hot spots and cold spots around the club face, whereas the forged head produces the same result off the same portion of the club face, making feedback and predicting results easier.
  20. T, what flex did you game it in? Do you remember the cpm at that flex?
  21. Pics please. And which head did you stick the steel into?
  22. Looks very nice. BOS has a pretty good reputation amongst members on other forums.

Thanks for posting this, Mr. D! I picked up a d.i. from Stew and it had a perfect pro grip on it. Never tried it before but I really, really like them. I was going ask about them, but you beat me to it. Would be nice if the proshop could carry them.
  24. For me, a 17* hybrid replaces a 5 wood. I would match to my woods.
  25. I use the same weight shaft in my drivers and 3 woods. I guess most people use a slightly heavier shaft in the woods, but the "lighter" shaft in my fairways helps me get the ball off the turf. Regarding whether to match you hybrid to irons or woods, I would first determine which club you're replacing with that hybrid. If you're replacing a 4i, then match to irons. If you're replacing a 5w with a 2 hybrid or something, I would match to woods.
