New to JDMclubhouse eh, ha ha?
  4. Ha ha, yeah true that. I have the old "El Diablo" head and it might be even uglier..
  5. I have also heard that the Krank Formula 5 is amazingly straight. It looks a bit outlandish though
  6. I'm wondering though, does Miura have technical ability/know-how to make these clubs themselves at Himeiji? Or do they need to outsource certain parts of the productuon process? With that seperate face material I mean.
  7. I kinda like the look. Very techy..But very un-miura like too I guess.

I tried going to the "full page" on the mobile and use the "attachment" feature. Just got 'message not uploaded'

I can very much relate. I have doubted myself into gaming CBs several times, often after having had a bad round with the blades..A bit of needling from my buddies also play a part.

Same thought here, I have the 3-iron Vega head at home too..

I had more or less decided I wouldn't use blades anymore, at least not a full set. This since I haven't had much time to play this year, and feel like my game has taken a turn for the worse. The last 2 months I have however, been able to hit the gym more regularly, sp feel I'm pretty strong at the moment. So I took out 2 sets of irons for two seperate range sessions, Legacy Blacks (stenson) and my old Raf Vega blades, the classic looking Kyoei set. And for 2 straight sessions I hit the blades better, including the 4-iron. This even though I was half expecting the Legacy Blacks to be much easier..Shaft length was identical too, but the blades just performed much better. Oddly the face marks also showed I hit the blades much more out of the middle than the CBs..Was almost irritating

I feel like an idiot for asking, but how can I upload photos using the mobile version of TSG? Feeö like I have tried everything
  13. Will do! Was planning to take it directly out on the course, but feel like I need to squeeze in some range time first. Although, weirdly, how I hit a driver at the range never seem to be indicative of how I'll hit it out on the course. And you're right about the RIP Alpha, I have the exact same shaft in my old R510TP these days. Very stable even though pretty light-ish
  14. It's the Alpha..But the 60 version in S. Hope I haven't bitten of more than I can chew here, ha ha
  15. I really like the look of this too. Just a bit confused about the different versions to be honest
  16. So, should I tee this a bit lower? The face don't seem overly deep
  17. So this driver is slice city...? Sounds less positive
  18. Double post
  19. No no, the old 415cc one. Wasn't planning on buying anything at all and kinda just picked it up, it looked good and I bought it..
  20. I just picked up a Zero driver. It was, oddly you might say, fitted with a Aldila RIP shaft. But looked great and felt heavy headed and "hit-able". So I bought it on a whim. I swing pretty hard, with a shortish backswing. Hit the ball naturally high. The reviews on this head are mixed, so this will be interesting.
  21. Face and shape reminds me of the Honma TW913 driver
  22. What shaft did you use? And you must have used A LOT of tape right? Like 20 grams worth?
  23. This is what I was thinking, use a heavy but softish steel shaft. To get the SW right and great launch while still stable because of the heavy shaft
  24. I have the t.388. While a great feeling, long and beautiful looking head, it's not exactly tops in forgiveness
