  1. How much customisation is available on these wedges. Loft, lie, bounce, lettering, colours etc
  2. The whole range looks outstanding. I like the look of it all, the blades remind me of my Yonex. Hopefully they play as good as they look.
  3. I agree they are very good clubs but be prepared to take a hit if you try and sell. I still have mine but have seen a set recently take a massive hit

I was there a few years ago and had a great time. It was huge and absolutely mind blowing. Apparently this year it was not so big just wondering if you can post some pictures of the show. Just general stuff so others can see what it is like. For me it is more to see how much smaller it has gotten. Congratulations on seven getting the best new brand of the show. Can we see some photos of their stand there, as well as the Fujikura girls(for all us old perverts) and also of my personal favourite, the Seven dreamers stand. I know it is difficult in trying to write a blog with product details and also having to answer many mind numbing details that i see people ask.
  5. Just make sure you are very specific about what you want and get the order in writing. Then double check it and then check it again. best of luck. But they are great wedges

Great idea, but boy its a big job
  7. Thats good to know. I am glad I have kept my opinions re Seven to myself
  8. Personally I agree that the DAT 55 is just hoter than any other face material that I have hit. I think that it is the longest. I was just wondering the science or physics behind it.
  9. Chris why is the DAT 55 face best for distance.

There is just something about the finish on Yamada putters that have been to Golds. I really like them, the HM's as well, especially the older ones
  11. I agree Spoon. I think I have owned just about every set of Epons made and these are the only ones I still have The only negative to me is the lofts are just a little too jack for my liking
  12. Getting to a silly price for a great putter. mjrd had a beautiful, similar looking putter and I dont think he had any nibbles either. This is a stunning piece. Maybe TSG needs a wanted to give away section.
  13. Sorry guys but I have not played with this yet. To be honest, I was a little disappointed that it came back head only, as I expected it to be shafted by Golds. Communication error on my part. I am no expert on club fitting and it takes a different type of shaft. I decided to use the original shaft that it came with, and found it today. So hopefully I can get it in play soon. It does look stunning, and like all the Golds that I have played with, I am expecting it to be superb.
  14. Potuna There was a Masda Driver in the BST not long ago. It was the only purchase I have thought about. Maybe I should have got it
  15. Sad to say, I dont think I have bought any of the 2014 offerings. The custom Seven Dreamers shaft in a 388 head has turned out to be the cheapest purchase I have ever made.

Not only that, but of all the great golfers i have met, Pete is the most knowledgable with respect to your swing and how to play the game. From one game I learnt an incredible amount of stuff, and have improved markedly since Even though he is an aussie...... and he buys me beer
  17. As an aussie, i am not really offended with the comments. To be truthful I had a chuckle as I thought it was quite clever. Some allegedly bad deals have been perpetrated by aussies, and unfortunately we have to live with it. Also, if thats the worst anyone says about me today, I am happy

Nice bag mate And yeah those headcovers are pretty cool
  20. A while back chiro posted some pictures of his wedge and the wear associated with it Anyone who saw those pictures would understand why chiro needs zero offset. Maybe he might post them again Chiro, stop d**king around and get a set of SB01 or Pm me for another option
  21. Post pics romaro Ian bought them from TSG BST section They have black KBS tours with Gripmaster grips. Truly sensational and as you know the MR23 is as good as it gets
  22. Glad I am not the only one who likes this look
  23. Over the weekend supo did hit my SD 388 combo many times. I would guarantee if each and every TSGer saw him and I hit it, you would think it was made for him not me. Ball flight is superb ( much higher than mine) and it just looks so smooth in his swing, effortless is the word. It will be interesting what they come up with for him.
  24. Well it is just around the corner

Have just been thru the owners manual and also an email I got yesterday from Seven Dreamers. Until now, I really had very little info on the finished product, most of which was third hand. As mentioned I chose the balanced option and was using an S Yard 388 head marked 10.5 with a square face. My only other instruction to Seven Dreamers was I would prefer the club to be 45 inch or less. The S yard head was 194 gms and 10.0 degrees from SD measurements. Thenhead weight was increased to 205.4 gms with gel filling. The shaft is 62 gms to give overall weight incl grip etc of 319.7 gms, 45 inch, D2 swingweight, loft 10, lie 63, Flex stiff(13.0kg.x/sqm) whatevervthat means and torque of 3.5 Overall it is heavier than my other drivers, but doesnt feel it. The difference in performance of this head To before( with stock shaft in stiff) is phenomonal. The interesting thing with this combo is that I always suffer from a fade. Pretty much my drives will tail left to right at the end. Sometimes they will go straight, and sometimes that pansy slappy slice. Never, ever hook it. A straight pull left on the rare occasions. But pretty much the left side is just out of play for me. After Every drive today, i said to supo, I feel that I am going to hook this, and in fact on the third I did. Foreign territory for me. Tomorrow we play a tight course and again on Sunday where I think a couple of cool TSGers are joining us. They play pretty good to. So more testing to follow. Hope this helps
